A great and solid set of 3 cables. These come in 3 lengths of 2 metres, 1 metre and 15 cm each. Personally I use all 3 cables for charging my phone and tablet. The 3 metre cable is used in the living room, the 1m in the car for my phone and the 15cm cable which has limited function because it’s a short cable comes in handy when i’m charging my phone from a battery bank. Instead of having a long cable dragging everywhere the 15cm cable is perfect for carrying on me. As with all newer USB cables, these have a USB-A connector at one end and a USB-C connector at the other and will work with most phones and tablets manufactured in the last 4-5 years. The cables are well-made with strong but flexible outer sheathing. They also come with additional rubber sheathing where the cable meets the connectors. This part of a cable is normally the weakest point as it gets the most twists and turns and on older cables it would regularly damage shortening its life. I’ve used these cables with a normal charger and a power charger and on both chargers they have worked fine. I’ve not noticed any difference in charging speeds .
At the current price for a pack of 3 cables it’s a really good deal. I’ve only used them for a short while so can’t say how long these will last but I have no reason to doubt they will work well for some time.
A simple set of USB cables that are ideal for connecting a phone to a computer or just to use for charging. In the pack you get three cables. They are all well made with metal ends and long strain relief to prevent bend damage near the plugs. The nylon mesh webbing over the cables is secure and gives the cables a premium feel that they deserve. They are a bargain – even though the 15cm cable is largely useless as it is too small.
Very useful to have these USB A to C leads with the number of USB-A chargers about. Also very handy to be able to get a mixed length pack, although the shortest could perhaps do with being 30cm rather than 15.
They have a fabric fine braid outer cover and aren’t the most flexible I’ve come across, but not the worst either. The plugs themselves are quite long, though I haven’t found this getting in the way an maybe it will provide more strain relief and make them last longer.
They seem to charge as well as other 5V cables – you won’t get the benefit of PD from a USB A charger (not one I have seen, anyway) and I didn’t have anything on hand to try Quick Charge.
All in all, as a mixed length A-C cable set, they’re pretty useful.
So the description states this is a:-
USB C charger cable 3.1A 3 pack 2m/1m/15cm type C cable fast charging. Braided USB A to USB-C phone charger cable USBC for iPhone 15 Pro Huawei P9 Pixel 7/6 iPad PS5 Samsung galaxy S22/S21/S20/S9.
The cables are braided wrapped so it adds that extra protection to the cable within, which is what I like, meaning hopefully it will last longer than a previous ones.
The short 15cm cable has been very handy when having to use the battery pack while travelling. Meaning there no long cable hanging around.
The price at the time of this review is 6.45p which works out to be 2.15p each.
So far so good
But I will update this review if needed.

These are really sturdy USB cables. They come with connectors which have a very significantly sized moulding to the cable it is really chunky but practically guarantees if you make a loose connection it was probably your fault.
The cables themselves are quite think and quite rigid maybe not the best for carrying in your pocket but I found that using them at home their rigidity allowed me to easily do some tidy looking cable management.
I use mine mainly for transferring data from devices to my computer and the speeds were acceptable I often find that the bottleneck when it comes to such testing tends to be in the device connected rather than the cable so I tend to run on the assumption that if the device bottleneck is lower than the cables advertised speed then it should be running as well as if I used the official cable supplied with the device. In this instance the transfer speeds were in line with those assumptions.
These robust USB cables are definitely up to the task and are really well priced.
Review of: USB C Charger Cable 3.1A 3Pack 2m/1m/15cm Type C Cable Fast Charging, Braided USB A to USB-C Phone Charger Cable USBC for iPhone 15 Pro Huawei P9 Pixel 7/6 iPad PS5 Samsung Galaxy S22/S21/S20/S9
With three different length cables there is no excuse for not having the lead you require. I found all of the connections to be good and the leads were able to deliver a fast charge to my S22.
The braiding appears good and the only downside I could see was that the leads were perhaps not as flexible as I was expecting (and some of the kinks from their packaging state remain).
ALTHOUGH I RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT FOR FREE VIA THE AMAZON “VINE” PROGRAMME, I VALUE MY INTEGRITY SO ALWAYS GIVE HONEST, UNBIASED OPINIONS.
FOR ME:
A 4* PRODUCT IS GOOD – It does everything it says it should.
A 5* PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT — It does everything it should and MORE or PARTICULARLY WELL or is EXCELLENT VALUE
LOWER STAR RATINGS ARE GIVEN WHERE THERE IS A FLAW, A DESCRIPTION IS MISLEADING or THERE IS ANOTHER ISSUE WHICH WILL BE CLEARLY STATED.
The first thing that I noticed about these leads was how durable they are… I’ve used many braided leads before, but these are something else, very firm and they appear to be incredibly durable and high quality. Of course, time will tell.
At one end, there is a USB-C plug and at the other, a USB-A plug. Both have a metal housing, rubberised grips, making them easy to plug and unplug and a good strain relief.
I’ve tested these leads, charging my Samsung Galaxy S22 phone and haven’t had any issues. The pack comes with a 2m, 1m and 15cm lead, so very handy, although I think a 30cm lead would probably be of more use than the 15cm one?
Recommended.
These are good cables. Type C is becoming even more common since Apple also switched their phones to use it. I am not quite sure what wattage these cables can take. In one of the illustrations it says 3.0amps which is 15 watts. The cables seem quite thick so they may be able to cope with higher wattages but I have not tested that. I have tried them with an iPhone 15 pro max and an S21 Ultra and they work well.
The cables are braided and the connectors are solid with a flexible but strong cover between the type C/USB connector itself and the cable. I have not had them long but I imagine they are very durable. I particularly like the braiding which is finer and more subtle than all the other braided cables I have had.
These are a really good value 3 pack of USB-A to USB-C Cables.
They are described as Fast Charging and list the Google Pixel in the title, which is at best a little misleading. These do not charge anywhere near the full speed on a google Pixel (I was getting about 7W charging at 5V using these.). I think they mean that they are capable of supporting higher wattages, but they wont initiate charging at those higher wattages on a Pixel (or most modern phones) as it doesnt use Qualcomm QuickCharge.
They do work for quick charge devices, but there aren’t a huge number of those using USB-C.
As a USB-A to USB-C though, these work well, with good transfer speeds over USB 2 as expected.
I really like the braiding on these as its a harder nylon material not a softer cotton like one, which get grotty after a while, these feel like they will last a bit longer when scrunched up in a bag.
The Strain relief is also very good on these, sticking out a good couple of centimetres from the plug, meaning they should be pretty resilient to being bent or pulled, but you also wont be able to have one of these sticking out the back of a PC and push it against a wall.. as it wont bend.
First of all, the quality of these cables are fantastic, whilst they are braided, I do believe that they are the most flexible braided cable I have used.
I was hoping to use the small 15cm cable with my iPhone 15 Pro and an external SSD drive with a USB Type A to USB-C adapter, unfortunately, this didn’t work as the data transfer wasn’t fast enough.
That said, I can confirm that they do work perfectly with Apple CarPlay, and the short cable would be perfect when using with a portable power bank.
Whilst some may complain about the length of the rubber sheath on the plugs, personally I think they are a great idea and are easier to grip than normal cables, which would be of great benefit to anyone who has mobility issues with their hands.
So taking the cables for what they are, charging cables, I really have nothing negative to say about them and can highly recommend them.
I was given these iSoul USB-C charger cables to review on the Amazon Vine programme. I was interested to see how good a set of three leads costing just 6.45 could be.
They arrived packed in a cardboard box and each lead was held in a paper band indicating its length and compliance with the various standards for the UK and EU.
The quality of the leads is excellent. The plugs have grey aluminium shells with polished chamfers at the edges and there is a stress relief sleeve extending along the wire to minimise bending failures. The wire itself is covered in grey material similar to nylon braiding. The wire was not as subtle as some and the bends imparted when it was packed were resistant to being straightened out. I hope this will improve with use. Construction looks strong and I can see no reason why these cables should not last a long time.
Three different lengths are included in the pack; 2 meters, 1 meter and a tiny 15cm one.
I tested the electrical performance of each of the leads using an FNB58 USB analyser and a QC3 20W charger. The reported the protocols, shown in the pictures, is an impressive list – green means available red means unavailable. You will see that the shortest lead had an additional protocol to the others.
The diameter of the wire is 4mm which is moderately thick and if the space is taken up with copper, good for the current carrying capabilities. When supplying current a of 2.4A to a dummy load the 2 meter lead had a voltage drop of 0.6V – it is likely the shorter leads will have less.
A possible drawback of these cables is the combined length of the plugs and stress relief; the USB-A’s are 61.4mm and the USB-C’s 52.9mm.
I have no hesitation recommending these inexpensive cables. In fact I decided to buy another set after testing them for this review and was delighted to find that after applying the discount codes and vouchers available on the Amazon listing I only paid 2.51 – how long this offer will last is uncertain, but at the full asking price they still represent excellent value.
I like these. As an IT professional I have loads of USB cables. I’ve had every type of the years for sure.
These feel rock solid.
– The plugs work (as you’d expect!) and fit well. Sometimes the USB-C end can be quite short, or the plastic around the plug is quite fat, meaning trouble with phones in cases in particular. These work great.
– There’s a solid rubbery strain relief. This should mean the cables don’t break at that classic point just behind the plug, as the plastic and metal suffer fatigue from constant bending. This feels very robust.
– The braiding is nice. It’s really fine, unlike some with a rope-like texture.
Only negative? They’re relatively stiff. Some USB cables can be really floppy, easy to coil, easy to stuff in a pocket. These feel more rigid. Not a bad thing really, but worth mentioning.
I use these cables for charging only – I’ve never really needed USB-C for data transfer as I would go wireless for anything with a mobile 99% of the time! So I’m only really validating these as practical charging cables and can’t vouch for data transfer speeds.
As a minor detail, they came really well packaged! A nicely printed cardboard box with the three cables (15cm, 1m, 2m lengths) neatly wrapped inside. It all goes in the recycling of course, but it’s a nice touch.
All in all I’m happy to rate these 5 stars.
