Been taking for a couple of week now. I do believe they have improved my immune system and gut health but they are very overpriced for the size of them, especially when you’ve to take 2 capsules daily, they dont last long
I have been taking these probiotics for several weeks now and can find no negatives, I have tried several other products before and I find these suit me well. I will purchase them again.
I have found great benefit in taking these, they have improved my digestion hugely. They are a small size tablet which makes them easy to take. I have now put them on subscription so I don’t run out.
I am on my 3rd order of this now. It actually works. Being perimenopausal I wanted a product that is for women. I have not had cystitis or thrush and there has been less bloating and discomfort. It’s amazing to find something that actually does what it claims. Highly recommended.
I am very happy with this product, I already bought supplies for two more months . Very gentle on the stomach. I felt the difference once I started to follow the instruction on how to take it. First I took it for 2 weeks on empty stomach first thing in the morning, surprisingly did not work and that’s when I realised I meant to take it with food. A few days later I started to notice all the positive benefits and daily regular bowel movements. After one months of taking it, I dont see any negative affect on my hormons. I can only recommend this probiotic.
I love this women probiotics, they are really easy to swallow, not too expensive. They have helped with my digestion while using them and my mood has improved.

This is the best probiotics I have ever bought as it was easy to swallow without leaving an after taste. The price is reasonable too and does what it’s suppose to do. I definitely recommend.
The packaging was clear for dosage instructions. The capsules were not too large and easily swallowed and digested. The benefits were felt within a few days, and I noticed the difference when I ran out. This product offered good value for money and did all it said it would do.
You notice the difference in using this product to others marketed to women. I’m over 40, and need a good strength for women only, I find they are the only ones that work for my body, and this really helps keeping my gut and hormones balanced. I’ve only found products like this in the US, so happy to find it in UK.
My digestion has been good since taking these probiotics but I have only taken them for a month so it’s a little hard to say for sure if it’s definitely the probiotics. Will continue taking though as they are a good price and high CFU.
These probiotics work very well and have replaced my more expensive probiotics, and I see no difference between them. They go down very smoothly when you swallow. Digestion has been very good. Will purchase again.
