I’m unsure how much this actually helped me but I gave it to my mother to use on her knee and it helped reduce pain for her so it definitely works
I can definitely say there’s been an improvement after using this , it soaks in well too and i find you don’t need to rub as much in for it to make a difference and there’s no unpleasant smell like with some cheap gels, the tube is really small at 40g for just under 6 though so it’s not the cheapest.
I think I’ll definitely purchase this gel again rather than pay for the cheaper unbranded gel, this 10% max strength makes more of a difference to the pain in my knee, it’s just a shame it isn’t slightly cheaper or the tube isn’t bigger but it’s definitely making some kind of difference so I’m pleased i purchased it.
