Definitely great value for money. The chair comes with a custom back support part included in the package. The chair is absolutely stunning not only because of the colour but also the quality material used to make the chair.

Chair came several days earlier than expected, which was good. Really easy to put together (I’m a great grandmother, so not the strongest) it’s really comfortable, and I can feel the support in the lower back straight away, though at this point I’ve only sat it it for a few minutes. But will update after a few hours in it.

For the price this is good value. I find the chair comfortable and I like that I can flip the arm rests up. Only thing is it doesn’t tilt but apart from that it’s a great chair for the price.

Had a 11 hours work day sat on this one, was very comfortable. the lumbar support does make a difference to your comfort. simple instructions, easy to follow and assemble. did it by myself within 20 minutes. looks classy for the price point too. 100% recommended. excellent product. value for money.

You could pay much more for a chair with this level of support. It was easy to assemble and seems great so far. The chair cushion itself is a bit thin but the back and neck support seem great.

I purchased this office chair as I spend most of my time sitting at the dining table on my laptop. The dining room chairs are okay for a couple of hours but then I get a “numb bum”. The chair arrived on time and my grandson (14 years old) built the chair. No extra tools needed, just the alan key provided. It took about 15 minutes to build and the instructions were straight forward; all the parts went together easily. After the build I adjusted the chair to make it more comfortable for me. There is loads of adjustments in the height, neck rest, tilt & air cushion. I find the chair very comfortable and not too heavy. I am a big guy ( circa 20 stone ) and the chair has ample room for my big backside. I would have no hesitation in recommending this chair.

Had this for nearly a couple of months now for working from home and been comfy and supportive even for quite long periods. Was straightforward enough to assemble , but a tip is to remember the plastic protector cap for the base before you connect up to the seat! Material might not be the nicest to touch but seems durable. You can adjust the height of the chair and the height of the headrest, and even though I’m 6″2 it still does the job (not sure how people would get on taller than me as I adjust the height of chair and headrest the max it can go) The rocking tilt is nice too. Overall very happy.

The chair was relatively easy to assemble. The quality is good, however the decorative silver piece on the back is quite flimsy and a piece snapped while trying to attach it, but it still slotted in and you can’t notice it.
The seat itself is quite hard but the lumbar support and head rest are suitable for me.
I would recommend the chair, but only if you prefer a firmer seat.
