These resistance bands are good quality and feel like they will last a long time. You get five different ones ranging from 5lb to 40lb max so are versatile for both upper and lower body use. They come with a handy storage pouch and some workout instructions. The different colours make them easier to identify. I would recommend.
I used the VALYPANOR Resistance Bands and am thoroughly impressed. They come in pretty colours and offer a variety of resistance levels, which is great for different workouts/fitness levels. The set is fantastic value for money, especially with the convenient carry bag included, making it easy to take my workout anywhere. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enhance their fitness routine.
This is a nice set of resistance bands that can offer a versatile workout programme due to the different strengths provided. You can either start with a stretchy band first and work your way through to the highest resistance in one training session or if you are building up your strength gradually, you can change bands after a longer period of time (weeks or months). The different colour gradations visually help to pick out the right strength.
These resistance bands arrive in a small box that includes a pouch to keep the bands in, together with a folded leaflet that has 12 exercises to follow. The bands themselves seem to be of decent quality and I will be using them to help with rehabilitation of my golfer’s elbow. There is also advice in the leaflet for how to store and care for the bands. Overall, I think these are an excellent buy for the price.
I recently completed my shoulder rehabilitation, and I must say, the Gritin resistance bands were a game-changer. Their durability and range of resistances allowed me to gradually increase the intensity of my workouts. The comfortable grip didn’t strain my hands, and the bands’ elasticity remained consistent throughout my recovery. They’re compact and portable, making them perfect for both home use and taking to my physiotherapy sessions. I highly recommend Gritin resistance bands to anyone looking for reliable and effective exercise equipment for rehab or general fitness.
I like that these are muted grey colours rather than the usual bright colours, as they don’t draw attention to themselves. These are fine and priced well. Pretty standard resistance levels that should cover you as you progress through resistance training. Storage pouch. I do find it annoying when every item is wrapped in plastic, but I guess it’s to stop them getting stuck to each other. Nice and easy to take to the gym or holiday etc.
I am a PT and also teach yoga and Pilates, so I get through a lot of resistance bands — some are definitely better quality than others, and you can’t always go by the price, so I was really pleased that I gave these ago, as they seem really good quality and the price is great!
The material they are made from feels really sturdy, and I can see that they’re going to last quite well. You get various different resistances, so this little set is very versatile, Whether you are doing rehab exercises, or resistance exercises, and they are definitely really handy to have as part of your workout routine — I use them all the time, and I can see these are going to do well for me — will recommend 🙂
I’ve recently had surgery and have been given a range of exercises by my physio which require resistance bands.
This is a set of 5 bands in 5 different levels of resistance and they come with a neat little drawstring carry bag to keep them organised.
I’ve lost a lot of strength in my legs – particularly my feet and ankles so have been using these bands most nights to build back up to hopefully what I used to be. I tend to use them while watching TV in the evenings.
Resistance bands are an ideal way to workout at home or if you’re like me, rehabilitate after an injury.
I’m very happy with this set so I’d definitely recommend
This is a very good resistance loop band pack that includes 5 different coloured bands each of differing resistance, a small booklet containing some workout instructions and a small nylon pouch for storing the bands and booklet in.
The bands come in 5 different resistance levels being:
Pink X-Light
Orange Light
Turquoise Medium
Grey Heavy
Black X-Heavy
This gives the opportunity to increase the resistance level as you progress through the exercises.
Very pleased with this simple but very effective exercise product.
These are fantastic for toning and strengthening muscles, not only are they colour coded but are also clearly labelled both in word and diagram. What makes them especially ideal is that they range from 5lb to 40lb allowing you to select whatever band best suits your goals and what you intend to achieve. I use mine for muscle recovery after wastage, its really important to mention this as I REALLY do find them beneficial.
High quality set of resistance bands – each band is clearly labelled and colour co-ordinated so it’s simple to pick out the weight level you need for your exercise, and there’s scope to work your way up as you get stronger. The bands are soft but very durable – so far I’ve noticed no loss of shape or flexibility after use.
The storage pouch is a nice addition and makes them easy to transport to the gym or when travelling. I also like that the set comes with a small booklet that offers some suggested exercises to get you started – they’re brilliantly versatile.
Good value and a great addition to my exercise equipment.
Testing these bands out, there is a very noticeable difference in strength, this means that whatever your level there will be a band which doesn’t cause over-exertion.
The bands have a good width to them, meaning that they will not pinch the body/skin where they are placed. The bands are light, but don’t feel that they will be susceptible to snap (assuming they are not damaged by something sharp of course).
All in all a good addition to a workout routine. There is a bag for carrying them supplied, this may or may not become a faff to use if the bands are being used every day
Like a lot of people in the world, my Mrs started to do on-line exercise training during lockdown and the habit has kind of stuck. However there comes a time when you are doing more and more repetitions of your exercises in order to feel that you are putting yourself under some pressure and so the exercise sessions take longer and longer to complete! When this happens there is a strong chance that you will give up because you simply don’t have the time!
This is where the exercise compression bands become really really useful. They allow you to carry on doing the same amount of repetitions of your exercises but make the exercises tougher because the bands apply just enough pressure to make the movements more difficult/demanding!
These are really good wide natural rubber bands that come in 5 different colours (showing 5 different thicknesses and so 5 different pressures). Because they are all the same size you can mix/match and use a few bands at the same time and so create a range of resistance pressures from 10lb to around 100lb.. which means that you can keep to the same amount of exercise reps daily but just increase the band resistance regularly to ensure that you are constantly pushing yourself.
All of the bands are printed with their resistance- X-Light, Light, Medium etc etc and so they are easy to recognise and track. If the exercises that you are doing do not show how to do them with a compression band then in our experience it doesn’t take much Googling to find similar exercises that incorporate bands and show you where to use them! You’ll also find a whole load of new exercises that you can do with bands too! Very strong, well made (you don’t want bands that will snap!) and easily readable. They initially do seem quite short (ie about 12″ when folded) but since the idea is that you have to stretch them then this makes sense I guess – regardless they work really well. Recommended
I received this product through the Amazon Vine programme and this review is based on my girlfriend’s opinions.
I needed a set of bands for some exercises given to me by my physio and this set is very good.
There are 5 loops in this set which are colour coded and also have a graphic on to explain their resistance which I really like. They come a nice storage bag and a book for excercises which is a useful addition to the ones given to be by my physio
At 6.99 which seems to be the going rate for these types for bands I am pleased with the Valypanor set.
I recently purchased the VALYPANOR Resistance Bands, and they have been a fantastic addition to my fitness routine. This set of five different levels of resistance bands is designed to cater to both men and women, suitable for a wide range of exercises and skill levels.
Each band in the set offers a different level of resistance, which I found incredibly useful. Whether I’m focusing on strength training, yoga, stretching, or physical therapy exercises, these bands provide the necessary tension to challenge and improve my workouts. The varying levels of difficulty also mean that they are great for progressing through different stages of strength and flexibility.
The quality of the bands is noteworthy. They are made of durable, high-quality elastic material that feels strong and secure during use. I’ve stretched them to full capacity multiple times, and they always return to their original shape without any signs of wear or tear.
The size and portability of the bands are perfect. They are lightweight and come with a free carrying bag, making them easy to take on the go. This feature is particularly beneficial for those who travel frequently or prefer to do outdoor workouts.
One of the best aspects of these bands is their versatility. They are not just limited to traditional workouts but can also be used for physical therapy and rehabilitation exercises. This makes them an excellent tool for those recovering from injuries or looking to prevent them.
If there’s one area for improvement, it might be to include a guide or suggestions for different exercises that can be done with the bands. However, this is a minor point, as there are plenty of resources available online.
In conclusion, the VALYPANOR Resistance Bands are a valuable investment for anyone looking to add variety and challenge to their exercise routine. They are versatile, durable, and suitable for a wide range of fitness activities. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking to enhance their workout, whether at home, in the gym, or on the move.
Over the last couple of years I have got into the habit of doing a fair amount of exercise each day and have really seen the benefits in my health and general well being. However, although I bought a good quality weights machine, I do tend to do cardio much more than strength training but I realise that I really shouldn’t neglect the muscle building type of exercise. The problem is that I just don’t enjoy using my weights machine. That is where I hope these bands will encourage me to do at least some resistance exercise. The plan is to keep them in my TV room, in full view and shame myself into doing a few minutes every so often during the day. Who knows, I may even get to like it.
This set of five bands comes in resistance levels of 5 to 10 pounds and up to 30 to 40 pounds and due to the fact they can be used in combinations give a great range of strengths to work with. They are nice and wide, which makes them comfortable to use and are a good length that makes them suitable for a number of different exercises. They are thick enough to be durable and are nicely elastic so that they don’t deform.
To complete the set there is a handy booklet with a number of exercises featured and also a carry bag to keep things neat and tidy.
At 6.99 for the five versatile bands, and including the bag, they represent good value and I will be interested to discover if this inexpensive alternative to my weights machine really does encourage me to take the resistance training more seriously. Due to their convenience and portability I rather think that these bands will get me moving in the right direction.
