This is a good product. It works very well. Connectivity is quite easy and it’s easy to use as well. Just connect the usb cable into the usb port, aux cable into aux and here you go. Stick the Bluetooth somewhere convenient and start enjoying it.
Sound quality is quite good. It can be attached with 2 phones simultaneously.

I got this car Bluetooth adapter to allow me to answer my calls while driving and it works beautifully. It allows me to answer a call with the touch of a button. The voice is clear and I can hear the call well too. It also allow me to play songs from my phone to my car radio which works great.

    Pros:

I absolutely love how easy it is to connect my phone to this adapter via Bluetooth. It’s been a lifesaver for me since my car doesn’t have built-in Bluetooth.

The size of this thing is just perfect. It doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb on my dashboard, and installing it was a breeze.

Being able to use the auxiliary socket for audio is a game-changer. Now I can stream music from my phone through my car speakers without any hassle.

The sound quality is top-notch. I love that I get crystal-clear audio without any annoying interference.
And being able to take calls hands-free? It’s like having a personal assistant in my car. Makes driving safer and more convenient.

    Cons:

The LED lights can be a bit too bright at night. I wish there was a way to dim them down a bit.
I’m not a huge fan of the rotating dial for bass adjustment. I’d much rather have a simple volume control.

    Verdict:

Despite a few minor quirks, I’m absolutely thrilled with this Bluetooth adapter. It’s made my driving experience so much better, and I can’t imagine going back to life without it. If you’re in the market for a Bluetooth solution for your car and don’t mind splurging a bit, I’d say go for it. You won’t regret it.

The car Bluetooth aux cable looks to be of good quality. it works pretty well and without any errors. The sound quality is great plus it’s very simple to use too. However, I would have liked it better if the volume was a bit louder. Otherwise, it’s a useful device.

Unlike (some) other reviewers, I don’t simply copy & paste information from the advert. (I’m sure you really don’t need (or want) to read all the description yet again!) I want to try and give you my own personal views of it (good or bad) so you can decide for yourself whether to buy the item or not. (The fact that I’ve received this product free of charge through Amazon Vine has no influence at all. I always “tell it as it is!”)

If you have an older vehicle that has no Bluetooth connectivity, then this little baby can change all of that! It’s very simple to connect a mobile phone to it using Bluetooth, stick this adapter anywhere convenient on your vehicle dashboard (using the supplied sticker to stick the magnetic holder on), plug in the USB power cable, then plug the other lead into an available AUX socket. That’s it! Apparently, it will allow 2 mobile phones to be connected at once, which is a handy feature I’ve not tested yet.

This particular model is pushing the greatness of it’s rotating dial as a control for the Bass on any sound it produces, but tbh I would prefer it if they simply used that as a Volume control instead. Another thing that I want to point out is the little flashing lights on the front are always ON by default. (If you long press the green phone button this does turn them off, thankfully). They are nice to look at to begin with, but can get rather annoying, mainly when driving at night. They seem so much brighter then!

Now, at the current price of 14.99p (with free delivery) I believe this product, (as nice as it looks), is not the cheapest Bluetooth adapter available, and therefore I don’t believe it’s the best value item for money. However, if you like this particular model, I do still recommend it, (if you’re happy to pay that price) as it does exactly what it’s advertised for, and it’s not a big, bulky item.

    Note:
I have not uploaded any photos as there are loads already on here, and mine would not be adding anything new!

I requested this to test with my iPhone in the car as my car is over 10 years old and is not equipped with Bluetooth.

I had previously been using Bluetooth an FM transmitter to the radio which required tuning in a channel it worked OK but it suffered way too much interference when driving certain places and was annoying.

This one uses a 3.5 phono lead and a Usb lead for power allowing me direct connection to the car stereo via an aux input socket in the car.

It came in a nicely presented box complete with preinstalled leads, 1 x double sided stickers and instructions.

I stuck it with the provided sticky pad on the dashboard behind the steering wheel and that works well for me.

It has a row multi coloured lights around the call/play button that are on continuously that can be turned off with a long press if found to be distracting. I don’t as it’s down behind the steering wheel as mentioned and out of my peripheral vision. But the options there.

In operation it worked really well. I linked my bluetooth to its name (BT64) on my iPhone and after plugging the phono lead into my car Aux input it worked perfectly with decent sound quality on my cars stereo system. The base enhancer thumb dial worked better than expected too.

It didn’t have as much volume as a previous one I’ve been using so I did need to turn my phone volume up to get a decent level of volume out of the car speakers . So not the loudest out there.

I also tried a phone call using Siri to my home phone which worked without issue. The sound quality was just OK but not crystal clear, I would describe it’s a little bit distant but still good enough to have a conversation on the move. So the small mic on the front seems to do a reasonable job.

I wanted it for ‘bluetoothing’ my car and it did that fine. I can now get uninterrupted audio clarity without interference. Plus the phones navigation now plays through the stereo too and lowers the music volume when giving directions, so really helpful .

When I get in and start the car it’s ready to go again and links to the phones bluetooth.

I think it’s a decent price for what it can do (14.99 at the time of the review). Works as described but there are other ones out there with higher native volume available that I have previously reviewed for a similar price.

I liked the look of this little device as soon as I saw it, with a design being something different to the usual stuff.

It’s basically just a simple bluetooth receiver of course (with calling features) , but it does perform very well, and is easy to operate.

The unit fixes to a magnetic base (which is attached to your chosen position with an adhesive pad), and it does attach very securely so there’s no fear of coming adrift while driving.

It does look a bit ‘blingy’ when first powered up, but you can switch the colourful LEDs off if you want to.

Bass boost, vol+ and vol-, and next/previous track are easily accessed, and there is the usual ‘phone’ button for making and receiving calls via the in-built microphone.

The unit itself looks pretty low-key when not lit up, and the neutral grey/black finish makes it very unobtrusive when fitted in the car. This again makes a change from the often garish plug-in players and adaptors, which quite frankly look a bit cheap and tacky.

It’s simple, does the job well, and if that’s what you’re looking for, you won’t go far wrong with this.

    On a quality/vale-for-money basis… 4-Stars.

This is a good value unit, and performs in line with its advertising blurb. It was easy to set up and I had no issues at all.
Having sung its praises, I was expecting more from this device, but I think in hind sight this is my fault. I had convinced myself that it would also allow my iphone to connect via bluetooth to my cars navigation system display, using a proprietary application, but this does not seem possible. Perhaps I was expecting rather a lot from a unit costing a small 15. Until I can source such a problem, I guess I will have to continue to connect my phone via a USB/lightening cable to use my phones satnav capabilities!

My car has a USB and Auxiliary audio input in the centre arm rest console – so it was pretty easy to connect this up.

Once paired, the moment I turn power on the car the Bluetooth connects right away to my phone and I have immediate access to stream from my phone to the car’s speakers – it is just like connecting Bluetooth headphones, i.e. you can stream any sounds through your car’s audio system – and it all works seamlessly –

I found the audio a little muffled, but could improve it by adjusting the bass response down via the rotating knob on the adapter – instructions are provided which I have taking a photo of –

Overall this does a decent job, sound quality isn’t great, but I think that it probably a combination of this and also my audio system’s auxiliary input quality, I have never been impressed with it!

As a quick fix to provide Bluetooth capability this is a good option.

I was quite surprised how cheap this looked compared to another one I have, which was about the same price. It almost looks like a toy. If you’re not fussed about how the adapter looks then this one is a good piece of kit. It was easy to install and connect to my phone. It comes with a sticky pad so you can attach it to the dashboard. I like that you can interact with the Google Assistant through this, as getting access to navigation is the main reason I use my phone in the car. The Bluetooth receiver remembers your phone, so you don’t have to keep connecting it each time you use it. I also like that you can connect two phones simultaneously, as it means that both my wife and I can connect our cars and switch between them as needed.

While the initial look and feel of this device felt a bit on the cheap side, this Bluetooth adapter surprised me with its functionality and performance. Setting it up was very easy (you just plug it in to the audio port in your car and connect via Bluetooth – BT64 in your settings). The sound quality is fantastic, clear, and comparable to a good car stereo.

Navigating the interface was straightforward. However, the maximum volume wasn’t quite loud enough for my needs. This might not be an issue for everyone, but it’s worth mentioning for those who require a higher volume like myself who is hard of hearing. Additionally, there’s a slight delay when switching from the car radio to the receiver. I also didn’t like the lights that come on to indicate bass and volume as they were distracting but they can thankfully be disabled.

Overall, despite a slightly less sturdy feel, this receiver offers excellent sound quality and user-friendly features. It’s a great option for anyone looking for a good quality Bluetooth audio experience (with the caveat of considering the volume limitations).

Very impressed with this adapter, super compact and yet easy to use

The Bluetooth setup was a lot easier than I normally experience setting adapters up

I found by using a degreaser like meths helped with the mount stick to the surface

Normally I listen to audio books so the bass wasn’t an issue / benefit really but the noise cancellation for the phone calls was excellent

    Impressed and nice uni

Good quality device that adds Bluetooth capability to your car stereo. Once plugged in via the aux and USB plug it was easily paired to my phone and could call right away. The call quality was good even on the motorway and the controls are easy to navigate ensuring minimal distraction whilst driving.

The lighting looks pretty cool but if drivers find it distracting it might be an idea to mount this lower down so that it isn’t in your eyeline. The bass boost is also a welcome addition when you need a little more oomph on your journey.

I have used this in an older Honda Jazz that does not have any built in phone or bluetooth connectivity. It works really well.

The Jazz does have a 3.5mm auxilliary socket.

This little unit measures approx 67mm across by 42mm high. It stands out from the surface of the dashboard by about 28mm. The unit has a mounting area that is smaller than the overall unit. The mounting area is about 40mm wide by 29mm high. It comes with some strong double side tape that allows you to position and fix the unit to your dashboard. This takes care and consideration so that it is accessible and other functions on the dashboard are not obscured or compromised. So consider carefully before taking the plunge and sticking to your dashboard.

The unit appears well made and has some cool led lights that show connectivity and bass level, etc.

Plugging into the cars USB or a cigarette lighter via USB cable turns the unit on. You can then pair with the unit via Bluetooth. ‘BT64’.

Once paired with the unit and with the aux cable inserted, your phone can then stream music direct to the cars speakers via the aux socket.

The unit also means you can answer phone calls and gives good quality sound and mic. The person calling you can be heard through the cars own speakers so you can adjust the volume as needed.

From the unit you can also pause, play, skip forward or back a track and also adjust the level of bass. In theory you can also adjust the volume, but then you can still use your car controls to adjust the volume -which may be easier.

The advantage of this unit over the radio based units is that the connection is just via bluetooth to the car and not via bluetooth to the unit and then via radio signal to the car. In practice this means you get a cleaner higher quality signal and also more volume.

So a really good addition to a vehicle that does not have bluetooth built in but does have an aux socket. Super pleased with this overall.

Inexpensive way to add bluetooth, easy to connect and easy to use interface not terrible sound quality, the music doesn’t appear to be as loud as plug in my headphone, for the price it works and sounds better than my other FM transmitter!

For those without built in bluetooth and with an Aux input this is great for connecting your phone to the care stereo.

Plug it into your aur port and a USB charger, pair it on your phone Bluetooth and you are ready to go – really simple.

The control unit is a bit larger than similar offerings – there is a mounting unit with sticky pad to stick to your dashboard facia somewhere hand, then the control unit attaches to this magnetically with a reassuring force.

The sound quality is good. There is a bright and colourful EQ bar that dances along with the audio and this can be disabled if you find it distracting. The large microphone on the corner of the controller makes hands free calls very clear.

There are a couple of buttons for adjusting volume or skipping forward / back a track if using a music app on your phone and also a wheel for adjusting the bass however this is something to tend to set once and forget about and the wheel feels little cheap ad loose when you rotate it. It may have been better to use this for the volume control of or the brightness of the EQ light bar.

It does what it needs to do and does it well – some may find the bright lights a bit tacky and it’s let down by the bass adjustment wheel so I’m reluctantly dropping a star – this may not be as important for other users.

Unit automatically picks up multiple Bluetooth devices and announces their connection. Also announces low battery level, and volume level is consistent with radio in vehicle. Watch for connection into aux port, those adapters can be tricky.

I wanted this to add Bluetooth calling on the stereo in the car, whilst my system does already have it, it just isn’t very good anymore, therefore as this became available on the vine program, I thought I’d give it a try to see if my calls were better with it.

First thing I did to test it out was connect it to my home stereo, I have an original 80’s/90’s separate stack system in a tower, and as we know they didn’t come with Bluetooth.

Once I plugged it into my stereo with the help of a power bank, as the stereo doesn’t have a usb port, I powered it up and connected it to my phone with no issues whatsoever.

I was actually surprised how easily it connected, So now I can play music from any Bluetooth device on my stereo with no problems whatsoever.

The sound quality is very good, you can feel the bass, with no dropouts at all, I also like the little lights at the front, to give an indication that it has music or at least sound going through it.

I am now torn as to whether put it into the car where it is most probably designed for, or leave this one connected to my stereo and get another one for the car.

It is such a nice little device for a good price, do I recommend it, Absolutely..

Car Bluetooth Aux Adapter – SOOMFON V5.3 Bluetooth Aux Adapter Car

I tried this adapter out with the adapter picking up the BT from a paired mobile phone, and the audio out jack connected to wired headphones.

The adapter was easy to pair (it shows up as BT64) and the stereo sound quality was good.

This Bluetooth adapter is basically a BT receiver that can be paired with any BT audio out device, such as a phone or anything else that transmits BT audio. The received BT audio can then be played on any device with an audio input, such as an amplifier, wired speakers, wired headphones etc.

This is useful if you want to play the sound from a BT source on a device such as an amplifier / music system etc. that doesn’t have BT.

Connecting the adapter to an audio output device
The audio output is via a standard 3.5mm Male jack plug. If the audio player has a 3.5 Female jack socket, then the adapter can be plugged directly into it. Many audio players, such as wired speakers / amplifies speakers and headphones have a 3.5 Male jack that plugs into the device that they are getting the audio from (e.g. a PC audio out socket). Because the adapter output is also a Male jack, then you will need a 3.5 a 3.5 Female to Female coupler to connect the two Male jacks together. If connecting the adapter to an amplifier that has phono sockets, then you will need a Female 3.5 jack to stereo phono connector. It’s not as complicated as it sounds, and the relevant connectors are easily available.

Works really well, pairs with no issues and it all seems to operate exactly as you would expect.

Sound quality is to my ears excellent, and I have no complaints at all in this regard (although the bass adjust is definitly not necessary and should probably just be left at near full all the time).

The default mode has the ‘eq’ alike coloured bars flashing madly, and that could be distracting while driving at night however you can turn that off by long pressing the call button. The issue there is that this setting isn’t saved when the power is lost.. so when you leave the car and come back the next time they will be back on again. A bit of black electrical tape is a quick fix to this issue, but it’d be nicer if they were just off by default.

Id also have preferred the roller to control volume rather than the bass adjust, as this is a secondary function off the forward and reverse keys (by holding them down), but seems like something I would use much more often than the bass adjust.

It also would have been nicer if it was just a bit louder.. even at max on the transmitting device, and max on the Bluetooth receiver (the volume control here doesnt control the volume on your phone as you might expect – its a separate volume for the transmission device itself.) – I found I need the stereo in the car turned up to a level thats quite loud when I get in and the radio starts before this device wakes up and cuts off the radio.

For those couple of issues it looses a star, but its still a great device and much better than old Bluetooth in car add-on systems that used to sound terrible, this one really does sound great.
