Belkin 108W GaN USB Charging Station for Multiple Devices, 2
Belkin 108W GaN USB Charging Station for Multiple Devices, 2 USB Type C and 2 USB A Fast Desktop Charger Dock Hub for MacBook, Pro, Air, iPhone, Plus, Pro, Max, iPad, Samsung Galaxy, Pixel and More
What is superb charging station. I use it every day to charge my iPad, iPhone and other peripherals. It’s really cut down on my electrical charges and it’s really making things so much easier. I really recommend this product.
I bought this on special offer, otherwise I felt it was too expensive. I’m holding back a star because it replaced a Ugreen charger which only lasted a year and Ugreen didn’t want to know, so we’ll see if this lasts. I like that I can go away with my lap top, phones etc and it’s poweful enough to charge everything.
Great product from a great manufacturer. With 4 outputs you can rapdily charge a plethora of devices, simultaneously if required. Small form factor as well which is great for travelling, but I do use it as my main charger at home too. Feels solid and well built, and I have no doubts about the quality. Even charges my Braun shaver! Highly recommended.
This impressive charger comes in nice retail packaging that protects the contents reasonably well.
These are my main pros and cons for this product:
Pro:
Powerful USB-C charging
Compact for it’s specification
No buzzing
LED status Indicator
Con:
Only 12W total USB-A charging power
Expensive, particularly the black model
————-
There is a lot to like about this device. It gives out up to 96W total on the two USB ports (48W each, or 96W on one). It does this without significant heat or noise, due to it using the new GaN charger design. It is small and has great build quality, making it ideal for travelling.
The downsides are that it has only 12W total for the two USB-A ports. I have devices that take 10-12W each, so this is an annoying limitation. There is also the factor of the price, which is 75+ for the black and 55+ for the white. A realistic price for this would be about 40 given it’s USB-A limitations.
Overall I have to admit it’s a nice-looking product that is premium compared to the cheap competition, and is worth the investment to protect your devices. I would personally wait a bit for the price to come down, which it will soon enough.
This charger will charge at 108W overall – so, up to 96W on one of the two USBC ports, plus 12W shared between the two USBA ports. If you charge two USBC devices at the same time, the top socket is only 65W and the other 30W.
This is more than enough power for my purposes.
The charger itself is palm-sized – it’s about the same size as my existing one, but more powerful. It also has the Belkin excellent construction (it feels lovely in your hand, even though it’s not intended to be stroked – probably) and has little rubber feet to stop it scratching your desk.
So a little expensive, but with Belkin you get what you pay for.
There is little to dislike with the Belkin GaN 108W charger – though it’s not cheap. For what it delivers it’s pretty compact – a small black brick – pleasantly solid (and necessarily somewhat heavy). With small rubberised feet it stays where it’s put. Having a power lead (rather than being a plug device) it can be placed where it’s accessible.
It performs well too (it’s main purpose after all). Charging an iPhone and a Mac Book together:-
iPhone
0m 14%, 30m 44%, 60m 68%, 90m 87%, 110m 100%
Mac
0m 5%, 30m 45%, 60m 70%, 90% 80%, 120m 99%
During charging it did not get noticeably over warm – GaN devices seemingly being significantly more compact and efficient and this is no exception.
The Belkin would be appropriate for travelling though probably less so on the basis of daily use (e.g. the office commute). If you want one “charging station” able to charge via both USB-A and USB-C devices (2 of each) that “looks the part” – this will do the job.
A reasonably pricey but very capable charger.
Lets deal with the elephant in the room, and that is the USB-A sockets, the two sockets share 12W which is underpowered, they ports needs to be 12W EACH not together.
The unit whilst compact and well made being a Belkin product, is just too expensive for what it delivers compared to competitors hence dropping a star.
If the USB-A ports were morte powerful then things would be differe

I recently purchased the Belkin 108W GaN USB Charging Station for Multiple Devices, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. This charging station has quickly become an essential accessory for all my devices, providing fast and efficient charging in a compact and well-designed package.
One of the standout features of this charging station is its power output. With a total power delivery of 108W, including two USB Type C ports and two USB A ports, it can handle charging multiple devices simultaneously without any compromise on speed. Whether it’s my MacBook, iPhone, iPad, or other USB-powered devices, this charging station handles them all with ease.
The GaN (Gallium Nitride) technology used in this charger allows for efficient power delivery while keeping the size of the charger compact. This is a game-changer for those who travel frequently or have limited space on their desk. The compact design not only saves space but also makes it highly portable and easy to carry in a backpack or suitcase.
The build quality of the Belkin charging station is top-notch. It feels solid and durable, giving me confidence that it will withstand daily use and travel. The ports are well-spaced, allowing for easy access and preventing any interference between connected devices. Additionally, the inclusion of an LED indicator light on the front of the charger helps confirm when devices are charging.
The versatility of this charging station is another aspect I appreciate. It is compatible with a wide range of devices, including MacBook, iPhone, iPad, Galaxy, and more. This makes it a convenient and versatile solution for households with multiple devices from different manufacturers.
Furthermore, the charging speeds are impressive. The USB Type C ports support fast charging for compatible devices, allowing them to recharge quickly. This is especially useful when I need a boost of power in a short amount of time.
Overall, the Belkin 108W GaN USB Charging Station for Multiple Devices has exceeded my expectations. It provides fast and efficient charging, has a compact and durable design, and offers compatibility with a variety of devices. If you’re looking for a reliable and powerful charging solution for your multiple devices, I highly recommend considering this charging station from Belkin.
This is quite nice. If you don’t have a lot of sockets then you may find this a useful addition to your kit bag, as you can charge 4 devices off the one plug basically. Things to note are that the charge isn’t evenly spread. There are basically two that charge at 65w and 30w and two that charge at a SHARED 12w. So, really, its 2 decent charged sockets, and 2 pretty underpowered sockets. For stuff you charge overnight that really won’t matter. But worth bearing in mind if you are looking for the headline figure of 108w. If you only use one of the USB Cs you’ll get 96w, and the shared 12w on the two USB As.
This is fine. It works. I like Belkin as a brand. But it is way too expensive for what it is, so have docked a point for that.
