This tyre inflator is really powerful. Can inflate my car tyres in no time. The possibility of replacing the battery is great as I always have a recharged battery at hand.
NBice littel device for inflating stuff. Easy to hold. Good storage for all adaptors. Not as noisy as I had expected. Simple to use. Inflates bike tyres very quickly. 5 stars.
This is a very handy piece of kit to have around.
Whether you want to use it for the tyres on your car or bike or a variety of other inflatable items, then this really does work well.
It has a rechargeable battery pack and each full charge lasts an impressive amount of time, which is reassuring.
One aspect that I really like about this is that you can simply pre-set the required pressure you want to achieve and the unit switches off automatically when that level is reached.
I have another tyre inflator that is even more impressive than this one – but that also costs nearly twice as much. For the price, this one works really well.
Good stuff!
It is an cordless tyre inflator air compressor. It got 2 power which you can use car cigarette lighter socket to plug in to inflate or can use rechargable battery. Can use it for bicycles, motorcycles or car tyres or balloons. It got lcd screen to easy, clear to see and read. It is auto shut off function. This design is really good and amazing as it have hose storage and accessories storage. The battery can be charged with a type c cable. It is bit noise when using. It is durable and sturdy. It is good strong quality. Would recommend it.
Great tyre inflator! Comes well packaged and feels very durable and tough. It’s a premium product that will inflate tyres or other products quickly.
Well equipped in terms of attachments, and as well as a battery for wireless use it also can be powered from a cigarette lighter.
The preset pressures make it a breeze to set and leave and the one great feature is that you can reverse charge so potentially can charge a phone if really stuck!
For the price it’s a great bit of kit to buy and leave in the back of the car for use in an emergency!
This arrives in branded box and reminded me of cordless drill. Its great item to have in boot of car for emergencies and simple to use.Comes with charging cables and can be used for inflatables/balls too.Its not quietest tried but noise not too bad
I bought a smaller USB charged tyre inflator last year and it’s proved very useful for checking and topping up if necessary without spending a quid at a petrol station.
So this one’s better, right? Well, it’s a lot bigger and heavier. It will do all of several cars’ tyres from flat before needing to be recharged / or run from the 12V supply.. but how often do you need to do that?
The 20V battery looks like the one needed by a couple of tools here, but isn’t compatible with them in practice, which is a bit of a waste.
I’ll keep it at home, but it’s the smaller one that will stay in the car.
YOHOOLYO Cordless Tyre Inflator Air Compressor and 12 Volt
1) Power supply: It can be powered by either the 20V 10000mAh rechargeable battery or the DC 12V car cigarette lighter socket which gives you flexibility.
2) Functions – I love the preset function, it simplifies the inflation process and you can set your desired level with a button. I also like the fact it has an LCD screen which lets you know the settings/current level etc
3) Charging – the battery can be charged with a Type C cable
It’s a little noise for sure but it’s only going to be used for a limited time so it doesn’t really matte
I liked that this inflator has a powerful 20V 10000 mAh battery that inflated my tyres quickly and also that it can act as an emergency power bank for my phone using it’s 5 volt/ 2 amp output socket should it run out of charge. Should i forget to charge the tyre inflators battery it can be exchanged for a corded adaptor that can be plugged into the 12 volt power socket in my car so I will always be able to use it should i have a puncture. It was easy to use with a choice of units of pressure clearly displayed on the brightly lit led display along with a battery level indicator and it’s long 20 inches airhose meant i didn’t have to hold it and it will stand upright on the ground while it inflates my tyres, switching itself off automatically when my preset tyre pressure was reached. It can be used in the dark as a light is provided while it inflates and a variety of adaptors are held attached to the sides of the inflator ready for use as and when required. The convenience of cordless operation and the extra powerful battery of this particular inflator makes maintaining the pressures in my tyres an easier and much quicker task and I recommend i
I’m guessing most of us drive a car. I’m also guessing many don’t have a portable tyre pump in the boot. Unless you want to check your tyres in the garage and pay to use its air pump, it’s one of those things you need. And this is one for your consideration.
Many portable air pumps are rather unwieldy and difficult to use, mainly because you need to make use of the 12v socket in your car. This one attaches straight to the tyre valve because it has its own built in battery. The pistol grip style also makes it much easier to use. The digital display is easy to read, though it is a tad noisy and the thing about the battery is that it can be used as a charger for an external device. Fortunately, if the battery is depleted, it can still be used via the 12v adaptor.
Okay, it might seem a hefty cost but it can be used for other things that need blowing up (stop sniggering at the back) and as you should check your tyres every fortnight, it will work out cheaper in the long run.
very nice design and comes with different head bits for different usecases.
a bit noisy comparing my old air compressor.
comes with rechargable battery and cable holder (which also is designed to look like battery, clever design)
very safe packaging.
overall nice product but imho a bit pricey. so i would recommend to add options list. will see how durable it is in time but it feels durable enough.
The ‘YOHOOLYO Cordless Tyre Inflator Air Compressor and 12 Volt DC Car Tyre Pump Powered 120PSI’ arrived in a branded box, that also included cigarette lighter adaptor, USB A to USB C charging lead, instructions and a mains electric to USB A adaptor.
This is a nice size handheld compressor and seems balanced in the hand. Although there appears to be two batteries, one is actually an adaptor that connects to the compressor and stores the cigarette lighter lead.
After charging the battery from a USB hub the pump was tested on the car, and had no problems adjusting the tyre pressure. This is not the quietest compressor I have used but it does do what is needed of it.
What would have made this kit better would have been a hard case to store it in whilst in the vehicle so noting become misplaced, cardboard boxes tend not to survive long. Also a longer hose or extension hose would allow the user to stand when operating it, not all of us can stay on our knees for extended periods.
YOHOOLYO Cordless Tyre Inflator Air Compressor and 12 Volt
This air pump looks good. It’s shaped like a standard workman’s electrical hand tool, complete with rechargeable battery. I tested it out pumping up a tyre and it worked OK.
The main adaptor hose for tyre etc. valves is permanently connected to the pump. There are three additional adaptors, held in place on the pump body, which can be connected direct to the valve connector end of the hose.
The pump can be powered from a car cigar socket. A false battery contains the adapter and cable, which is connected direct to the false battery and the battery fitted to the pump.
The power can also be powered via a rechargeable battery. Just fit the false battery / rechargeable battery as required.
The rechargeable battery can be used independently of the pump(doesn’t have to be fitted to the pump) has a 5V / 2A USB-A socket which you can connect USB devices to in the way you would connnect them to a power pack.
A mains power supply is provided, together with a USB connecting cable to charge the battery.
The hassle of most electric tyre pumps is the cable that goes into the 12V cigarette socket getting caught on the gear knob or not reaching the rear tyres. With this rechargable pump all is sorted. The battery took a few hours to initially charge, but once done it was perefctly able to pump up the car tyres. The display shows the pressure in different scales and can be set to a preset limit. The pump also did the caravan tyres (which need 62psi) quite comfortably. There is a second power pack labled 12V lithium. This is a bit erroneous as there is no lithium involved, it just enables use from the 12V cigarette socket socket via a length of cable stored in the underside. Handy I guess if the Li ion battery goes flat, though it seems to have plenty of capacity. There are also various adaptors handily clipped on to the side of the pump.
It’s not a cheap pump, but I’m very pleased with this so 5 stars.
This cordless tyre inflator is very handy for inflating your tyres to the correct psi.
It’s a nice drill shaped tool with a battery or 12v power adaptor on the bottom. The top end has a light up display showing psi pressure so you can get it to correct setting for your car and I love the fact extra adaptors for balloons and balls etc are clipped into the side of the tool so you can switch over easy to inflate other things.
The power options are a 20v battery which I was super pleased to see had the modern and universal USB-C port to charge it and even a USB output in case you need to charge a device. Only downside is the lack of battery level display, so you know how much charge is left in it.
The other option clips in place of the battery (same style connection and size) and has a super long cable going to a 12v or cigarette lighter port which allows you to power it from the car.
Overall, I love it, it works really well and has some great features, downsides are the lack of battery level indicator and a carry bag for it to put it in the car safely with all the bits. It currently doesn’t have a price but if it’s around 30-35 it would be good value.
This tyre Inflator Air has quickly become a handy gadget for me, especially when it comes to keeping my car tyres at the right pressure.
Here are my thoughts:
The Good
**No Cords Attached
One of the best things about this inflator is that you don’t have to plug it into your car’s cigarette lighter socket. It comes with a battery, making it super portable. You can take it anywhere and use it anytime without worrying about finding a power outlet.
**It’s Light as a Feather
Even with the battery on, it’s surprisingly light. This makes it easy to handle, whether you’re checking all four tyres or carrying it from the garage to the car.
**Simple Setup
Before you use it for the first time, you need to fully charge the battery. It took me about 7 hours to get the green light on the charger, indicating it was fully charged. How to use it is pretty straightforward — you just set your desired pressure and go.
**A Few Extra Perks
Besides inflating tyres, the battery doubles up as a power bank, which I find pretty cool. And if you ever find yourself in the dark, the built-in light on the inflator can be a real lifesaver.
**Extra Adapters
Although I haven’t tried these, you get a few extra adapters to be used for bicycles, balls and certain inflatable toys.
The Bad
**Patience Needed for Charging
The main drawback I’ve noticed is the charging time. It does take a while to charge fully, so planning is key.
**Conclusion
Overall, I’m really impressed with the YOHOOLYO Cordless Tyre Inflator. Its cordless nature means I can use it anywhere, which is a big plus for me. The lightweight design and ease of use just add to its charm. Although the long charging time is something to keep in mind, the benefits definitely overshadow this minor inconvenience. I’m keen to see how long the battery lasts with regular use and will keep you posted. For anyone looking for a hassle-free way to keep their tyres in check, this inflator is worth considering.
