HYDRO| Mouse Traps – 8 Pack Mouse Traps for Indoors and Outdoors That Kill Instantly – Highly Sensitive Mice Traps Rodent Catcher – Reusable Mouse Trap.
Mouse Traps
Place mouse traps where mice are likely to travel, such as along walls, in corners, and near doors. Concentrate on common areas like kitchens, basements, garages, and storage spaces. Mice tend to follow these paths, so positioning traps in these strategic locations increases the effectiveness of catching them.

You might be forgiven for thinking that these wont be any good when you consider that you get eight of them for very little money.
Well I can tell you that they are very effective indeed.
They are easy to set, easy to bait- I used peanut butter, and I have had a number of kills since using them.
Really easy to use. Very strong and sturdy and extremely powerful the little critters won’t know what hit them! So watch those fingers and definitely keep away from children and pets! Great price for a pack of 8 and love that it comes with a cleaner and tongs. Caught a shrew and a vole in the first night!
To start, they come in a box with a guide that says rat traps, so I was going to send them back. I decided to test the trigger plate, and they will definitely work on mice.
You can carry them around loaded with bait by holding the sides or back, just be careful not to touch the trigger plate.
I didn’t do a lot a research, I just bought them, and they’ve only been down a day, so I couldn’t tell you if they are value for money or whether they are effective.
very easy to arm and use – already caught 2 mice in one day. Be sure to load the trap with fresh food bait (bread etc.) as dried bait i find is not so successful in luring in the mice. The trap easily killed the mice for disposable with an easy release button to drop the mice into a bag. highly recommend
It works if you have suicidal mice but be very careful it’s no where near pets or children as it packs a powerful snap. Used in friends loft and worked a couple of times but you have to move them round as mice get use to where they are. Not really ideal if placed in loft but hey it worked so
Good number of traps for price and easy to set.
These mouse traps are absolutely amazing.
We live on a ranch and have been fighting mice since we moved here.
I’ve used rolling traps, and the old-fashioned wood snap traps.
I thought we had gotten rid of most of the mice, then I noticed there was one really obnoxious little mouse, he would run across the counter top, then stop and look at one of the mousetraps, he woukd sniff it then turn and run away.
One day he ran across the top of the TV screen, he stopped and stared at me, twitched his little whiskers and ran off, oh the war was on.
Seriously this felt like an old episode of Tom and Jerry with the mouse always getting the better of us.
Out of desperation I ordered these traps. Baited them with a bit of peanut butter and a little sliver of dog jerky which they for some reason love. I know they love them because they chew holes in every bag we get.
So I set out two of these mouse traps with baited with peanut butter and dog jerky treats.
I placed one on the counter and the other one behind my recliner where I sit.
It couldn’t have been much more than about 5 minutes when I heard this weird noise.
I didn’t recognize it cuz I’m so used to the other snap traps. When my wife said you know I think that might have been one of the new mouse traps.
Sure enough I looked behind the chair, and there he is, Jerry all bloody twitchy and dying. Yep none of those humane traps around here.
The one thing I will say is these aren’t nearly as powerful as the old wood snap traps, the old wood snap traps would break their necks and kill them almost instantaneously.
These aren’t quite as powerful, don’t get me wrong they kill them but sometimes it doesn’t kill them right away. Sometimes They’ll sit there twitching for a while, a few times we’ve had to search for the trap as they’ve drug it off. They don’t drag it far.
But seriously these things are super easy to bait, super easy to clean, they don’t hurt nearly as bad if you get snapped in the finger with one.
And they’re reusable.
But the most important part is they work and they work much better than the old wood traps. Within the first day of using them we caught eight mice.
It’s like my whole day was spent doing nothing but cleaning and baiting these mouse traps.
We have literally eradicated every mouse in every living space on our property. It’s been probably two weeks since we’ve caught a mouse, I see no traces of them, no mouse droppings, no chew holes in potato chip bags, flower bags or sugar bags.
We do have traps out continuously, we need to rebait them once a week because the peanut butter and dog jerky treats tend to dry out.
So like I said if you’re on the fence about these, just buy them they’re worth every penny. With that said you might have to experiment with what your mice like to eat. Not hard to figure it out just go through your pantry and find out what they’ve been getting into and bait it with that. Around here it was the dog jerky treats that they liked.
Another tip is come springtime the mice are less interested in eating and more interested in mating so baiting traps with food isn’t quite as effective as it is the rest of the year. During the springtime I recommend getting some pheromone bait and putting a couple drops in the bait holder. Along with a couple bits of string, they like string and yarn for their nests.
Not one for reviews but had these delivered as we found drippings in the garage.
Cleaned the garage, placed 3 traps, all with different food on (nut spread, a strawberry and and sweet) all the traps had a mouse in the following morning! Worked really well
OK, so mice are light weight, but the add says mice. I think it’s a bit small for rats – we don’t have them though. The devices are remarkably small and easily triggered – although after a week none have gone snap…
Had some ‘visitors’ who recently discovered the bags of dog food under the stairs! Sealed every hole I could find and sprayed peppermint oil everywhere but they seem to still squeeze in from somewhere! Set a few traps and caught 2 the first night and another 2 on the second night !
If you have one mouse you have probably more. I tried using humane traps with limited success. You may only have up to 2 or 3 weeks to get the mice before they start having babies, they can have up to 8 each, now you have an infestation. To get the best use of these traps I used peanut butter as bait. Make sure they have no access to any food anywhere, Clean the house so there are no crumbs of food, so the only place they can go for food are to the traps. You may have to move traps to places they frequent as well if they are not catching them after a few days. Keep checking the traps at least once a day, I found the morning you’re mostly likely find a dead mouse. Keep using the traps for a week or so even if you think you got them all, just to make sure. Another thing you need to do is work out how they got into your house in the first place, check for holes, gaps around waste pipes from the kitchen as they only need a very small hole to get in to your house and make sure you seal it. These are the best mouse traps after testing a few and help catch all those pesky mice in the house..
These traps work great! They have a high catch rate. I live in the country Side and mice are a fact of life here. The important thing is to find the entrances and close them up. But when they do get in these will do a great job at getting rid of them. The yellow sleeve makes it easy to see if the trap is still set and active. The plastic housing makes them easy to clean. A real advantage over the older wood style. If you put them in the right places they will trap mice without bait. I use a little peanut butter. Once you have one caught you can just hold the trap on the opposite side and place a finger on the metal bar and apply a little pressure and the trap will release enough for the mouse to fall out.
