This mattress is excellent quality but sadly in my opinion miss advertised as medium to firm. It’s so soft you can squash with both hands either side. As you lay in bed you sink not any good for bad backs as advertised. 5 star after sales service
The mattress is very comfortable with the perfect balance between firmness, support and give.
Excellent mattress. I ordered Super King Size and was surprised at how small the box was. However, that was due to very efficient vacuum packing. I’m very pleased with my purchase.
Word of warning – as I was carefully cutting the plastic, the mattress exploded out of the packaging hitting me in the face and knocking me backwards!!
That aside, I am really pleased with it, extremely comfortable and just the right firmness
You unbox it, unroll it, pierce the film and listen to the whooshing sound of air rushing in as the mattress starts popping and growing in size, minutes after piercing the plastic you find a 10″ deep mattress sitting in front of you. It does state to leave it overnight before first use but I couldn’t help but dive on it straight away and even though it hadn’t fully expanded yet, it was still comfortable and supportive.
Since then though we’ve had it some time and I have to say the level of comfort provided is really high, we like Medium Firm and for us this is perfect, the pocket springs are not felt because the gel memory foam evenly distributes your weight over them.
I think considering this is a low priced mattress that the value for money hear is rather incredible, the quality is high, pattern is lovely and overall it’s an amazing value for money purchase.

For the first time in years we are not waking up in the night with agonising pain in every part of our bodies! Combined with new memory foam pillows this is pure luxury. We can stretch out in all directions now. We both have history of back problems and our old mattress was crippling us! Love this new one so much ! Amazing price too. Our old mattress was full memory foam. We sweat dreadfully sleeping on it and constantly rolled into each other in a centre hollow! Now we both get to lay out comfortably and still have space to move without ending up on the ‘wonk’ lol. Easy to get out the box it unfurls in seconds. Delivery was under 48 hours. Very good communication throughout

I had been hesitating for a while about replacing our old, sagging mattress. There are so many to choose from and such a huge price range. I’d read reviews elsewhere about some of the big named brands being expensive, uncomfortable and difficult customer service.
So I decided to try this inexpensive mattress, with its positive reviews and promise of prompt delivery.
It arrived quickly, well packaged in a small ( for a mattress!) box. I was so amused and impressed that it even includes a cutting tool to remove the plastic 🙂
After leaving it to breathe for the prescribed 72 hours I couldn’t wait to put it on our bed and try it out.
We have now been sleeping on this mattress for about a month. From the very first night we have found it incredibly comfortable. I had been suffering with back ache each morning from the old mattress. That has completely gone away and I am waking feeling refreshed.
I would definitely recommend this mattress, and when we are replacing other mattresses in the house I will be looking at this brand again.
Fantastic mattress would recommend to anyone with joint pains or issues, fast delivery, excellent value for money. It’s lovely and firm and you don’t feel if anyone else is moving when in bed best nights sleep I’ve had in ages wish I had purchased sooner don’t think will use any other brand now
My old matresses had gone too soft and was causing my back to be very sore. This new one is AMAZING i have been having the best sleeps and no pain pain. 10/10
I am really pleased to say I’m very happy with this mattress. I was a little nervous as it was such a good price, compared to ones on the high street. It comes in a box & it’s had a tool to cut the plastic wrapping so you don’t damage the mattress, which was really helpful. I followed the instructions once I got it on the bed & left it for 72hrs before I slept in on it. It has a soft cushiony top & firm body support. I have no complaints about the mattress getting good nights sleep on it so very happy with it.
However the courier only brings it to your door, which could be a problem if your on your own, like me. It is very heavy & you do need two people to get to the bedroom, unpack it & get it on the bed.
I purchased this mattress a month ago for my daughter (she is 13 but a size of an adult) It’s so comfortable without being too soft, you can’t feel any hard or uncomfortable lumps. It’s very nice quality and good for the price.
