Bought as a birthday gift for 4 year old and it was a hit. Glad I purchased the mains version to save on batteries as imagine the battery version would get through a fair few. Also popular with 6 year old sibling.
A massive Christmas Day success with my 3 year old grandson who soon got the knack of speeding around the track. Also impressed with the staying power if the batteries with lasted beyond Boxing Day with intense usage.
Purchased as a Christmas present for my 3.5 yr old son, he loves it and great that there are speed controls on each remote to change the speed of the cars making it really easy to use. To be honest it’s great fun for all ages, over Christmas the adults enjoyed playing with it just as much as the kids. Easy to assemble, I’ve left ours up in the playroom as some reviews say not so good when disassembled and put back together again and I can imagine that to be true so have left it as it is now it’s put together. Wont hesitate to purchase another for my nephews 4th birthday.
Lovely little starter set for my grandchildren, unfortunately one car stopped working after one day, fortunately Amazon was great in replacing before Christmas. Some of the track pieces were harder to push together, but with a bit of care it assembled ok. This set would have been better with wireless controllers as there is a tendency for little hands to forget track attached. Set takes 5 AA batteries.
Update November 2021, still going strong, has been disassembled and reassembled many times and it still generates a lot of excitement for a few hours when out.
