different way of cooking. New to me. Needs getting used to the controls. When you have
mastered the amount you need to use it. Go ahead and wow it does cook meat, fish etc to
perfection. Steaks are superb cooked in this. I do roasted veg as well. Not tried a cake yet
as not had t he courage to do so.
I love this air fryer, it’s so easy to use, very quiet and does the job really well. My only slight crib is that it doesn’t let me know when the cooking time is up but that’s a small thing really. Great value for money with really good accessories and attachemnts
Pro tip: no stick cooking paper trays are cheap bundle buys and save on the cleaning and help serving too, like chips and/or nuggets… just a suggestion ^_^
I was a little concerned when it came to cooking a whole large chicken but I needn’t have worried it fitted into the basket easily, as I’ve read I cooked it Breast side down first the turned it over half way , the result a beautiful golden brown all over legs and all and as moist as moist can be .
Finally it’s so quiet too , chips aren’t burnt either all equally cooked , two baskets set to two different settings start them a separate times , I’ve dumped my old halogen and oil fryer , I’m happy .
Very pleased with this air fryer. Still on a learning curve on the best approach to some dishes but everything cooked so far has been fine. Saves time & cooks throughly.
The two compartments offer a good amount of volume. Enough for a 3-4 chicken breasts and a decent amount of veg in the other compartment, for example. You can fill them up more and stir the contents to get even heating if you want as well.
The main selling point is the dual cooking function and it works well. The controls are simple and it’s brilliant for when you just want to put the food on and not worry about remembering to put the second, quicker-cooking component of the dish on in 10 minutes.
The accessories are well made and easy to clean. The compartments themselves are coated in an effective non-stick solution and they’re quick to hand wash.
For the price, I’m impressed with the functionality and ease of use.
The accessories work perfectly and they’re way better than any third party accessory I had in the past. The match cook function is super easy to use and avoid me having to do math to figure out timings.
At this price I believe is a good deal, it will basically replace your oven and it’ll be cheaper to run.
I would recommend it to anyone!
Firstly I cooked chips. 190 for 15 mins. A small spray of oil and they tasted delicious. All cooked perfectly although not all were browned because I missed some with a spray of oil.
Secondly I cooked chicken breast and haddock using seperate draws with matching settings. Both the fish and chicken were extremely tender complete with all the flavour
The draws, plates and baskets are extremely easy to clean with the draws needing only a wipe down
The unit does get hot at the sides while it’s cooking so be aware of that. You also need to make sure there is enough ventilation at both sides and the top. There is warm air that is emitted from the vents at the back so you need to make sure there’s ventilation above for that.
The unit is portable and can be moved so you can store it in a corner of the kitchen and pull it out when you use it if you don’t have a lot of worktop space available
It’s quite big for an airfryer and is quite weighty so bear that in mind when finding a suitable place for it in the kitchen. It’s probably a little too big and heavy to store in a cupboard when not in use.
It isn’t silent, it does emit noise from the fan but it’s not as noisy as some.
It’s extremely easy to operate. Plug in, switch on, choose your draw to use, then the setting, then press start… Simple. It automatically stops when the time is up
The quality of the unit and accessories is exceptional. Modern sleek design and beautifully finished. Although the price may seem higher than most it’s definitely worth every penny.
The only negative I have is the lead length isn’t very long. Ideally another foot of lead would be better. Other than that it’s definitely my favourite airfryer of all so far and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to try it and immensely proud to own it. I’m really enjoying cooking again.
The baskets are decently sized and deep. They aren’t too heavy making easier to carry and wash.
The instructions were easy to follow and I managed to cook some chicken breasts and chips without any problem.
There are various racks included which would be ideal for cooking multiple chicken breasts or steaks simultaneously.
Overall, this is a large capacity air fryer making it ideal for families. The racks provided allows you to cook multiple things in one go, just like you’d do in the oven.
