This provides a really good massage. It is invaluable for pain relief and is very portable. The company provides excellent after sales service . Unfortunately my model developed a fault after a couple of months but the company immediately agreed to replace it or provide a refund.

This was amazing don’t get me wrong. Felt amazing and helped my back problems so much, my only issue with it was that the fabric ripped after barely a month of use. That might be beacuse it was being use A LOT. Not only me but my friends and family all had a shot. To be honest though for the price a little torn fabric ain’t that bad, it still works!

A great little massager. It’s not as thick or bulky as others so it’s more comfortable to use. Not just for backs either. I’ve used it on my legs and find that it works well. Easy to use and so far no issues.

Mum loves the product used it everyday for backpain and lower back pain relief, easy to use, only thing is it’s not wireless and the plug limits it’s use, the button is on the pillow so it’s annoying to chang the setting without getting up and turning your back.

I wish it had a remote to control it.

It keeps cycling anti clockwise and clockwise every 30 seconds, I wish they just had a setting for clockwise or anti clockwise cause the sudden change in direction of massaging could pinch a nerve and hurt you
