Decent price for a 3D print. The egg screws apart easily and the dragon fits inside well. They have wings that rotate to extend and it’s not too fragile to play with.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMy daughter asked me get her one of these dragons after she saw her friends one. I was a bit hesitant at first if I’m honest. She’s had 3d printed things before that a friend made for her and they were a bit flimsy so I wasn’t convinced about this but i ordered it for her anyway.

I’m pleased to say it’s better than I anticipated. The colour is really pretty and has a lovely sheen to it.

The dragon itself has some nice little details and is really well articulated including the wings which can be manipulated Into a few different positions. My daughter is over the moon with it.

The sizing on the listing is not fully accurate. The dragon measures 7 inches in length, rather than the 6.3 inches shown on the picture and the wing span when fully extended is 5 inches.

The egg closes together well and clicks into place so it doesn’t come open easily without unscrewing it.

Both the dragon and the egg are very lightweight. The dragon feels quite delicate and I’m not sure it would survive lots of rough handling but my daughter has it displayed in her bedroom which works fine.

Mine was bluer than I was expecting, not quite a rainbow dragon, but colourful nevertheless. Very lightweight as each segment is 3-D printed. The segments are all articulated so it can be arranged in a number of positions, or draped over whatever. It can be draped over the egg it comes in, but because it’s so lightweight, it has low traction, and may slip off. On the plus side, it’s so lightweight a fall won’t damage it, but being sat on by a child might. The legs can be adjusted in their angle, and the wings can be spread or retracted. I’ve seen (and bought) a couple of similar but wingless items in metal, and this is an intriguing design that’s a very nice addition to the collection.

As long as you know what to expect, this is a really nice little dragon. He’s 3D printed in a lovely colour that changes a little depending on the light and angle, between a pink and purple colour. He’s (I’m assuming he’s a he!) highly flexible. The wings extend and rotate on a ball type joint, and the legs will move a little, similarly. He comes inside an egg, which makes it a great stocking filler gift too.

It’s obviously not meant for younger children as it is a bit “spikey” in places. It’s not the best quality and the actual detail, when looking up-close isn’t great, but he is great for those who love dragons either just to place on their desk/shelf, or to “fidget” with. I foresee arguments in my future as to who gets to adopt this little guy!

This is such a fun and interesting fidget style toy. It is in the shape of a dragon and because of the way it is made it moves in such a fluid way. So it feels great to hold and is very moveable, you get quite an interactive experience while holding it. I do think it is ideal as a fidget toy and the fact it moves in lots of different directions makes it even more fun. The dragon has vibrant colours with a shimmering effect which looks lovely too.

Overall the dragon looks well made and while I wouldn’t say it is really delicate. I also wouldn’t like to pull at it in case it broke or that any pieces would snap off etc. The dragon comes in an egg to match the eye catching colours of the dragon. I’m happy with it and my son is too!

Almost as good as having a real baby dragon to love, this is an articulated 3d printed dragon that is inside a matching egg with a twist top. It does make a great fidget toy, but it is also something lovely to look at. The articulation works very well, letting this be posed and placed in different locations. The egg is good to keep him in so that he doesn’t collect dust. Not that he will – anyone who has seen him immediately wants to pick him up and play with him. This is one for dragon lovers of all ages. I love the colours and the details are just enough to make it look realistic.
