These weights do what they need to. The actual size of the weights are a bit bulky so some exercises are a little more difficult. But have a good handle for a good grip. Overall pretty happy.
Exactly as described, big heavy weights at 7.5kg they’re good for putting strain on the arms, they feel sturdy and unlikely to fall apart. Having a tool like this at a good price is great motivation to keep up exercise.

Edit: after having them a short while I’ve realised that I have small hands so anyone with larger hands may struggle to hold them. Also because the middle section is quite chunky gripping them has given me a bit of thumb pain.
