Would highly recomend, as believe it does the job perfectly, great value, and believe it is better compared to others.
A good phone holder, easy to fit and use, and my fingerprint even still works through the protector.
Fits a Google Pixel 8 Pro with a very small amount of room to spare, to give you an idea of the size.
Easy to fit to bicycle, too.
I ordered this for my son so I don’t have to worry about him dropping his phone whilst on his bike.
The fitting was very simple and the fact that it’s detachable from the mount means you can keep everything all together, there is plenty of room to add keys an a wallet inside the holder as well.
The touchscreen compatibility works well but I did notice that some buttons aren’t recognised on my sons phone,
the mount is quite bulky though, slightly bigger than expected but it does the job well.
This has impressed me by being able to hold my phone as I have a Pixel Fold in a leather wallet case stuffed with cards. The Velcro flaps barely close and there’s not much room for anything else but it’s safely in there and I can unlock and work the phone through the waterproof window. The hoop is large enough to go round even the frame of a bike, as shown in my pictures, while also having silicone inserts to reduce the inner diameter.
Overall, it’s a sturdy gadget that has done the job it was designed to do.
This is a very good quality waterproof phone holder case!
It’s more of a phone holder with a storage compartment built-in which is great to minimise your carrying while out riding.
The whole case is waterproof to an extent, it fully zips around to keep everything inside safe, has reflective accents and a little hood to add some shade on your device’s display to prevent glare and the holder has a single push button on the back to slide off and take with you if you need to leave your bike unattended in a shop.
On the interior it has a velcro flap seam to secure your phone against the clear touchscreen panel for use on the go, the other side of the case has storage for cards in the slots and a zip pocket for loose cash, underneath that there’s also some net pocket dividers for other small items like a power bank for example which is some nice extra storage space.
Easy to install with an easy to loosen clamp with inner rubber grips which make the holder stable with no movement on lots of handle bar thicknesses. I was worried that it might be a little too wide to fit on next to my throttle button but it fits perfectly and isn’t in the way
No price is available at the moment but as it’s a great product and definitely a big step above your average bike phone holders, I’d say paying around 19.99 wouldn’t be too much.
Fitting this phone holder onto my handlebars wasn’t the easiest task, but with a bit of trial and error, I got it secured. My iPhone 15 fits well, but the Max version didn’t quite cooperate with face recognition.
It’s got handy extra storage underneath for cards and a repair kit, plus a rain cover. It’s a bit bulky, but the waterproofing is a plus. Overall, not bad for keeping my phone safe while I’m out and about.
This is a good quality accessory for a mobile phone. It works great and is very robust and good protection for most mobile phones . It’s well packaged and highly recommended. It has all round protection and will protect against drops and knocks and its waterproof too.
I purchased this for my mountain bike, as I had concerns that other types of mounts might not offer sufficient cushioning for the phone. I believe this provides much better protection for the camera, as I’ve heard that intense vibrations can potentially damage the zoom function of the camera on the phone. My son has a different mount, and he’s currently experiencing issues with fluid zooming; it seems to pause when attempting to zoom in for pictures. If I’m tackling a rough trail, I’ll opt to remove the phone and stow it in my pocket. However, for leisurely rides around the streets and easy trails, it performs admirably.
Cycle phone holders are always useful, those mounted on the handlebars doubly so, because they enable you to use your screen’s sat-nav.
They say this is showerproof, which is great, and when I used the sprinkler on my watering can with paper towel inside, the paper did indeed stay dry. But Like most others, it isn’t quoted as being actually waterproof, presumably due to the zip that runs three sides of the holder, plus the earphones slit. I can imagine that it would have to be absolutely pouring for it to begin to let in water, but I can also see that the forward speed of the bike might encourage ingress. They do provide an extra waterproof cover (it’s like they’ve been to England before!), but with this cover in place you aren’t in any way able to view your phone screen. Surely there’s a way to have a clear single piece cover with an elasticated edge?
Despite this being a bit of an ongoing problem with this type of holder, I do still prefer these handlebar versions which don’t necessitate taking your eyes off the road so much to look at. It’s also handy that you can position the actual holding mechanism pretty much upright if necessary, to avoid sunlight hitting the screen. That way you can get a clear image without setting your phone screen to its highest setting, and so buzzing through your phone battery in a couple of hours.
The bracket that holds the unit feels solid, and has a screw-then-clip mechanism that allows you to tighten the screw to reasonably close, then use a latch to do that last tightening lock. This enables you to make minor adjustments very quickly. The bar coming from the mount has a ball and socket head that rotates 360 so you can have your phone portrait or landscape, as desired.
I do think that the sun shade on this one feels like a little but of an afterthought, as it’s very small. The sun shade is also a good rain shield, as if you cycle with these when it’s raining just a little, the raindrops which slide across the surface do make it a little hard to see your phone’s map, so you do rely on the shade a lot. But i do like that it’s made of reflective material–that’s a nice touch.
To me, this seems a good option for a handlebar phone holder. It provides useful, if small, extra space, and the click-lock fast-detach feature works well. A good contender.
My youngster is now able to video herself when riding her bike. This contraption can accommodate metal tubes of different diameters, so can be fitted to handlebars or the bicycle frame itself. The phone holder has space for little bits and bobs in addition to the phone which is very handy. The phone holder zips closed and keeps the phone protected and firmly in place. The plastic window allows you to use the touchscreen but sometimes it is unresponsive and you have to take the phone out. I have taken a star away for this. The holder sits on a ball joint allowing you to position the phone exactly where you want it.
The holder is bulkier than other products, but they may not have the added features and protection this holder provides. There is also a mini waterproof covering when there is a downpour or you want to keep the device out of sight.
This is relatively easy to install on the handlebars but it wasn’t the easiest system I’ve tried. The instructions provided suggested how many anti-slip silicone pads to put into the fixing clip to secure it around the handlebars based on the diameter of the latter. I first tried with two but that wasn’t enough so started all over again with a third and that seemed to do the trick. There is ample space for an iPhone 15 inside. If I position it in the middle vertically, the camera is not obscured by the sun viser and face recognition works. This is not the case with an iPhone 15 Max though. It can fit inside but I couldn’t seem to make face recognition work. The touch screen works most of the time. Furthermore the holder offers a little bit of storage space under the phone (including specific slots for three bank cards or similar and a little zipped-up section) where you can put a small repair kit (not supplied) and the yellow rain cover (supplied). This yellow cover looks like it ought to be reflective in the dark but it isn’t. Same thing for the grey/silver lines on the sides of the holder. They don’t seem to reflect light. The whole holder is a bit bulkier than one that doesn’t offer that extra storage space and waterproof surround protection – as you might expect. It does mean that I’d be less likely to adjust the angle and use it in landscape format. On the other hand it’s easy to action the ‘press’ button underneath to unhook the whole holder and take it with me if I were to stop off somewhere during my ride.
This model is better than the other one by Lemego as its not as hugely deep, but its still huge and bulky.
The quality is not questioned, its very high grade from the case, to the fittings.
Value is not bad for the level of quality.
For my preference, it just looks ungainly and too bulky on my bike, so I have taken it off and put my old one back on.
Its not for me I am afraid to say, but if you want to be able to read an max sized phone and carry various other items with it, it may be just what you want.
