Thank you so much!! It works! It comes with a disk and you need to install it.

Saving my life & sight!
THANK YOU SOO MUCH FOR PROVIDING AFFORDABLE OPTION!!!
Installed in Win 10 pc to add a third monitor. Wasn’t sure it would work but it’s perfect!
Installed drivers, rebooted, third screen came up.
I’m using a Dell Vostro desktop. Years ago the graphics card gave up so I’ve been using the inbuilt VGA + HDMI ports to drive two monitors. Didn’t know if would handle a third through USB but no problem. Refresh rate is fine too.
As others have mentioned, the micro ends of these cables are quite bulky and I actually thought they were faulty at first but it was due to the end of the cable fouling on the case of my Pi 4.
For reference this was the Pi 4 case I am using ( great value and build quality case by the way! ): https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07ZVJDRF3?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
I just trimmed a small amount of the plastic from around the connector to allow them to be fully inserted into the micro HDMI ports, the thickness of the aluminium Pi4 case could have made this issue worse and this probably isn’t an issue with other cases and devices.
Oh My God, what can I say, if you ever need to change a Micro HDMI output to a Full size HDMI output then this product is for you and it is better than that. But wait what is better than changing one micro HDMI output to full-size, changing two! that’s what. That’s right, two adaptors, that do their job. Who’d’ve have thought.
Needed to connect a Fujifilm X100V camera with 4K output via a 5 metre HDMI cable.
Tested and “does exactly what it says on the tin”.
Long term use may well provide it with 5 star rating as construction looks a decent quality standard.
We needed a camera with an HDMI output in a multi-camera Zoom system and found that a small action camera worked just fine, however using a micro-HDMI to HDMI adapter blocked the power socket on the action camera so we could only run on battery. This cable solved the issue, we did have to trim some plastic off the plug to give enough clearance for the power cable, however, it works. The cables seem well-made and you do get two in the pack, recommended.
This adaptor works as advertised, and it is a great tool for raspberry pi4 owners like me. However, the connector on the cable is quite short, so based on your case you might have some issues connecting it. If you find yourself having the same issue, you can use a razor knife to carefully shave off a few millimetres on the rubber to make the golden connector stick out a bit more. In the picture you can see the difference between how the cable is normally and how it looks after I cut a bit off. Now it connects properly and works well.
