I ordered the Magnet Maze Set Montessori board for my 5 year old son.
The product arrived well packaged and in very good condition.
It’s a solid wood construction made with very good quality materials and with accurate detailing.
We recieved the car parking product where you can move the individual cars into their parking spaces.
This is an excellent product to encourage little ones fine motor skills.
The attached magnet pen is quite strong and easy to use.
Each car has a letter detailed on the top and it’s possible to coordinate the cars into the correct spaces.
You can also form smaller words with the cars quite easily.
A lot of craftmanship appears to have gone into the board. It’s very appealing and nicely detailed.
Each section enables your child to practice different abilities, such as; the alphabet and spelling.
It could be used from as young as 12-months to 5-6 years when the phonics classes truly benefit.
Overall, a lovely product that will still benefit his focus on letters and words in the infant school years.
This is a really fun toy and the educational opportunities are endless. This was given to our 4 year old nephew as a gift and he was thrilled. Such a good idea. The cars are relatively easy to move but it does take a bit of practice.
The vibrant colors of the Magnet Alphabet Maze immediately caught my eye, making it a visually appealing toy for my toddler. The magnets used in this maze are not only fun to play with but also respond well to the magnetic cars, providing a seamless playing experience.
I appreciate the fact that this toy is made of thick non-toxic wood and a durable plastic screen, ensuring that it can withstand the rough handling of a toddler. The absence of sharp edges gives me peace of mind knowing that my child can play with this toy safely, even when I’m not around to supervise.
Although my 3+ year old toddler has no trouble navigating the maze, I can see how some kids may find it challenging to maneuver the magnetic car through the maze as the parking spaces for the cars are narrow.
Overall, I find this Magnet Alphabet Maze to be a fantastic educational toy that makes learning the alphabet The addition of spelling cards to this toy is a great way to help kids learn to spell words while having fun with the maze.-have for any parent looking to teach their child the alphabet in a fun and engaging way. Thank you for taking time to read my review. I hope you find it helpful.
Magnetic puzzle that comes with flash cards to help learn the alphabet and spelling short words. safe to use as all the little parts are sealed behind a clear lid. The cars are easy to move with the magnetic wand. Teach lower case ( in the car parking spaces) and upper case letters (on the top if the cars). Perfect for our little one that is starting preschool soon, lots of fun and engaging whilst learning.
This is a wonderful toy for kids 3 years and above. It’s not only great for kids to improve their hand eye coordination but also helps memorize alphabets and some spellings.
Overall, this is a very well made toy with a solid wooden base and a clear sturdy plastic front that keeps the little blocks inside the maze. You then use the attached magnetic pen to grab and move blocks around and arrange accordingly. The board is also pretty generous in size and has round edges so perfect and safe for kids to play with. The toy also comes with a selection of cards with 3 letter words which is a bonus as kids can arrange blocks and learn spellings as they play. The pen has a decent magnet and works very well. The toy is also reasonably priced too (around 15 with a voucher) and therefore is good value for money. Worth a 5 stars rating.
This magnetic alphabet letters maze toy features various pictured words that can be inserted into the puzzle. The magnetic pen can then be used to guide the cars to find the relevant letters to park the cars. I love magnetic puzzles like this as it’s a great travel toy but also one for keeping your child engaged. Great for letter learning, word recognition, colours etc. The listing says 3, 4, 5 which I’d say is an ideal age, possibly even starting at late 2s. My little one still gets mixed up with her letters and this toy will certainly help her recognition of them. *edit* after some use, the pane on the front has suffered from some scratches that can’t be taken out. Not ideal as it is toddlers who’d use this. Doesn’t impact the use of the toy though
Edited after my 4 year old had a few plays. You can see some scratching on the plastic as shown. A shame as I imagine eventually it will make it hard to see the letters. Removed a star for longevity.
I absolutely love this magnetic sorting toy to support our capital letter learning as well as working on fine motor skills. All while your child has no idea they’re learning!
The cars are mostly easy to move around and don’t drop off the magnet. They are a little harder to park but your child can practice reverse parking with magnets instead!
My only gripe would be the shape of the lower case letter a. As standard, children are taught the round version and not the one with a flick at the top. It is quite hard to explain to them why their toys are different to what they are learning about!
This magnetic alphabet toy has 26 letters (on little cars) that can be moved around a board by a magnetic wand and placed into slots (parking spaces) to spell one of the three letter words shown on illustrated word cards. With this game the child develops eye-to-hand coordination and spelling skills.
My 3 year old grandchild had great fun with it. The great feature of this game is that all the parts are contained below the clear acrylic panel, so no clearing up after playing with it, and no lost letters.
