Las uso para MMA. Las quera para reducir el impacto en la rodilla por una operacin y van genial para esto. Tambin da un poco de soporte por compresin, aunque est diseada sobretodo para reducir el impacto.
A veces molesta al hacer llaves y movimientos en el suelo, pero aun as merece la pena por el impacto que absorbe
La talla coincide con la tabla de la foto. Parecen cmodas y buena calidad. Todava las tengo que estrenar y a ver cuntos entrenos aguantan. Debajo del kimono no se notan.

I hit my knees during sparring sessions and it was hurting, and knees cannot recover because there are another sparring that I cannot miss, but need to heal my knees at the same time.
