I’m writing this review after I started using it and testing in my flat.Its so useful for who thinks about the product with budget friendly.Me & my wife both are using it simultaneously.
I have bought 2 of these to cover my back garden and side passageway.
The picture quality is very good.
Motion detection is not very good. In my circumstances, I find that motion is only detected when very close to the camera- 6 to 10 feet or 2 metres typically.
The associated app on my Google Pixel phone is working very well.
I’m currently saving up to buy another 2 of these to cover the front of my house.
For the price I paid, these security cameras work very well.
I have fitted 4 of these Camera’s to our house I did find that powering them constantly is a better option the Camera’s have been all set to performance mode the coverage at night is good really pleased with the purchase I can highly recommend them.
It is replacing a Eufy camera, that was nearly 3 times the price, and not as good in my opinion.
Bought a second one.
Uses cloud storage that is free for the first year or the 4gb internal storage.
You can not get inside the camera to upgrade the storage capacity.
Size of camera is quiet chunky and battery was 50% charged in when arrived.
Hi please can the seller contact me, i cant get in contact any other way. The screw to the magnetic part wont screw in and therefore wont hold the camera. I dont want to return the camera as that itself works but i would like a new stand

I have since amended this review, since the seller has contacted me in quick response and offered a replacement, cant fault the cameras, this is my 3rd camera with imou, brilliant little cameras, just literally the screw on this one was a bit dodgy, but like i said originally camera works. Would highly suggest them if you are looking for a camera
The 2K resolution provides incredibly clear images, allowing me to easily see cars and people on the driveway. I’ve previous experience some battery camera did drop very quickly or suddenly go offline if it’s too cold outside, but this one working fine.
With 4GB of local storage, I estimate that it can store 60-70 days of footage based on a week of testing.
At less than 40, this battery camera offers exceptional value compared to other brands.
The night vision is excellent, very clear, and you can see people’s faces downstairs. It is compatible with Alexa, which we use at home, so I can control it with voice commands.
No doubt, I will buy another one, it will work even better in places where there is no power source.
The picture quality is also amazing, and I can see everything clearly even at night. The detection is quite sensitive, I set it to human detection only, so I wouldn’t get alerted every time the neighbor’s cat came by. The only problem is that it only supports 2.4Ghz wifi.
Overall, I must say, it’s worth every penny! It’s like having my own little security guard watching over my backyard. Now I can sleep soundly knowing that my camera has got my back.
