I ordered these and they arrived as a horrible melted blob. I contacted energy bytes directly and received a lovely handwritten note, explainsing what had happened, a refund and 2 replacement packs. Can’t say fairer than that! The gums are pleasant to take, fast acting, and don’t upset my stomach, very happy

My husband likes to have energy sweets in his tennis bag for a little pick me up during his tennis games but had not found any to be good so he searched for something more appealing on Amazon and found Energy bytes, he noticed the difference after one ‘byte’ and now can’t be without them in his bag – he won the tournament so they must be good 😉
I like the orange ones. I take two and within 20 minutes I can feel them kicking in. Great as a quick energy boost when you’re exercising, taking an exam, rushing to meet clients, etc.
I was trying to get away from drinking coffee every morning and needed a way to satisfy my caffeine craving- that’s when I came across Energy Bytes! It’s a little treat that I look forward to in the morning and will have one often in the afternoon of a work day. Definitely recommend!!
I ordered these as I sometimes want a quick burst of energy without having to drink a coffee or energy drink. They’re perfect for on the go or as a pre-workout energy boost. They taste good too! Highly recommend!

Today I recieved a little package with some gummies bites and a hand written thank you card – wow what an amazing personal touch.
These gummies are great they give me the boost that I need and work quickly! I’ve only tried two flavours so far the apple and the mixed berry – mixed berry gave a bit of a strange after taste but got used to it pretty quickly and wouldn’t put me off buying that flavour again at all.
I have an illness called chronic fatigue syndrome so I was looking for something that would give me an extra boost and also without a crash and these work perfectly for me. They’re helping me be able to stay active and allowing me to do some sports that I love doing.
Can’t not recommend these enough!!
If you’re like me on the north side of 40 and struggle to stay awake past 9pm, but still want to rock out at metal shows like you’re 19 again, I’d thoroughly recommend picking up some of these tasty sweet little energy gummies. I pack a couple of em in my pocket and when the call of the bed and Horlicks is loud, but the metal is still louder (and the headliner hasn’t even started yet), chew on these and you’ll be rocking til at least 11pm.
I am really enjoying taking Energy Bytes to give me a quick boost before taking on exercise in my case power walking or body weight exercises. I have sometimes used it in the afternoon to give me a boost at work. They is also a nice selection of flavours.
I bought these as a pre-workout before my morning workout and it does the trick, giving me a boost of energy without any jitters of a coffee. Would recommend both the citrus and berry flavours. Will be re-buying!
I bought these a while back when training for a half marathon and they’re great. I hate gels so these are a fab alternative! I keep them in the fridge (not sure if you’re supposed to!) because I had some that melted when I left them in the breadbin, but that’s on me! Recommend them.
Love these to help me get through my longer runs and on the days I’m feeling a lil low on energy. I got a hand written thank you card after my purchase with a free sample!! No one does hand written anything any more so this was much appreciated. Repeat customer for sure.
I thought I’d give these a try. The first taste is sweet and fruity but it does have an after taste like you chewed a tablet. But they work so will buy agai
They work very fast,was ready to do my work out within 10mins ,that based on taking one.did a hour work out in the morning, plus the effect lasted till late afternoon. I took mine at 7am.but if your trying to cut out sugar,these will spike your sugar levels., with the amount of sugar coating them.would try & get them again,minus the coating of sugar.
I love these and I keep reordering. Very effective at keeping me focused and awake (I suffer from sleep apnoea so this is a big problem for me) and they taste great. I find them a bit too expensive for the amount you get, hence taking out one star. But still love them
a great, convenient little pick me up for when you aren’t able to or don’t want to get a coffee/energy drink. i’ve been using them during my uni exam period and i’ve already bought more.
The box arrived already opened and squished near the top, giving the appearance that it had been tampered with. The plastic packaging inside was sticking out, but it was still sealed, so I’m not sure what to make of it. I’m quite disappointed, as it doesn’t give off the best impression.
Updated review: I was contacted by their customer service support offering their apologies I wasn’t happy with their product, I can confirm that although the sweets were not nice. The company’s customer service team is really good.
Old review: I have no idea how these have so many positive reviews? They taste absolutely disgusting and cost me a fortune to buy. I expected so much better. Packaging just falls apart in running bag and sugar ends up everywhere.
These little energy bytes pack a punch. I’ve started to take two of these before my runs, I’ve noticed that I’m more alert, focused and able to get to the end of my runs not feeling completely knackered! I have the apple flavour, there is a (very) slight bitter taste but tastes like normal gummy sweets. I’m normally quite sensitive to caffeine but I’ve taken 3 at once and haven’t had any negative reactions. Highly recommend for a little boost.
I have purchased and used these energy bits a few time now and I really love them. I don’t like using pre work out powders or energy drinks and this is the perfect alternative. They taste great and the effect is instant and helps push me to the next level when doing high intensity training. I’m so glad i found this product and will continue to order from Energy Bytes!
Tried these out as a little caffeine hit for my half Ironman triathlon and they worked great. Easy to grab on the go and plenty of caffeine. Makes it easy to separate out race day nutrition.

Easy to digestion few chews the boom , no side effects, little bit pricey but these gummy’s really helped me push through in my running & go longer. I definitely Recommend if you need a boost in your fitness.
I’ve struggled with daytime sleepiness despite getting a full night’s rest, so when I stumbled upon these caffeinated jellies, I was hopeful for a solution. After trying them for a few days, taking 3 daily, I noticed a significant improvement in my alertness. However, this effect seemed to diminish as my body adjusted.
Increasing the dosage to 5 jellies restored the benefits, but it’s clear this isn’t a long-term fix.
While I recommend these jellies for anyone facing similar challenges, I have a suggestion for the manufacturer: consider developing a stronger formula that provides a more substantial energy boost with just one jelly. This enhancement could greatly benefit individuals like myself who struggle to stay awake.

The energy doesn’t seem to rush in and disappear like a strong coffee or energy drink.
I’ve had a couple of getting up 5am for work then a few more about 1pm when I need a little pick me up. And I can have them in my bag just ready to go, no stopping for a brew or drinking a warm can of pop anymore.
I think my only request is they realise a strong one (super sour flavour??) for that 12th hour of shifts or even a pre-work out versio
These as such a great alternative to gels. I’ve been using them for all my long runs for marathon training and they’ve been really effective. They taste good and I feel a quick boost of energy that’s long lasting. They are easy to use and can be stashed in a pocke
They definitely work. I am rather caffeine resistant, but I definitely get a boost from eating these caffeine gummies.
They are perfect for when I need more caffeine but don’t have the time for a caffeinated drink, or if I would like more caffeine after I’ve had one. They are super convenient and easy to dose exactly the amount of caffeine you want.
The taste took a little getting used to, just has a slightly different taste than a normal candy. But it is a true green apple flavour, even a little sour, which I like.
I am really picky with food textures and don’t like most gummies. But the texture of these are unique and super easy to eat. They actually come apart and very easily chewable.
