So I was pleasantly surprised. I bought this for my daughter who’s really into making bracelets at the moment. It was painful to watch her sit there and string single beads one at a time this tiny machine is brilliant! You do have to put a large amount of beads into the spinner in order for them to catch the needle. It comes with a little layout map of where to put the machine and the needle, however we found it wasn’t quite catching any beads so we angled it slightly. Works great and made so many bracelets in one sitting! We’ve only used it 2 times I hope it stays great . With regards to spare needles in other reviews, it doesn’t come with any spares but you can buy them separately for around 5.00. I have a four star because the plastic is a little flimsy.
