Bought this for my son’s 5th birthday, very easy to charge as it uses USB C – remote control uses AAA batteries, quality is very good and can be used on most terrain. Speed might be a little but quick for my 5 year olds control but my 7 year old really likes it.

what can i say for this car. it is such a cute and fun play things. my little brother got a lot fun with this car. he always stick with this car. all the time almost. so light , not heavy and so flexible. also product quality great. recommed this product. packaging also good.
I bought this for my grandson’s birthday. Unfortunately on arrival the remote didn’t work. I emailed Maxtronic who replied very quickly. They apologised and explained that the remotes were currently out of stock, so they would send me a complete new kit of car and remote, which arrived in a few days. They advised that I didn’t need to return the faulty product, so I now have two cars. I was extremely happy with the prompt customer service I received.
I received two cars of the old style , one of which unfortunately broke after water got in to the electrics.
I left a review and thought nothing more of it. The customer service contacted me and offered a replacement, which I accepted.
The replacement was the updated version of the car and has been great so far. It is easier to charge with a usbc slot underneath and the controller has easier battery access too so no need for keeping a screw driver to hand. I preferred the old soft tires but the new ones have a larger paddle so they are better on water.
When it broke I ordered one from another company, which is more powerful but I much prefer these as the handling is smooth so much better for the kids to control.
Admittedly I use it more than my kids. Round the house, through the woods and on the beach they’re a lot of fun and the customer care is top notch!
We bought this little remote controlled car for my grandsons 4th birthday. He has loved it, but sadly after 3 months or so we had problems with the tyres constantly deflating. I could see on other reviews that is was a common problem. So I contacted customer services of the manufacturer and they couldn’t have been more responsive or helpful. Sending out a full set of upgraded wheels free of charge. I would certainly use this company again. Our Grandson is very happy.

Ordered a car from here which arrived quickly. Overall it was a great car and my daughter really loved it. Issue was one of the tyres kept going flat. Returned the car and got an immediate refund. Seller then contacted me and offered to send out a replacement upgraded car free of charge. Seemed too good to be true but car arrived quickly and is even better than the previous one as tyres don’t require inflation. Super happy with the product recieved and their customer service was exceptional. Very happy customer. Thank you
This car made our kids really happy. We have bought two so they can race and do other tricks. It is easy to control and really is capable of swimming. The battery could be bigger, luckily it comes with 2.

I accidently broke the charger and asked if the seller could replace it at my expense.. They said they were out of stock of the chargers but would send me a whole set, car included for no cost at all… That’s what you call customer service..
I’ve received the new car and it works great, we now have 2 cars, 4 batteries and 1 charger.. Thankyou very much
