Ho acquistato questo kit di elastici per degli allenamenti a casa. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. La fornitura di elastici e relativi accessori davvero buona. Nel kit incluso anche un piccolo manuale con un codice QR che permette di accedere a video di allenamento, rendendo il tutto molto completo.
Gli elastici e il resto del materiale sembrano di buona fattura e li ho trovati perfetti per l’allenamento casalingo. L’unico aspetto negativo che i video di allenamento mostrano solo l’uso delle maniglie come accessori, senza sfruttare tutto il resto del kit.
In generale, un prodotto che consiglio per chi cerca un set completo e di qualit per allenarsi a casa.

La possibilit de passer de 10 150 lbs est idale pour progresser dans mes entranements, que ce soit pour le TRX ou mes sances de gym domicile. La qualit des matriaux est excellente et il est trs facile utiliser. J’apprcie galement le fait qu’il soit multicolore, ce qui le rend fun et motivant utiliser. Cet lastique est un excellent ajout ma routine de musculation et je le recommande tous ceux qui cherchent diversifier leurs exercices !
Bought these as a present for my wife, for her Home gym and they’re a great addition. The colour-coded straps are well made, a decent length and combining them gives a good range of resistance options, the handles are equally well-made and easy to grip.
So overall, recommended and good value for money.
I bought these for a friend who suffers from excessive stoutness. He believes they are helping him to regain mobility. Speaking for myself, I bought a set of resistance bands from another site. They are all made of the same synthetic rubber and work in the same way, so my comment on these other bands will doubtless serve as a decent review of the product in question. I bought my bands at the end of January. Following the enclosed instructions, plus the Good News of Dr Atkins, I have, by the beginning of April, lost two stone and look and feel twenty years younger. I have done this without the trouble and expense of gymnasium membership, and without filling the house with machinery. I therefore recommend resistance bands in general. I only wish I had known about them in the past.
I have blood cancer and my physical abilities change from day to day. The variable tensions and loads etc that the different cords have mean I can vary my fitness requirements daily. This is very useful. A well made quality product.
I’m surprised at how efficient this is considering the price! Great value for money. Easy to use and it actually works. This definitely saves me time when I can’t get to the gym and let’s me exercise at home. Multiple options on the weights you’d like to use. Easy to clean too.
Didn’t receive video I had a tiny tiny piece of paper with like 4 exercises that doesn’t explain how to do it just says what muscles it works and how many reps without no explanation at all not beginner friendly at all

Absolutely fantastic.i have a home gym set up outside but bought these for the winter ,for nights it was to wet/cold to train.i love them.come in handy bag so can be taken on holiday or if your away anywhere for a good workout no matter where you find yourself.can defo work all muscle groups.i would say only downside was that you don’t get a bar with it,for bicep curls .but apart from that,these are greeeeaaaat!
