1ere fois que je print de l’ABS, je me suis donc tourn vers ma marque de filament favorite, Sunlu. Et je ne suis vraiment pas du!
Apres quelques rglages ncessaire pour sortir de jolie pices, tout ce passe bien sur ma Creality K1C.
Le noir est tres beau, le blanc tire un peu sur le creme, pas encore tester le gris.
Je recommande vivement!!
Mais je le redis, bien rduire la vitesse de la 1ere couche a 25mms et les reste max 100mms. et bien sur caisson ferm pour ne pas avoir de warping…
Ho recentemente acquistato il filamento SUNLU ABS per utilizzarlo con la mia stampante Bambulab X1C, e sono estremamente soddisfatto del mio acquisto. Questo filamento ha superato tutte le mie aspettative in termini di qualit, facilit d’uso e risultati finali.
Qualit Superiore del Filamento: Il SUNLU ABS di altissima qualit, con una consistenza e un diametro molto uniformi. Questo garantisce stampe senza intoppi e con meno probabilit di inceppamenti. Il colore vibrante e uniforme, e conferisce ai miei progetti un aspetto professionale.
Prestazioni Eccezionali: Usando la mia stampante Bambulab X1C, il filamento SUNLU ABS ha funzionato perfettamente. La sua adesione al piatto di stampa stata eccellente, riducendo il rischio di warping anche con modelli complessi. Ho notato che le stampe sono uscite con una finitura liscia e dettagli ben definiti.
Resistenza e Durabilit: Uno dei motivi principali per cui scelgo l’ABS la sua resistenza e durabilit, e il SUNLU ABS non ha deluso. I modelli stampati sono robusti e resistenti, perfetti per pezzi funzionali e prototipi. La resistenza al calore un ulteriore vantaggio, rendendo i miei progetti adatti a una variet di applicazioni.
Facilit di Utilizzo: Nonostante l’ABS possa essere notoriamente difficile da stampare, ho trovato il SUNLU ABS sorprendentemente facile da lavorare. La configurazione con la Bambulab X1C stata semplice e intuitiva, e ho ottenuto ottimi risultati gi dalle prime stampe. Inoltre, il filamento ben avvolto, riducendo il rischio di grovigli durante l’uso.
Prezzo Competitivo: Il rapporto qualit/prezzo di questo filamento eccellente. Considerando la qualit e le prestazioni offerte, il costo molto competitivo rispetto ad altri filamenti ABS sul mercato. un ottimo investimento per chiunque cerchi un filamento affidabile e di alta qualit.
Compatibilit e Versatilit: Ho utilizzato il SUNLU ABS per una variet di progetti, dai prototipi funzionali a modelli estetici, e ha sempre fornito risultati eccellenti. La compatibilit con la mia Bambulab X1C perfetta, senza necessit di regolazioni eccessive.
In conclusione, consiglio vivamente il filamento SUNLU ABS a chiunque utilizzi una stampante 3D, specialmente con modelli come la Bambulab X1C. La combinazione di qualit, facilit d’uso e prezzo competitivo rende questo filamento una scelta eccezionale. Sicuramente continuer ad acquistare questo prodotto per i miei futuri progetti di stampa 3D!
I’ve been using eSUN ABS+ for the past two years and just thought I’d try this SUNLU ABS, glad I did, apart from this being cheaper I have only good things to say about it, it prints really well and has a low odour. I will be definitely be sticking to this brand from now on.
Printing on my voron 2.4 with a phaetus rapido this abs seems to be very good i was a bit worried about printing this as clear filament is normally quite annoying but this seems a good product and i am going to purchase again having used other brands for a long time and are giving me trouble i will now try more sunlu products. i print at 250 hotend and 105 bed useing cura 5.7 requested speed 200mm 22% infill

Klare Kaufempfehlung, ABS ist nicht so einfach zu Drucken. Musste den 3D-Drucker eine Einhausung verpassen, damit ging das Super. Ohne ist es fast bis unmglich ABS zu drucken, Probleme mit der Haftung auf dem Druckbett.
I really like printing with this ABS filament. I’ve tried a couple of others that are supposed to be easy to print with (eSun ABS+), but this always comes out the best.
I’ve not had many issues with reliability. The smell isn’t too bad and the print quality is excellent. I’ll definitely be ordering again.
Habe das ABS-Filament in verschiedenen Farben gekauft. Bisher einige Modelle mit dem weien gedruckt. Sind alle sehr gut geworden. Hoffe natrlich, dass die anderen Farben genauso gut funktionieren.
Das Filament ist gut verpackt und auf guter Spule. DIe Abmessungen der Spule stimmen jedoch nicht mit der Produktbeschreibung berein. Dies strt jedoch nicht. Der grere Innendurchmesser hat sogar den Vorteil, dass man mehr Silica-Gel mit entsprechenden Behltern einfllen kann.
Lo use para imprimirme un StealthBurner y el resultado tiene muy buenas calidades.
Hay que tener en cuenta que para imprimir abs hace falta enclosure y si es calefactado mejor, en mi caso no era calefactado.
En cuanto a la resistencia de las piezas impresas muy bien todo la verdad es que me sorprendio.
El producto calidad precio esta realmente bien.
o prefer ABS over PLA is not something I hear a lot. And that’s how I feel about this filament. With it I can print faster, stronger and with much less chance of failed print and a higher finish quality.
Granted I use an enclosure (which you can find for around the price of 2 spools of filament), and a smooth PEI surface, it prints better and faster than PLA, not to mention other dubious branded filaments or types of filament that is just very difficult to print consistently spool to spool, even within the same brand.
Having that said, this is the only filament I could successfully print my long and narrow compressive bed supports, with at least 60mm/s (prints fine at 100 mm/s on an ender 5 pro).
No warping whatsoever. The PEI printing plate from Comgrow for sure plays a role on a good print, but it is not the variable on ease of use and tuning. The fact is that it is much more tolerant to a higher variation of temperature, speed, retraction, extrusion and layer height settings, which just makes life easier and saves a lot of time and filament that would otherwise be wasted on fine tuning.
After using numerous makes of PLA and PLA+, I have found more consistently good print results using this Meta. There are only a few colours available and those tend to be a not as vibrant as other types, never the less the ease of use tops that shortcoming.
I never really thought there could be much in it between different pla but apparently there is. Just written a review on how disappointing eSun filament is, switched over to a new reel of sunlu and prints are coming out perfectly definitely using this agai

It’s the best branded filament I have used, tried others but always come back to this.
Less warping, less shrinkage meaning less waste.
Theres cheaper brands about but won’t perform like this.
Seems to do the job just fine.. most of the time
Ofcourse you must be setup to print abs or you’ll always struggle to get good consistent results, i’ve found this filament doesn’t warp compared to other i’ve tried, however i’ve had extrusion issues as of lately but likely due to moisture.
Es la primera vez que pruebo a imprimir ABS, y he decidido probar con una marca con la que ya haba tenido resultados excelentes con otros materiales (PLA y TPU).
Para los aficionados a la impresin 3D, es bien sabido lo que se dice del ABS, que es mucho ms resistente que otros materiales, pero que tambin es mucho ms difcil de imprimir, que necesita una configuracin especfica, encerrar la impresora, controlar la temperatura, etc…
En mi caso intent imprimir un cubo de prueba con una configuracin parecida al PLA, y fue evidente que el material se resiste y acaba mostrando defectos severos.
Sin embargo, en la segunda prueba, prestando atencin a la configuracin y la impresin ajustndola especficamente al material con el que estaba trabajando, los resultados fueron excelentes a la primera. En las fotografas podis ver la enorme diferencia que supone una buena configuracin. Muchas veces se culpa al material, que en ste caso es de muy alta calidad, cuando el problema realmente reside en el tratamiento que le damos.
Como se aprecia en las fotografas, con una buena configuracin las capas quedan bien adheridas y sin ningn tipo de defecto, sin mostrar signos de grietas ni warping. Dentro de lo diferente que es imprimir en ABS, con el filamento de Sunlu me ha resultado sorprendentemente fcil. El color es igual de bueno que en otros materiales y no se observa ninguna otra diferencia en su estructura, salvo por una dureza y resistencia muy superior.
Lo recomiendo totalmente y por mi parte repetir sin duda.
The filament comes well packed in an vavum bag with some desiccant. This keeps it dry during transit.
The filament itself has a good tolerance on the diameter. Therefore the resulting extrusion is quite consistent. This means that the prints are very clean with good layer alignment and surface finish. I’ve found that this abs warps slightly less than various other abs filaments that I have tested in the past.
