The quality sound is not as good as it should, but then I am driving a motorcycle its doesn’t need to be that loud, battery life it stays charged for long time, works better using a Iphone, android phone has limited excess

I found the product to be very decent for the value. very good audio, during the call it disconnects but connects again very quickly, but I will have to return it because less than a month ago the speaker on the right side showed a defect, I believe it was more bad luck than bad quality

Sounds good. On my Harley at 75mph. And I have loud pipes. They Fit the helmet good, if you are wondering about the microphone whether if it will be in the way or not needed at all. You can cut the wire and get rid of it. I took the chance, it did not affect the music playing at all. It pairs with the phone quickly, never gave me a problem yet at all. Battery life is great. I’d say it preforms quite well.

Purchased as I was going to the UK from Ireland and needed sat nav directions through my helmet, sound is spot on, loud enough even when doing 70mph, brilliant cheap and does the job, easy to install, battery life over 40 hours.

I got this as a spare unit for my other helmet, with the other lid sporting a Cardo Pactalk bold.

Now, to compare this to a Cardo is a but unfair as you would be comparing an entry level comms kits with a pretty high end unit which is fitted with JBL speakers, but I will say this, I was impressed.

First off the unit comes well packaged in sealed plastic packaging.

Fitting the unit is an absolute doddle with clear easy to follow instructions. with basic functionality ie connecting to phone, listening to music etc

The sound quality is surprisingly good for an entry level unit and I found it perfectly loud enough when riding my bike.

One feature I do like is the ability to connect to your GPS and being able to listen to the directions over the headset.

All in all , and really great little entry level comms kits

FreedConn QC Bluetooth helmet headset works a treat. This is such a handy little device, and the battery life is just great. Everything comes nicely packed so you know that nothing should happen during transit, the battery life is great, talk and listen both have a great range, so you don’t have to worry about stopping during a long journey and charge up halfway. It is well worth the price you pay for it, I am just so impressed.

As someone who loves hitting the open road on my motorbike, the quest for the perfect helmet headset has been a bit of a journey. Enter the FreedConn QC Bluetooth 5.2 F1 Helmet Headset, and I feel like I’ve hit the jackpot. This little marvel has transformed my riding experience, and here’s why I think every rider should consider giving it a go.

First off, the unboxing experience sets a positive tone. The headset comes neatly packed in a sealed plastic box, ensuring everything arrives in tip-top condition. Inside, you’re greeted with the headset itself, a charging cable, two earphones, and a microphone. The installation process is a breeze, which is a big win for someone like me who wants to spend more time riding and less time fiddling with tech.

Now, let’s talk about the battery life. The 1100mAh battery boasts an impressive 42 hours of talk time and 48 hours of music playback. This means you’re covered for long rides without worrying about running out of juice. And with a standby time of up to 240 hours, it’s ready to go when you are.

Bluetooth connectivity is swift and reliable, connecting to my phone within a 200-metre range. It’s a godsend for keeping my tunes flowing and calls coming through crystal clear. Plus, the ability to connect to two phones simultaneously is a neat feature for those of us who juggle personal and business calls.

The design deserves a special mention. With its four protruding buttons, operating the headset while wearing gloves is no hassle at all. It’s practical design decisions like this that make the FreedConn QC stand out.

Sound quality is where this headset truly shines. The bass is surprisingly strong for such small speakers, providing an immersive listening experience that I didn’t think was possible with helmet speakers. They attach to the helmet with a Velcro-like backing, which is both secure and unobtrusive. The speakers are loud, yet so thin they barely take up any space inside the helmet. Charging is straightforward, too, thanks to the detachable unit design, allowing you to power up without removing the speakers.

Setting up the headset was incredibly easy, and the intuitive button layout means you can control your music and calls without a second thought. The voice assistant feature is a nice touch, making it easier than ever to stay connected on the go.

The FreedConn QC Bluetooth 5.2 F1 Helmet Headset is a standout product for motorbike enthusiasts. Whether you’re looking to enjoy music, stay connected, or simply make your rides more enjoyable, this headset delivers on all fronts. It’s an easy recommendation from me — a game-changer that has truly elevated my riding experience.

Fantastic wireless motorbike helmet headset/headphones. Really easy to set up and operate. Pairs quickly with the IPhone via Bluetooth. Fits perfectly in the ear hole space cut out inside the helmet. The sound on the other end on phone calls is a little ‘buzzy’ when the helmet visor is down but still very audible and with the visor up it is clear sound over the phone. The connection is secure with your device anywhere on your person or on the bike. Great sound quality when playing music. Has the ability to sort of perform as an intercom device if set up correctly by pairing with a motorbikes intercom but this isn’t something we have been able to test out. The auto answer call feature is great as it doesn’t require any additonal input with lessens distractions when riding. Great little device and good value for money. Would recommend.

The sound on the tiny little speakers is outstanding! With much deeper bass than I could imagine coming from such a small speaker system. The speakers attach to the inside of the helmet with what appears to be a velcro-ish backing. And while they are loud, they are very thin do not take much space inside the helmet at all. And because you can separate the unit from the speakers and microphone it is easy to charge the unit without having to remove the speakers from the helmet.
Setting it all up took all of a few seconds, and all the buttons were very intuitive to use. A great way to add decent sounding audio/communication system with decent microphone to an older helmet!

5.0 out of 5 stars Loud sound, small unit!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis bluetooth headset comes in plastic sealed box. The headset comes with a charging cable. It comes with 2 earphones and a microphone which are very easy to install into your helmet. The headset has 11000mAh battery which is enough for 42 hours talking time and 48 mins music play. The bluetooth connectivity is fast and it can detect phone up to 200 metres distance.
The headset can be connected to 2 phones at the same time. 4 protuding buttons can easily be used even while wearing gloves. It has standby time of up to 240 hours, so you do not need to charge it for days.
I love listening to music, so for me I don’t mind charging it on the daily basis as long as I can enjoy continuous music while riding. It has a voice assistant function as well which can be activated by pressing the multi-function button for up to 2 sec. It also supports automatic number reading for incoming calls and has an auto answering calls funtion which can be turned on/off.
