Very stable and sturdy MagSafe magnet car mount which works with apple devices aswell as other devices with the extra metal ring provided in the box. Very easy to set up and works really well! Highly recommend as it is really good value for money. Fits phones well and is really strong!
I’ve just got a van that’s 11 years old and has an old CD Radio. I use my phone for navigation and this works brilliantly attached into the air vent. It really does hook in easily, then you wind in until it is secure, and then angle the magnet part so it is in the right position. Screw that part in to secure the position and you are ready to go! My iPhone attaches well to the magsafe magnet and is safe in place. I am confident it will not detach.

Just purchased myself a new car and was looking for a nice way of mounting my phone. I had tried and seen many others but they all looked a bit basic. This one looks pretty cool on the dash and actually enhances the look of the car.
In the ox you get the YOSH Mag-Safe Car Mount and the metal ring to stick to your phone. Thankfully I still have the plastic covering on the phone since buying so I stuck it to that to avoid damaging the phone itself, but you could stick it to the inside of a case.
One thing thats a bit of a sahme is it does only come with one magnetic ring so if your partner wants to use it too then she’ll have to source her one mounting ring to stick to her phone. At least an extra one would have been nice.
Other than that though its a lovely mount and looks great. Very stable and little to zero shake when driving. Very easy to mount and demount the phone. Recommended!
I ordered this to take with me on holiday so I can use my phone as a sat-nav in the hire car. The simple mechanism holds the mount onto an available vent and appears to be adjustable enough to fit mose vehicles. I was a little worried about the mag-safe mount and I thought it may not be strong enough to cope with potholes and speed bumps, but my iPhone 15 pro max didn’t budge at all, and I think that’s the heaviest phone that will suit this mount. If you don’t have mag-safe build in then it’s supplied with a rubber-coated stick-on ring to convert your phone or case.

This is a surprisingly good MagSafe phone mount. The MagSafe magnet is powerful and holds my iPhone 14 ProMax securely. The hook secures the phone to my air vent well – others without the hook fall off over time. In addition, the unit is compact. Recommended.
Easy to fit, stays in place once fitted. No damage to the car vents. And it holds an iPhone 15 Pro Max in a big rugged case with ease. No slipping or falling at all.
As someone who owns several cell phone holders. I can say with my mouth full that this one is worth it, because of its strength and beauty as well as stability. What I like least is the fact that within a few months this is already showing signs of degradation. Getting harder and harder to open and close. However, this is a setback for me because I use this at work and I’m always changing vehicles, if you use this in a single vehicle this won’t be your problem.
This mag safe phone holder works and holds my phone. Even heavy phones like the Note20 are effortlessly supported, making it an ideal choice for any device. Its magnetic strength ensures a stable hold while driving, providing convenience and safety. The external magnet is very easily attached and feels like it sticks very well due to the 3M double adhesive tape. Time will tell how long it will last. Overall I am happy and satisfied with this item.
I’ve tried a fair few of these magnetic phone holders. Some better than others, but this one is definitely up with the greatest. I love the design, it looks modern and unobtrusive and it just works! I love the lower part which keeps the phone at the right angle without allowing it to tilt left and right. Fitment was very easy via the wheel on the back (twist left and right to extend or contract the legs which slot over the vent blades. The issue I personally had with it was more to do with the design of my car and the size of my phone. I wanted it to the right of me (UK), which means that the phone fouls the A pillar slightly, due to the design of this mount being upwards rather than straight out. Just something to bear in mind. All in all, would definitely recommend at this price!
This feels like a really good quality magsafe mobile phone car mount. It feels solid, is easy to put together and install, and allows you to have your phone at a variety of angles whilst still feeling secure.
For those without a magsafe phone/case, it also comes with a handy stick-on magnet to stick onto the outside of your current phone case – my only concern with this is if, over time pulling the phone off of the mount, the pull of the magnet is stronger than the pull of the glue 😛 Only time will tell. I may have gotten myself a proper magsafe case by then.
I have a Google Pixel 8 Pro and a Google wireless charging stand – it is worth noting that, for anyone with a Google charging stand, the magnet has to be below centre on the case in order to allow the phone to charge wirelessly still, whilst in the case.
Overall – a nice bit of kit that feels good quality. Very happy with it.
Having recently gotten an iPhone dashboard mount which I was more than happy with I got this due to the appeal of it being mag-safe compatible and placing the phone out of my vision.
Unboxing
The kit comes in a very basic but un-wasteful package, a thin cardboard box and silicone bags, it did the job as the parts were all undamaged and I didn’t have too much of a guilt trip with the bin-food.
The kit is very simple and minimal as it should be; the air-vent clip, the mag-mount, an additional magnetic ring to use on phones without mag-safe and the instruction card.
It was simple to put together as there’s only 2 parts for me; loosen the mag-safe mount large nut, then push the ball head of the air-vent clip into it, this requires a bit of force, all that is left is to install it into your car.
Car Installation
This part was surprisingly simple to do, the main adaptor has an adjustable hook which extends or retract by rotating a knurled dial, just extend it fully, position it into the air-vent and slat of your choice, then dial it back to tighten it up securely, place you phone onto it to fine tune the placement.
Road Test
The beauty of using the mag-safe mount is the speed and simplicity of lobbing your phone onto it, I immediately preferred it over my dash mount as I didn’t need both hands to do place or remove my phone, and placing it in portrait or landscape mode is as easy as rotating your phone, no need to loosen and adjust the mount itself.
The magnet is very strong, there’s no way your phone will fall off if you go over a pothole etc.
My only minor niggle is the random part of the logo that will stick out when in landscape mode but as I said; this really is a minor thing.
I really liked that I could fit it either high or low depending on which way around you position the clamp, I had it in low profile to keep it out of my eyeline but I could rotate it if I was using it for maps.
Overall I think it is a great bit of kit for the money, it looks so much nicer in my car compared to what now looks a bulky dashboard mount. I hovered between 4 or 5 stars, I went with 4 only because of the half logo showing in landscape mode.
The magnets in this mount are strong. Strong enough it can hold a non-MagSafe phone with a metal plate under its case.
The mount arrived in a small box that contains the mount in two halves, the vent attachment side and the magnet side. These are attached together via a ball and socket. Included is a metal ring with a rubber texture to attach to non MagSafe phones or cases.
The mount attaches to the cars air vent by inserting the rods between the vents flaps then by turning the dial it pulls the hook behind securing it in place. Having two hooks rather than one give some more options on how you can secure the phone holder. Once in place, all feels very secure. As stated above the magnets are strong enough to hold a phone that has a metal plate behind the case. Adding that extra functionality for non MagSafe phones.
It’s still early days testing this mount but so far the strong magnets have held both MagSafe phones and non MagSafe phones with a metal plate under their case with no issue. Speed bumps and pot holes have not caused the phone to fall off. I like how this phone holder does not protrude as much as others I’ve tested. Because the magnetic ring is offset from the ball and socket I was quite surprised just the increase versatility in position it offers.
Please note that this holder will only fit “traditional” style air vents. It will not attach to round style ones like you find in Mercedes cars.

This is the best phone mount I have had super build quality magnets are very strong,fits onto vent perfectly and rotates 360 degrees. I would definitely recommend you won’t be disappointed
Good product and a sturdy design. The distance between the phone and the vent ensures your phone is not heated through the vents. I tend to fit this towards the end of the vent to ensure it sits well. So far I have had no issues since installing, and the MagSafe is very strong.
