Seeing a lot of negative reviews on these nails so thought I’d pop a review on to explain some of the common complaints, firstly is the durability and the chipping, lifting etc of the nails, they are not meant to extend beyond the length of your natural nails unless you’ve added nail tips for length, if they’re shaped and cured beyond the length of your own nails then they will break, spilt and get damaged as they aren’t false nails, they are simply semi cured individual nail gel shapes to make home manicures easier to do, they aren’t thick or strong enough to use as a false nail to lengthen the look of your nails, although sticky you can apply a small amount of nail glue, for more length glue on nail tips first.
Before applying make sure your nails are clean and prepped, rough up the surface of your nails and tips (if you’re using them) with the emery board included, lift and push back your cuticles, wash your hands then use a dehydrator on the surface of your nails before applying the gels, apply the gels, then with downward strokes use a nail file to remove the excess gel then cure, for longer lasting results apply a gel topcoat and cure again, these are a quick easy way to have a salon gel nail result without the time and expense, they are not going to add strength or length as traditional false nails or nail tips are, they are simply nail shaped semi cured nail gels so no stronger than using traditional nail gel on your natural nail and definitely won’t work if you keep them longer than your existing nail or tip, they will look good and can last up to 2 weeks depending on how fast your own nails grow, they’re quick and easy and look great if the instructions are followed
