So much better than the last ones I got. Just too small. I like this slightly larger size much better. They are thin, but I have had zero issues with them. I expect I can get a couple uses out of most of them.
I like these pots because they are cost effective and serve my purpose. I like to produce a lot of starter plants from my existing plants to give them away to friends and family. These pots are great for that.
I started my seeds in small 6-packs and when they outgrew them but it was too soon to plant outside, I bought these pots to transplant them into. My plants did really well in these great pots. They held up really well and I will be able to use them again next year.
I ordered the black pots first (pack of 50), found the size to be perfect for my veggie starts. so I ordered another pack of 50 in red color. These red pots came in today. There are more warped/scratched pots than the black ones. But for the price of $13.99, which makes it 28 cents a pot, I can’t complain.
They are thin. But hopefully I can use them for at least 2 seasons.
These are not made for durability. They are nursery pots, that’s why 100 are so low priced. That being said, I’m very happy with them and they’re great for my seedlings when they’ve outgrown their germination pods but can’t be put in the garden yet.
Hier bekommt man viel fr wenig Geld, aber dafr auch weniger Qualitt. Die Tpfe sind instabiler als die normalen, die man im Baumarkt bekommt, dafr aber in der Menge natrlich preislich fast unschlagbar. Meine Pflanzen vertragen sie jedenfalls gut und das ist ja das was zhlt.
The claimed size in inches as D x H x d (D = up external diameter, d = down external diameter, H = height) was 4 x 3.5 x 2.6. What I measured myself was 3.82 x 3.27 x 2.56. However, the claimed size in cm was 10 x 7.8 x 6.3 cm; and I measured with indulgence 9.7 x 8.3 x 6.5 cm. Now see and choose for yourself. The sturdiness is just as you can imagine since is easy to be tricked by two stacked as being only one, they are kind of thin. I also measured a nursery pot which came with a plant from Home depot, which is twice thick. The measures are 4.33 x 3.54 x 2.95 in inches.
