Really love this bbq. Have mostly been using it to smoke ribs and steak. Massive upgrade from my previous one the quality on this is perfect and I expect it to last a long while.

I cannot praise this company enough. The product was unfortunately delivered with a part missing but they quickly arranged to have it uplifted and credited at no cost and without a quibble. Several members of the Customer Services Team kept in touch with me throughout the process with a stream of apologetic e-mails.
The product itself was extremely good quality and very good value for money. I can highly recommend them

Short and sweet, for the money it’s fantastic. Everything you’d expect and sturdy. Only minor issue is the ash trap falls off when you wheel the BBQ over concrete/rough ground.

I haven’t used it yet, but I just assembled it and thought I’d share my thoughts. The instructions are unusually clear and all the parts, including screws and washers, are clearly labelled.
It took me about an hour on my own. The fiddliest bit was assembling the legs on my own. Beware: look at the instructions carefully – they have to go on in a particular order. The lower hinge brackets were labelled wrongly but easy to spot. Getting the hinges aligned was fiddly and required a bit of brute force.
Pleased with the result. feels sturdy and looks good

Good value too. A lot cheaper than the Weber equivale

The BBQ kettle is significant, but it is a practical size as it enables many items to be cooked simultaneously. I think the quality is good. It feels above average, and the attention to detail is spot on; for example, the folding tray folds smoothly when you open and close the lid. Everything works, from the ash release plate to the air vent. That said, there are two small things which are more annoying than a deal breaker, and they are 1) the rubber caps that fit at the end of the lower tray to hold them in place come off quickly and could get lost, and 2) when the wheels rotate, the nuts that hold them in place can unwind as the wheel moves. There are ways around this, but a little more thought into what is an impressive product makes you wonder.
In terms of assembly, it took about 45 minutes. Although daunting, it isn’t that bad in reality. Although the nuts, bolts and washers are labelled on the backing cardboard when you detach the top plastic cover, the parts get mixed up, and you waste time sorting parts to numbers — the packaging for the nuts and bolts requires rethinking. The instructions are clear, and assembly is straightforward, though patience is required. I would highly recommend following the steps.
Overall, as BBQ kettles go, I place it in the premium range. The finish is top-notch, and the badge and temperature gauge make it look professional. Cleaning is simple; capturing the ash in the waste pot underneath is simple, as is removing the grate, etc for cleaning. The best features are its size and the additional shelf where you can lay cooked food for warming. I keep the kettle in the garden covered in a waterproof cover I bought separately. So far, it seems to be faring well under the conditions. Overall, I like the product; it can cater to several people.

Really impressed with this BBQ. From delivery, it’s super easy to assemble & tested with some burgers & veg.

Holds a good amount of charcoal but maintains good distance between the charcoals & rack. When open, the second rack allows for “keep warm” items which is really nice and definitely something I look for on a BBQ as no one wants the choice between burnt food or cold food.

For the more skilled, there is a temperature gauge which can help indicate when to cook, how long to cook & a nice little step up from barebones BBQ.

BBQ itself is easy to move around as it has wheels so makes it a small task to take it out garage for use. Once cold, the ash can be quite easily removed with relatively low mess in what they call an “ash cup”. Beats scooping ash out manually any day!

have to say, I was somewhat sceptical about this BBQ before it arrived. I’ve had others like this in the past and the materials have been very flimsy to the point where I can squeeze the BBQ sides and they bend because of the thin metal and construction. This one is different and really well made for the price!

The BBQ is the traditional clam shaped type that opens in half with a good hinge on one side that keeps the top half well supported when open. This half and half design is really well established and allows a large area for the food to ‘Smoke’ within a sort of oven enclosure. There is also a top vent to control the temperature and air to escape if needed, plus a useful temperature indicator.

I was particularly impressed with the kit, as it comes with all the necessary nuts and bolts in a well numbered cardboard former. This makes assembly so much easier than having to hunt around for that special bolt of a certain size. I used my own spanner, although one is included.

The BBQ has all the necessary accessories and griddles to get going straight away. It even has a proper ash pan for easier cleaning and disposal of the charcoal leftovers. And the great British weather was kind to us this weekend, allowing us to try it out with the family!

Price-wise this appears to be a good buy, the only comment I would make is that the BBQ has a good heat resistant black coating, but care should be taken not to damage or chip this paint. IF you do, the material underneath is just mild steel and will readily rust in time. I use stove enamel paint to repair chips and scratches and this works well if repair and maintenance is needed in the future.

Unlike (some) other reviewers, I don’t simply copy & paste information from the advert. (I’m sure you really don’t need (or want) to read all the description yet again!) I want to try and give you my own personal views of it (good or bad) so you can decide for yourself whether to buy the item or not. (The fact that I’ve received this product free of charge through Amazon Vine has no influence at all. I always “tell it as it is!”)

This portable BBQ arrives well packed in one large, sturdy box. It’s designed for use with charcoal not gas, and it’s very easy to assemble. (It shouldn’t take the average person more than around 45 minutes to assemble and have it setup, ready to go). I really like the instructions and the way they have laid out the items you need to assemble the BBQ in one single sheet of plastic, with all parts clearly labelled, and simple to follow instructions to avoid any confusion.

When it comes to the design, I particularly like the lock on the lid, and the inclusion of an ‘ash cup’ underneath the BBQ. (Although I’ve not actually cooked anything on it yet, I’m hoping that will make it easier to remove and clean).

Unfortunately, I’ve not had any chance to get out into the garden and try this BBQ out, mainly due to the amount of rain we are having this time of year! At the moment, despite living on high ground and an hour’s drive from the sea, I’m in more need of a boat to access my garden! So, I’m really looking forward to being able to use this BBQ as soon as the tide goes out!

At the current price of 79.99p (with free delivery), and despite there being cheaper similar BBQ’s available, I still believe this product is decent value for the money, and therefore I recommend it, as it does exactly what it’s supposed to do and should last a very long time.

      Note:
I have not uploaded any photos as there are loads already on here, and mine would not be adding anything new!

Although this is a flat pack item, the provided instructions are easy to follow and all tools and fixings are provided in a neatly designed pack that ensures nothing goes astray.

The components are all well made and the powder-coated steel outer is well finished and should ensure clean up stays easy year after year. Just make sure you do it after every use or the job can become more difficult to complete.

The build is straightforward and just needs one person to complete the task. The finished item looks smart, feels robust and is of durable design. It is easy to cook on and large enough to cater for a small gathering.

      Portable BBQ with 2 wheels.
Arrives packed very compact in one carton box.
Accurate manual inside the box. All parts in and very easy to assemble.
Lockable lid, temperature gauge, removable ash cup, wire storage shelf and very large cooking area.
Definitely the best decission to get this BBQ. Great design and decent size.
Good value for money. So sturdy BBQ.
      Recommend.

Parts securely packaged and labelled for easy identification. I particularly liked the way the screws etc were packaged. Why can’t all companies do this? The assembly instructions were uncomplicated and easy to follow. I assembled it myself in under an hour. My only criticism was the supplied spanner. Not very good for fitting the wheels. I used a 10mm socket and ratchet.
Overall, a very well-made, thought-out product of which I can thoroughly recommend. It’s a pity they didn’t put some sunshine in the box.
