Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersMy eldest daughter (6) has ASD and really struggles to wind down and go to sleep. We have tried so many things and they all helped a bit, but starting her on this every evening has been game changing!!!! It used to take her over an hour for her to fall asleep (up to 90 min) and now she falls asleep in 20 min MAX. It may still seem like a long time but to us it is freedom! Highly recommend! I have it on repeat order.

PS it is chewable but my daughter says it tastes better when you suck on them – she doesn’t like the texture when she chews it. Lovely flavour too.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIt’s great because it’s a win for my son, he loves the taste. Not used it long enough to see a difference. He takes it in the evening to hopefully help calm him down before bedtime.

Well can’t go wrong with vits can you?
    Unfortunately my daughter hated them
So I can’t tell you if they worked or not because I found the stash of half sucked / chewed tablets under our bench at the table ..
One might say I wasted 9 on these.
But I’m sure if taken they work.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersReally Great post friendly packaging for letterbox delivery. Lemon in flavour, which helped get the kids to take them. A bit on the chalky side initially, did some revision and it seems that magnesium is a chalky material, so all is good.
Took for nearly 10 days, and just starting to see some benefits over this weekend.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great produc

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersThese magnesium vitamins for kids have been a blessing in disguise. They ensure my child gets the essential magnesium they need for growth and development, even during our active outdoor adventures in Fareham. The kid-friendly format makes it easy to incorporate into their daily routine. I’ve noticed improved sleep quality and overall well-being in my child since starting these supplements. Highly recommended for parents looking to boost their child’s health.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThese worked for my 11 year old, although she did start getting used to them. I would definitely recommend for short term use to get back into the swing of a routine bedtime. My daughter is definitely an night owl that struggles to sleep on a night, she doesn’t have autism or adhd so this product might have a different effect for others with neurodivergence.

Golden Review Award: 19 From Our UsersSo after 5 years of my son (potential ADHD) not sleeping, I tried these last night!

Honestly in shock! Gave him 2 at 6pm and he went to bed at 7.30, asleep an hour later and only got up at 11pm for the toilet and straight back to bed until 8am!
He is usually awake till 11-12 and consistently out of bed before hand and then wakes all night and comes into my bed!

    Please give them a try!!!!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBought for my autistic boy , he doesn’t like them chewed as the aftertaste is a little chalky , however I have one with him twice a day and we suck them to see who’s dissolves the fastest . Game changer and they taste better this way .
He is also sleeping better which is always a bonus .

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersI bought these for my 9 year old son who has ADHD and ASD, his sleep is usually horrendous, he usually takes hours to fall asleep and finds it hard to stay asleep but we have tried these and they have worked miracles, first night he took himself to bed at 8pm and slept 12 hours and the next 2 nights has fallen asleep by 8pm too! Highly recommend

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersMy 6 year old son suffers with mild tics and problems falling asleep. He’s been taking these for the past 6-7 months now and when we run out within days my sons tics start to get bad again. So these definitely help as the moment we run out each time his tics return with a vengeance.
He also has suffered his entire life with falling to sleep taking an hour average a night sometimes two. Since taking these he can fall
    Asleep within twenty mins.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersI don’t often leave reviews but these have changed my life! My daughter (4yo) has attachment issues after her dad died when she was 2.5yo. She had night terrors and would often wake up crying asking where I’d gone. After starting these (2 tablets at night time) she’s been a much better sleeper. She still usually wakes up once a night but this is amazing compared to the 5/6 times she used to wake up. She also goes straight back to sleep once I go check on her where she used to be in such a state she would take ages to go back to sleep. Can’t rate these enough!

Golden Review Award: 24 From Our UsersSo my 6 year old has been a terrible sleeper all his life!!! He has restless legs, night terrors, anxiety. To the point I’m now struggling with chronic fatigue. Someone randomly recommended melatonin tablets off Amazon, however I came across these. I also purchased a 4kg weighted blanket. I can’t really comment whether it’s the blanket or the tablets but for the first time in his life he’s slept through for over a week now. He’d usually wake to check the dog was in his room, but he doesn’t even do this. Not only does he sleep through but he appears to be full energy now and so much happier! His teacher has also commented on how well he is doing. I’m relieved and wish I had tried these sooner!!! Fingers crossed it continues!!!

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersMy 12 year old son has been through a tough time mentally lately, he also is undiagnosed adhd possibly odd. I needed something to help him calm and relax and at that point I was willing to give anything a try. To start with he took them everyday, he says they started to work after around 5 days. He’s been taking them on and off for 2 months nearly and I hear him say ‘I’m feeling really energetic, I’m going to take my tablets”. Could be placebo could actually work. In his head they work, he sleeps better and does calm down. I will buy them agai

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersMy daughter 8 suffers with anxiety and stress, mood swings, and border line autism. I struggle to get her settled in the evening and off to sleep so I originally thought about sleep patches or a plug in, we can’t do lavender in our house, then came across these. I normally struggle to get her to take any kind of oral “medication” but once I explained to her that they would help her relax and get a good sleep she seemed fine to let it dissolve in her mouth. First night out like a light pretty quickly, the nights followed and again with a single tablet she seemed to calm instantly and fall I to a deep sleep. Since taking these she’s been a lot less anxious at night about things she’s got to do the following day and wakes up in a good mood. Highly recommended

Golden Review Award: 111 From Our UsersMy son has been taking these for over a year now. (he is 7 years old)

Every day before breakfast he takes 2. We are certain he has ADHD, and life has been such a struggle up until we started using Magnesium!

Honestly! He’s still the same busy hyper boy as always- BUT he can now focus!!!!!

You could say his name 30 times and get louder each time before he would respond to you. now that he has these magnesiums every morning he has come on leaps and bounds in life!

He struggled every day at school to achieve almost anything. He was loud, disruptive and a bit aggressive. Within about 1-2 weeks of starting them he did a 180 at school! he started joining in in lessons, worked hard on tasks and really started to be able to focus. Dont get me wrong, he didnt start focusing 100% but it was such a massive improvement for him!

if he misses a morning of taking them, you can 100% tell within the first hour of his day! We will be getting fed up and will be shouting at him to do the simplest thing like get his socks on, and he will be all over the place. He’ll forget what we’ve asked him to do in about 30 seconds and be distracted by something that made a noise, movement or something that just caught his eye. without magnesium it is a battle.

I know it’s not for everyone, but for my son with ADHD it is something we cant live without. He calls them his smart pills. He can tell the difference himself(but struggles to realise his behaviour is because he forgot to take them) he some times tells us he feels extra ‘fizzy’ and on those days he might have 3 rather than 2.

I did talk to our GP about this, she said that the only downside to taking slightly too much is that he may have a runny tummy- but this has never happened for him. Do contact your doctor though!

this is a life saver for us and my son 🙂
    Hope this helps

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersSon said the taste of these are better than the previous magnesium supplements I bought him from Animal Parade Mag Midz which he found too big and the taste too sour. Only just started today so too early to say whether they will help but fingers crossed!

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersI give these to my 9 year old an hour before bed and I notice how the magnesium slowly works. Settling Jim down for the night. He also doesn’t complain about aches and pains as much

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThese tablets have worked there magic with my son. He has just been diagnosed with autism and has been suffering with terrible night terrors, anxiety and sleep walking episodes an hour after going to bed. I was dubious to start with didn’t think they were going to work but within a week and half his night terrors have gone and he only has a freak episode of sleep walking. My son loves the taste and finds them easy to take he either sucks them or chews them. He’s on two a night. I find they work better if he takes them around 6:30pm then when he goes to bed at 8/9 as they have longer to work. They also have help him with his insomnia. They are a must buy!! Thank you for them!

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersResearching natural supplements to support with hyper activity at bedtimes as a result of what we believe to be ADHD in our 7 year old daughter. She’s being taking two at teatime for 6 weeks and I have noticed a big difference in that she falls asleep really quickly and doesn’t get out of bed once we’ve said goodnight anymore. Will definitely be buying more as they appear to be helping us all have a more restful evening and night.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersOk, I bought these in January and I wanted to give them a good month before I reviewed them.

What can I say, I am very, very impressed. My son gets very anxious and nervous. He’s due to take his GCSEs this year and was starting to get worked up about them already. He developed a quite severe head tic, which was giving him a permanent headache and was really quite anxious and stressed out. I researched for some natural help and magnesium came up. So, I ordered him some and in less than a week his tic had disappeared! Honestly if someone else have told me this I wouldn’t of believed them but it’s 100% true these are well worth the money! My son is much calmer, less stressed and sleeping better. It’s a win wi

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersMy 10year old daughter starting taking these about maybe, 4 months ago. Due to lockdown she has began to suffer from sever anxiety/OCD, which causes her to pick at her head constantly, causing it to scab. I was at my wits end on what to do, trying things like taping her head with a bandage, decaf green tea for L thiamine and fidget toys to distract her hands. The appointment with mental health services is a long time away, she just got accessed. Wasn’t given much help from the GP. I tried these supplements after discussing with the really good Doc at the surgery, he said that they may work completely or not at all. After being shot down by other GPs who do not believe in taking vitamins/supplement etc and just being prescribed a shampoo (it’s her forehead not her scalp) you know the type! Anyway, I have definitely seen an improvement. I got jaded after that other GP said they were useless and she did not take them for a few weeks, well, I certainly noticed that her anxiety ramped back up, and got bad. I’ve decided to keep her on them now as I know they are a bit pricey but definitely worth it.

These made a huge difference to my son, he was calmer, concentrated more and slept better. However.. this was short lived as he hated the taste, couldn’t even bribe him with heavily flavoured stuff. My older son tried them and had to spit it out.

So, they work really well but taste terrible so now I have half a tub that no one will use.

Purchased to help with change in my son’s sleeping habits. And reluctance to homeschool (think possibly connected to worries about Covid, missing his routine, missing his friends and mummy perhaps not the best teacher) … Doesn’t seem to make him sleep any sooner but he does seem calmer in himself.
He doesn’t like the taste though.
Too soon to know if they make a lot of difference, but am assuming that these along with L-theanine by the same company are helping to calm him.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI can count on one hand the amount of times my 3 year old has slept through the night in his life. I’ve been concerned he had restless leg syndrome since he was about 2 months old, Dr said he’s fine, he’s just energetic and carries on moving around and being energetic in his sleep…. I’ve ordered countless sleep aids online, tried all the methods but nothing worked. Long story short I tried these magnesium tablets after reading magnesium can help with restless legs and in less than 2 weeks he is sleeping much more deeply and with much less restless legs and we’ve had a few full nights of sleep in his own bed FINALLY. I don’t want to jinx it but we haven’t changed anything else in his routine so I am attributing it to these supplements

Golden Review Award: 61 From Our UsersI bought these for my son who is SEN, so far we have noticed he has had fewer melt downs in school and seems generally happier in himself.
We take these in combination with the Methyl Bs at night and L’theanine in the morning as I’ve read separately that they are also supposed to help with some of the behavioural/social problems he is struggling with. All 3 combined seem to be making a positive impact.
He doesn’t seem to like the taste too much, but it’s not bad enough for him to refuse, we just give him water or juice to help.
I love that there are smiling children on the front as we now call them our happy vitamins.
I’m disappointed they aren’t on the subscribe and save option on amazon, but regardless I will be buying again 🙂
