Was struggling to find a full HD 32″ TV as no space for a bigger one in bedroom and found this, with the integration of Fire TV meaning also don’t have separate remote is great, and really happy with picture quality and ability to adjust backlight level also
TV did not work, as the remote didn’t turn it on, due to the tv button not being in the correct place as per the manual and almost impossible to find as it was hidden underneath. However Amazon product support were very helpful and found the hidden button for us and the TV now works. Thanks very much for the indispensable telephone assistance.
Gave myself a headache by binging on every apps om this tv for a whole month and I still can’t stop. I do not even remember what boredom feels like. The definition on this TV is great. The audio is loud enough. You get the cinematic experience at sich a reasonable price.

However, this can easily be resolved by going to Settings > Device & Software and Resetting the system.
This appears to be an intermittent problem but it has occurred on 2 different devices and more than once.
