Good companion for running as they will fold and pack small when they are empty.
Easy to clean and store.
Holds water well and doesn’t leak.
It depends on the user as my son likes it but my husband finds it a bit tricky to drink from when you are running as you need to squeeze it or tilt it at a certain angle while drinking.
I find that it is easier to drink when you hold it close to the mouthpiece and not the bottom.
Lovely visible colour and lightweight.
Not bad collapsible bottles for on the go. These are leak proof. You can get quite a bit of water in these as well. Easy to pack away You could also use these for your dog walks for your dog, Just grab yourself a collapsible bowl.
I ordered the 203-500ml-2pack-orange and these soft flasks are lightweight but most important they’re collapsible, ideal for running. They’re easy to fill, wash and re-use. They’re easy to carry around but because they’re not solid they look more delicate and more keen to be punctured if you put them in a backpack/bag with other stuff. I would recommend to clean them with a brush and dry them properly to avoid mold. I’m giving 4 stars because they do the job but in my opinion they’re a little pricey (16.99 at time of review)
Each flask weighs 32g on my scale.
They seem to be well made; filling one up and giving it a good squash and squeeze resulted in no leakage. The bag material feels like it is a nylon (or similar) fabric with a smooth silicone backing (the outside of the bottle). I feel like it might have been better designed the other way around, so that the inside is smooth and easier to clean, but either way, it results in a very tough, lightweight bottle.
The cap is a standard ‘coke bottle’ cap, and so is compatible with a wide range of add on’s (filters, hydration systems), though at 500ml it hardly seems worth it. The cap is attached to the bottle so that it can’t be dropped while filling or drinking, and it covers the bite to drink nozzle.
The thing I like most about these is just how easy they are to carry, not just when they are empty, but also when they are full. I like that when these are full, I can hold them in hand, and with them being flexible, holding them is easy because they just form to the position of my hand, which is far easier.
The fact I can roll one of these up and put it in my jeans pocket with no problem, then fill it from a water supply and have 500ml of water to drink, is awesome, they work very well and feel strong. The nozzle works very well, and has a good flow of water when I want to drink from one, and because of how the nozzles work, it’s very easy to control the flow. As I show in my video, these are also nice and strong, even when full they can handle being knocked about, dropped etc, and still don’t leak, which personally I like as a I do have a bad habit of dropping things.
I like the colour of these too, the orange is a nice bright, vivid colour, and I think they look good.
All in all, these make a great addition to my kit, and are super useful for many different activities in my opinion.
I’m quite happy with these bottles. Because they are collapsible, I can easily fit one of them into my smaller handbag and carry some water around, which is great.
I found the drinking mechanism a bit fiddly at first, and there is a distinct taste of plastic to the bottle. However, I’m sure it will be disappearing over time.
Generally, I find this a great product.
This pair of 500ml soft flasks are excellent value for money at 15.99 at time of ordering. The flasks aren’t too “fat” and should therefore fit in most flask pockets in running vests or running shorts.
There is no taste from the soft material, and I found no leakage in use. The valves are a bite to use type, and come with a plastic cover to prevent contamination. The cover is removable should it prove to be an irritation when you’re out with the flask. When they’re empty, they compress down very compactly.
These collapsible bottles are ok, but I was a bit underwhelmed when I unpacked them as they are a lot smaller than I imagined. The silicon tubes are light and flexible, and are totally watertight. The mouthpiece is a snug push fit, and to drink from it you need to squeeze the nozzle with your teeth. I would be careful about putting them in a bag with other items to ensure they do not get crushed or punctured.
My main problem with these bottles though, is that they do not hold the stated volume. The listing claims these to be 500ml capacity, and this is also printed on the side. However, when I filled one to the brim and then decanted it into a measuring just, they actually hold exactly 400ml. I am not sure why they claim to hold half a litre when the clearly don’t.
These seem good enough to do the job. They are soft and rubbery and so can fit into almost any space. It fits into my bum bag that I take jogging with me. It’s easy to fill up and water comes out easily as well by compressing the tip. I’m just wondering if the inside would go mouldy because it’s silicone and how easily I would be able to clean the inside. Other than that it’s good
