The hot water bottles are a thing of the past with this little beauty. Charges up via usb and then it heats up, just as good, if not better, than a hot water bottle
You can’t use it while is plugged in charging but the battery life is really good, few hours depending on temperature setting.

This is far superior to a similar device I had of a different make. Discreet, good heat and good vibration feature. As an endometriosis sufferer of over 30 years, I wish as a teenager with horrendous painful periods in the 1990’s something like this had existed. Something portable with a consistent Heat is so important to help you function while out and about, not confined at home refilling hot water bottles or heating packs in the microwave.
This product is great I bought it to help with my back pain as heat is one of the only things that helps to ease. It is definitely warm enough for me. I have found it helpful for various circumstances such as when I’m at work as at home I use a hot water bottle but because I work with children this has helped me have the benefit of having a heat pad without the risk of having boiling water around young children. In this sense I have found it worth the money.
Love this, beats the hot water bottle any day for period pains. You can wear it while you carry on your business throughout the day. It lasts about 2 hours on a charge. It feels so soft and comfortable.
I had the muscle pain at upper right shoulder for many years and It wasn’t easy to get the physio or any other sort of treatment for this specific area of upper right shoulder, I only been relying on hot water bottle , but still discomfort , until I find this machine , I was reluctant to buy even with good feedbacks of people but I thought to give a go, I have to admit that this is perfect for the area, it tightly sit at pinpointed pain area, vibrated and make it hot , and I have to carry on my other works while wearing this without worrying of battery life, it’s just perfect what I was looking for thanks
It is good product looking wise. At first it felt wierd & it takes a little time to heat up to the desired level but once done it works well. I like the timer feature the most and yes it’s portable. Working well by far.
I’ve got endometriosis and stomach issues, got sick of buying back pain patches so thought I’d give this a go.
It heats up really quickly, to a very hot temperature, the belt fits my bloated belly (size 26)uk.
Only downside is the charge lasts 3 hours max, hence 4 out of 5 stars.
I bought the heating pad for my girlfriend because she struggles with IBS and lower back problems. She has been using it now for a couple of weeks and absolutely loves it. It fits comfortably under her work clothes and heats up really quickly. The pad shuts off after a while which is good so it doesnt run out of charge to quick. Definitely value for money and would 100% recommend.

What I didn’t realise it takes 3hours to charge yet only lasts 3 hours once charged
The different temperature settings are a good variation and heats up and cools down quickly. Only thing is the battery doesn’t seem to last that long and then takes 3 hours to charge
The heat pad really helps relieve period pains, my so rarely uses the vibrations but they’re useful when pain is intense.
It’s comfortable and has an adjustable strap.
The only downside is battery life could do with being longer for consecutive uses.
She is going travelling and the portability factor adds a great advantage to this heating pad. It is compact in size which allows it to be inside your handbag, making it convenient to use at home, work, or while on the go. she has used a couple of times and tells me that helps her. Highly recommended
Also in a few pretty colours too, all in all this is a must have product for any cramps or pains. I will be buying this as a gift for my friend also. You won’t be disappointed with this purchase.
So I ordered my item yesterday after suffering with terrible period pains and chronic back ache.
Was disappointed that I had to charge it straight out of the box took about 2 hrs. Heat is good u have 3 heat options and it’s hot but not uncomfortable hot.
I suffer with chronic back pain so I’ve used it for this the vibration options are good 3 diff ones but I feel if you use heat and vibration battery will run out quicker.
I would say I’ve had 4 hrs out of it before need charging again that’s on the highest heat tho. Going to try it today on the middle heat option.
Gives me the same comfort as using a hot water bottle the strap is easy and plenty of room if your a bigger person than me(I’m a size 12).
It’s elastic too so should be give for all sizes
Over all I’m very pleased with this heat pack. I normally use deep heat for my back and apply it up to 8 times a day but haven’t used any of it due to having this heat pad.
Can’t comment on period pain but it’s great for my back

Decided to buy this after needing to refill my hot water bottle every hour to maintain the heat. I charged this before using and from a full charge it lasted about 5 hours on the second hottest setting. It took roughly 4 hours to charge. I applied it over a thin T shirt and it did the job perfectly. It heats up instantly and to a good temperature. I used it on the second highest heat setting as I found the highest a bit too hot. It does say to use over clothing so make sure you do to avoid any risk of burns, but as said before I had a very thin layer on and no problems. It also has a vibration mode which I didn’t use, but can imagine this could be useful for achey muscles. I would say the belt is perhaps a little on the small side – I am small/average build and extended it almost fully when wearing as I don’t like the feeling of anything tight around my stomach, especially when I’m in pain. It is elasticated though so can stretch. Overall a really great buy and saved me having to constantly refill the kettle, as well as giving me the freedom to walk around without having to keep hold of a hot water bottle.
There is a soft material that covers the pad, so touch and feel on the skin is fairly comfortable and adds to the heat. The holding band is adjustable, so can be fitted around how tight you want it and also dependent on what you are doing while wearing it.
Quite a few options to select for heat levels and modes for the vibration. I found the timer option pretty handy, as it then you can forget about it and know that you have used it for a set amount of time, or when wearing to bed it will switch off when using the timer.
The pad is smaller than what I expected, which was better as I thought initially it looked quite bulky in the photos, so it being more compact make it is easier for packing, transporting or carrying.
It is early days, but so far so good – my wife hasn’t quite got rid of the hot water bottle yet, but hopes to. Also glad that it charges with USB-C adapter.
