I brought another monitor form this range and sent it back, had a horrible artifact and needed things set just to get a minimum good moving image.
But this one is great, has HDR too even though it doesn’t mention it, it’s not as native but it does have if ya willing to play around to get it going.
The screen is nice though, no blur when moving and what’s you’d expect from the specs.
Also just for normal daytime desktop stuff its really nice and clear too.
Bought for my 14 year old GS he has been using this monitor almost everyday since purchased. I am told picture quality is great, no latency, due to refresh rate, all seems to be going good appears to be a quality monitor so thank you!
PROS:
High ppi
High refresh rate
Low response time(use on fast, not fastest since this causes overshoot)
Great price
Wide colour range
CONS:
Apparently the stand is bad but i’m not too sure since I’ve just used an arm since day one but if youre worried about this i’d suggest you go with the koorui 27e3q which as far as i can tell is the same monitor with a better stand for around 5 extra not on sale
Theres the slightest ever bit of backlight bleed in each corner but it’s only slightly noticiable when on a fully black screen and practically not visible when doing anything and this is expected since it’s still quite a cheap lcd panel.
I did have to do quite a bit of playing around with the colour settings on software and the monitor itself since it looked quite drained out of the box but this only took a few minutes.
The HDR implementation isn’t the best but this should be expected as it is rated HDR400 but at least it can be turned off easily in the monitors settings. However having HDR on stops you from changing a lot of settings in the osd including response times.
Great value for money at this price point. The only downside to this monitor it is very heavy on the red colouring, so you may need to tweak with the colour settings either through the monitors OSD or through your PC’s Nvidia/AMD control panel.
Other than that it is a great monitor with great clarity and quality for the price.
Its a really great monitor, perfect value for money.
The picture quality and the response time is really good the only drawback it has is the monitor stand. The stand is not that great which makes the screen wobble if your table shakes just a little bit other than that its a really great monito
