Best travel pillow I’ve ever used bar none! However the clip has broken which makes it unusable. The pillow itself is still like new! I’m wondering if it is possible to get a replacement but can’t find contact details from the company. Will update if I make progress
I’ve tried a few different ones that failed to offer sufficient support, but this one is great. It’s firm and hugs the neck perfectly, while also having a really good fold-up mechanism making it easy to carry around. I got the adult small version and my neck is about 35cm, perfect fit.
I’ve never got on with cushions/pillows on planes for the simple reason I find my head just squishes them and ends up flopping to one side. This one looked different in that it’s specifically designed to stop that and I was really keen to try the over-shoulder position too. I’d say it was about 75% effective and far better than any other pillow I’ve tried but like those it still compresses to the extent my head drooped.
I had a Trtl pillow which has a brace in it specifically designed to stop the drooping but lost it last year so was looking for a replacement. Sadly, while the Snugl is the best standard pillow I’ve used by far, for me and my heavy head the Trtl is still the best option.
I love it. Very comfortable. Feels high quality. It’s very adjustable for different tighteness around your neck and for different positions. It’s great that it is rolls up much smaller for easy packing. I take it on every trip.

Often travelling long haul economy class (every year for sometimes 26 hours) over the years we have tried many many different neck pillows but this one to date is by far the best!i It was recommended to
me by family and I ordered two one for my hubs and the smaller one for myself. I was sceptical at first when I received it as having a bad neck myself when I tried it it felt very uncomfortable/stiff and I pondered as to whether to send it straight back but so glad I didn’t!
They take a little while to find your own personal ‘sweet spot’ of how to wear it but it stopped my head bobbing which helped enormously with my dodgy neck so! honestly it will be going with me every time from now on.
Well made and love the little bag with the karabiner which easily clips onto your bag/back of the seat in front.

My husband and I are loyal travelling Football supporters so use these Snugl Travel Pillows when we travel on the clubs away supporter coaches. We spend hours on these coaches, so it’s important to support our necks, which in turn allows us to grab some shut eye as the coach trundles down the motorway towards our next away fixture.
As yet I cannot find anything negative to say about the product. They are well made, to a high standard, and very easy to put on and take off. I have long term Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis all over my body, and in recent months unfortunately I also have an extremely painful neck too, so this travel support is an absolute gem offering me support and confidence to keep travelling. My Husband is pleased with his too, as it enables him to sleep with reasonable comfort whilst travelling. The fact that you can wear the neck support upside down is a bonus too, this position is especially recommended if the seat you are sat in has its own head rest, as coaches tend to do, otherwise your head and neck would be pushed too far forward. The travel pillow can be rotated around to any position you desire depending on whether you lean to one side or another, forwards or backwards. You decide how you want the travel pillow to sit around your neck, and it’s useful to experiment to begin with until you find your ultimate comfort positioning.
I highly recommend this product, and it’s well worth the extra cost for comfort and quality. There are cheaper ones on the market, but this one is far superior.
Pros
– made of high quality materials. The filling is dense memory foam which offers excellent neck support. The cover is soft and feels good on your skin.
– lots of options of how to use it. I’m confident anyone could find a comfortable way to use this.
– rolls up fairly small and compresses into its carry bag easily (with a little practice).
Cons
– Is quite heavy when rolled into its bag.
– Is bulky when rolled out and in use. I would not leave around my neck for the whole flight due to its size.
– May not suit all people; check carefully which size you need before purchasing.
