My wife bought this for her back, and she said its a god send. Only thing is, it could do with bigger pads. And the charging lasts a long time. She’s had it over 3 weeks and hasn’t charged it yet.

Tore some muscles in my right arm a few weeks ago and ended up in horrible pain.
I didn’t like taking naproxen so I decided to try one of these devices, and it helped alleviate the pain so that I could do gentle exercises to maintain some mobility.

It is fairly easy to set up and use. The screen for selecting options is clear, and I have no problems using it.

The power seems to last a long time between charges. Still using the same pair of sticky pads after several weeks of daily use, and there is still plenty of life in them.

This replaced my old TENS machine which I put away with the batteries still in it, which then leaked and ruined it. This one has rechargeable lithium cells so not likely to suffer the same way.
It is smaller than my old one – easily pocketable – has more options and better accessories.
The programmes I have tried, pain relief and massage, are effective doing a good job of relieving the pain of a crucial ligament strain.
A charge lasted three days of regular use of 3-5 hours over the day. Recharging was quite fast.

Do not use this on the side of your neck, even on a low setting the vibrations built and nearly shook my head off! Very scary, but otherwise seems to be good.

After suffering 3 months of pain from a Bakers Cyst in my left knee, which at times was almost unbearable, worse still climbing and descending stairs and driving my car, I decided in desperation to buy this AUVON TENS machine and give it a try. I must say it was the best decision I could make. After the initial session with the TENS settings I sensed an improvement behind my knee and the lower leg. Now, 2 weeks into a daily routine with the TENS and Muscle Stimulation settings I have regained mobility, am pain free in the knee, lower leg and ankle areas. The stairs are a doddle – no pain – and car driving is enjoyable again. I get an occasional twinge in my knee cap area but that’s from having moderate osteoarthritis, but nevertheless after a session on TENS relief is noticeable.
It’s a wonderful addition to my routine to provide pain relief and relaxation and I thoroughly recommend it to anyone thinking of buying it. It may not work for everybody but it’s certainly worth trying.

I bought this after a few sessions with physiotherapist. Decided I needed more TENs treatment more than one a day/weekly. Read up many reviews, decided on this as a top up for my home used.
Found it helps to relief pain and help mobility. I have used it a few times daily on wet, damp days.
It is very compact, can be slipped into a handbag or pocket, I will certainly take it away on my my holidays.
    Eye please with this purchase.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My Tens developed a problem and I contacted the Customer Services who were very professional and friendly. I received a replacement within 4 days of first contacting them.
The Tens Machine has so many different features and with a 90 minute run tme being the best.
I would recommend everything about this.

    Fast delivery without fuss
Battery charges fast and delivers a strong current for a prolonged period
Common fittings provided so no issue with replacement pads or leads
Two channels with 24 modes so is fairly comprehensive
Build quality is cheap crap and I don’t think it will last for long (made in China with the expected lack of care or quality)
However, this tens is a huge improvement on other less modern efforts by other manufacturers and works wonderfully well
Worth the cheap cost but this is reflected in build quality

So here we are several months on and this tens is still working well and in one piece
I have to say again this item is well worth the cost and definitely recommended

Nice little gadget, my husband uses it for shoulder and upper back pain and it does relief it.

It can be a bit tricky to use but if you read the manual properly you can do it, after a few uses you get used to it and no need to use the manual.

Please note though that the pads will lose the stickiness gradually with each use. One of the pads is already losing it after 3 uses. The pads won’t be as effective if they are not sticky enough.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersThe Machine is a comprehensive and effective pain relief solution. It uses transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) and electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) to relieve pain and improve muscle function.

The TENS unit works by sending electrical impulses through the skin to block pain signals from reaching the brain. The EMS unit works by sending electrical impulses through the skin to stimulate muscles and improve muscle function.

It is very easy to use. Simply attach the electrodes to the affected area and select the desired mode and intensity. The machine comes with a variety of modes and intensities to choose from, so you can find the perfect setting for your needs.

    Comparison with other TENS/EMS machines:

The AUVON Dual Channel Machine is comparable to other TENS/EMS machines on the market. However, it offers a few advantages over some other machines, such as its dual channel design, which allows you to treat two areas at once, and its variety of modes and intensities.

    Pros:

    – Dual channel design allows you to treat two areas at once (A & B)
    – Variety of modes and intensities to choose from
    – Easy to use
    – Affordable
    – Comes with a carrying case for easy portability

    Cons:

    – The machine can be a bit bulky and heavy
    – No Bluetooth connectivity

    Reasons to buy:

If you are looking for a comprehensive and effective pain relief solution, this TENS EMS Machine is a great option. It is easy to use and affordable, and it comes with a variety of features that make it a great value for the price.

    Potential reasons to avoid:

If you have sensitive skin or if you need a very lightweight and compact TENS/EMS machine, then it may not be the best option for you.

    Conclusion:

Overall, the AUVON Machine is a great TENS/EMS machine. It is easy to use, affordable, and effective. It is a great option for anyone who is looking for a natural way to relieve pain and improve muscle function and my health has been improved with it.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersWorks great except the pads loose suction and use quite quickly , only used a few times and already will need to replace . The machine it’s self has loads of programmes and works well for pain, and relaxation , I have fibromialgier and restless syndrome and it really helps . It’s all made from quite cheap plastic though which is a shame, could do with being sturdier. Good for price . I think I will invest in a more expensive and sturdy machine in future. Great machine for beginning use and to see if good for you. Does come with a lot of pads, a pad holder and bag for machine so is good for money

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI am in my early sixties. I can get quite painful shoulders and usually have a dull ache in my left knee which had become very painful on a recent walking holiday. I used to have acupuncture, with the needles occasionally connected to a low electrical current to gave a more intense treatment and I was told this was like a Tens machine. So when I saw this machine advertised with the really good reviews I thought it was worth giving it a try.
This machine really is amazing. You place the pads on your skin which you then connect to the machine which allows you to select varying intensities and a choice of pulses which provide different sensations on your skin. It really is surprising how effective it is for such a simple device – in some modes it really does feel like someone is kneading you. I liked being able to target points that were particularly sore and select a treatment that felt the most effective. Both the pain in the areas I treated – my knee and my left shoulder particularly, diminished immediately after first treatments. The pads are necessarily sticky but actually I quickly got used to handling them. I can see that you may need a glamorous assistant to help place them on difficult to reach places on your back.
The device is small and although initially seems overwhelming is actually easy to use. I was able to treat my knee and shoulder very comfortably while watching TV. The machine comes with a phone type charger and a little plastic holder for the pads you have used so that you can re-use them. I genuinely can’t believe how good this machine is, especially given its price. If you have any doubts give it a go.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI ordered this brilliant little tens machine as my other one gave up on me when I needed it. I checked various reviews and got this one as added advantage of a massage setting, after major surgery on shoulder after an accident. It arrived promptly the next day. I am always in pain with Reynauds and osteo-arthritis in all joints for 30yrs plus. I will admit I had trouble getting it to work, but after I damaged my back after another fall, in complete agony, I persevered and followed a you tube review, even though different model, I got it working, I used the pain relief 1st, it was completely heaven, I found it so much better than I could ever had hoped, I couldn’t take a photo as impossible as on my own. I then tried the massage setting, what can i say, it relaxed me more than I could have hoped for!!! I truly recommend this tens machine and I’ve had 3 over the years, and this beats them hands down, with 24modes and so many other settings, I will try the muscular setting as I lost muscle strength after a fall from top to bottom of my stairs causing blood clots to . I double checked with Consultant and was told not to use near the titanium plates. I think it is worth every penny and more. The Customer Services are so polite and extremely helpful, also by contacting them it extends the warranty, so it’s a win win situation, and that how Companies should be. I did email them a few times and I got the help I needed help I needed. As a Company and their products I think you can’t go wrong.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI was getting over a broken ankle and needed something to help with pain relief rather than taking tablets and read about this make and model and after looking at reviews decided to go for this one and also because it has dual outputs it can be used in 2 places at once be it lower body say ankle and also on the top say shoulder loads of different settings (24) and can be set for times between 10 and 90 mins in increments of 10
Illumination switches off after settings made to also help battery life also has a Lock Screen
Since I’ve been using this I’ve found a lot of relief from it and am also happy as I’m not taking anywhere near as much in way of medication
Thoroughly recommend this product and as it’s dual channel for pain relief and also can be used for muscle stimulation so you have the best of both worlds compact as well so can be used whilst walking around you don’t need a clip as it fits snugly into a pocket be it shirt trouser whatever
Great item good size and pretty good price
Just wished I’d purchased this a lot earlier than when I did
Oh one last thing i had reason to contact their customer service to enquire about something and received a reply in less than couple of hours very helpful also advised me on other possible things I might need to know very positive response
All in all was A1 for machine the company and service received thank you Jessica for advice and info

I ordered this machine for my husband whose thigh muscles have started to tighten with age, making walking more difficult. He has been using the machine in EMS mode and has noticed a difference in just a few days. Shortly after the machine arrived, I had a particularly stressful day and the tension made my neck and upper back painful so I decided to give the machine a try myself. I used the massage mode and it worked a treat – really got rid of those knots! The battery seems to last amazingly well – we must have already used it for 2 to 3 hours yet the battery charge still shows full. I have deducted 1 star from ease of use because the instructions are a little hard to follow but the more you use it, the easier it gets so I’m being particularly picky. Since registering the machine online, the warranty has been extended to 3 years and I’ve received 10 complimentary pairs of adhesive electrodes in addition to the 6 pairs that were supplied originally. Leaving this review will entitle me to a lifetime warranty but there has not been any pressure from the company for me to do so and the incentive has not influenced my report in any way. In fact, I told the company that we wanted to try the machine properly before leaving a review and they said that was fine – they wanted honest feedback. I have to say that I have been very impressed so far.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersWow! I am 4- weeks post-op from a total knee replacement operation. I have been taking regular pain killers and following my physio’s advice and exercises to gain and maintain flex ion and extension in the new joint. Unfortunately, years of arthritic decline and consequential bow legs have taken their toll on my ligaments and tendons and, in short, the new leg just hasn’t wanted to straighten as it should. Not surprising as it’s been years since it was able to. Having watched endless hours of Dr Google’s videos A( a mine of information of varying quality and relevance) I stumbled across several articles regarding both TENS and EMS; which when coupled sequentially seemed to provide an answer. I bought this little machine in the hope that it would help, if it didn’t the cost was minimal and I had nothing to lose. It arrived fully charged, well packaged and with easy to follow instructions, so much so that it was put to immediate us. I was stunned! the little device is amazing and within 48 hours as helped me to achieve the extension that the previous 4 weeks of work have failed to do. I am, honestly, amazed and only wish I had found it sooner. I will continue to use the device for the right knee and again when I have my left knee done in about 6 months time. I have already recommended it to several friends who are waiting for their operations and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it to anyone else. In short, and at c.35, it is fantastic value for money and absolutely brilliant!

5.0 out of 5 stars Wow, perfect for post-surgery recovery

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersOrdered this TENS machine for my hubby as a last ditch attempt to help with some pain relief. Never used one before so wasn’t really sure what to expect. It’s quite dinky, which is convenient and discreet. Less so are the loud clickidy buttons, but as a first time purchase, it is something that can be overlooked. The unit has lots of options. I think you would tend to find the few you liked and just stick with those. It’s quite powerful and we had a laugh messing with the intensities while figuring it out. I can go no higher than 2-3 out of 10, but I think this depends on where you place the pads and how bad your pain is. The pads themselves are very sticky – which could be a issue if you are hairy, but over all a good thing. Time will tell if it helps with pain. I don’t think it can help with all types of pain, but strains, sprains, tension etc look to be most suitable. Overall not too much to spend – as much as hiring one from BOOTS. If buttons were not so noisy and feel so cheap, I would give it 5 stars. Has a two year warranty, so not too worried about quality issues. Worth a try.
Update a week later – the range of intensity you can tolerate comfortably defo depends on where you place the pads on your body. I initially tested on forearm and it was like chinese burns if too high, but on knee, the same selections but at 5/6 feel very nice. I think you can take more the more you use it also.
