Strong telescopic trekking poles that easily extend to lock firmly into place with an simple twist..An exstentive range of stoppers are included and given the strength of the poles they’d likely hold up an Tarp well too..

I highly recommend FitLife customer service. I did develop a problem with one of my poles and they generously sent me another set – very speedily too. Very prompt at replying to emails as well, so 10/10 all round!

I have mobility issues and rather than have a standard walking stick I opted to buy this product which includes accessories and a good instruction booklet.
I’ve just tried out a basic walk with one and it definitely helps. I intend to make use of the various ends for different terrain. I think these are great value for money and comfortable to hold with the additional wrist strap making the stick grip a bit more secure for anyone with dexterity issues.

Have only used them once so far but I found them easy to adjust and sturdy when walking. Only drawback I have found is the length when folded, that I should have checked before buying them. Good for the money, so can cope with that.

This order is exactly as advertised, I have not had a lot of chances to really try them out as yet, what with bad weather we are having at this time, but they feel good to handle lightweight and sturdy. I am looking forward for a chance to take them outside for a good testing.

Wanted just for walking stability and posture, no need for anything fancy. Not yet used but now set up and ready to go Good instructions, options for tips, easy to use and good value. Arrived promptly. Some reviews claim they don’t last but maybe used for hard trekking, if you want that then you should spend more. These do not pretend to be heavy duty.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThe only difference between these and more expensive poles are the top handles and straps. They are still ergonomic but just hard plastic rather than a more forgiving grip.
The poles are sprung and easy to adjust, and the attachments for the end are easy to change.
Great value and perfect for walking.

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersPurchased these hiking poles to help with my knee pain and they certainly did. They arrived really quickly with Prime within 2 days, and were well packed. I’ve never used hiking poles before but soon got the hang of it.
Only issue I had was losing one of the rubber attachments before I even made it to the train station. It must have just fallen off. I wasn’t using the carry case supplied. This was really disappointing as using the poles on gravel of tarmac really made a lot of noise spoiling the ambiance of the countryside so I avoided doing so until I was back on soft ground. I’m now concerned the attachments will fall off in transit as mine did (Unless using the carry case) so not sure what to do about that unless I just don’t apply them and only do so when I get to where I’m going. The attachments do not seem to screw on or click in place so there’s nothing to guarantee them staying insitu. I can see that you can buy more if you lose them but this is really bad for the environment.
I was carrying the poles on the outside of my hiking back pack that have the specific pole attachments that make it easy and comfortable to carry and while these poles do not fold down as short as others do I found them fine to carry when not in use.
Adjusting the height was easy and once fixed they were sturdy and I felt safe and supported. The internal shock absorption/suspension really helped. Hand straps were good. During the hike I was sweating and the hand grips made my hands quite sweaty and then a bit sticky. I wasn’t wearing gloves which I think might be a better idea next time. I’d advise on fingerless gloves if you get sweaty like me. Saying that my hands didn’t slip or get sore at any time.
For the price of these hiking poles they did the job and look good and I enjoyed using them a lot esp due to my knee issue.
I would recommend…would have been 5 stars if the rubber attachment hadn’t just fallen off before first use.

4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent addition to hiking
