My PC started shutting off during graphic intensive operations. Replaced the power supply with this one which was really straightforward. It came with a tone of leads and connection options. Problem solved. Good midrange power supply that didn’t cost a fortune.

Does what it says on the ti
Great budget power supply. The cables are not braded however which does make them look a little untidy in the case. However as it is fully modular it is very easy to cable manage

    Quiet operations
Brought this as replacement for my 3 years old 500W replacement. I am very happy with this PSU and it is easy to install. The fan is very quiet (maybe it is not on as not required). I would recommend this product and will certainly buy it again if building another PC. Cannot comment on energy efficient as I have not measured it.

Made a rattling noise when powered up on installation for about 20 secs, then stopped. Not sure what was going on there but seems fine now. Advice for anyone replacing an old power supply as I was, the fan will not run constantly, but will only kick in when the unit is under load and reaches a certain temperature. I ran 3D mark to put my graphics through it paces and the fan started to spin. So all seems as it should be.

Used to power gaming server with 15 Harddrives, DVD drive, and graphics card. The PSU has no problems and is not under full load. The fan starts on initial computer boot but then stops until sensors indicate that it is needed leading to a very quiet power supply. There are plenty of cables for varying setups including a floppy drive connector.

Running this with a ryzen 5 5600 cpu and a 6750xt and it is more than enough. Dont over spend on a psu, this one is perfect for 90% of builds. Really easy to connect to motherboard and super quiet.

    Would recommend

This replaced a (very) old Novatech modular PSU which gave up the challenge after nearly 12 years. First impressions: very nicely presented. Cables are sensibly black plastic shrouded which is less bulky than cloth-covered cables, so far easier to route and secure. I know some people prefer the look of cloth, but quite honestly if you cable-manage properly, you only have a few cm on view. The PSU feels reassuringly well made and it’s very quiet in operation. So quiet that I did a double-take as to whether it was working – it was. And is. All the cables, screws etc. that you need. Great price. What more do you need?
