Think this is a really great buy, I’ve forgotten more than once to charge my watch & i never take it off unless it’s charging. I leave this in my bag all the time & it’s great to have a back up charger just incase It’s small lightweight & to keep it clean & free from dust i put it in one of my cotton glasses case.
There should be some sort of latching between watch and charger since its meant for chargin while mobile/travelling to make it a completely innovative product. Maybe like a strap that holds the watch in place on top of the charge
What can I say, they do what you expect – charging an apple watch nicely by varying amounts depending on the size of the battery in your watch. It will charge mine completely one and a half times.
I’m often away for work and needed a charger or lead for my watch.
The leads are always tangled in my bag and a direct usb plug in unit needs a bed side plug or a power pack to supply.
This little gadget means I can charge my phone for 2 nights, next to the bed and without leads or power packs.
Compact and simple.
Used on a number of occasions whilst travelling to charge up the phone rather than taking the full long lead supplied with the watch.
When fully charged it can do at least one full charge of the watch, and I have used when power has been running out after gps related activities, since my watch is 5+ years old.
I do like the design and that the power cable to recharge is built into the device, that’s a nice touch. Whilst I haven’t tested, given newer iPhones have a USB-C port, this watch charger can potentially draw power from the phone to charge meaning you have an infinite supply of power given we all carry our phones with us 24×7.
Okay, it won’t charge your iWatch much more than the once in reality, but in an Emergency when you haven’t got access to any other power source, once is sometimes all you need! The USB C Charging Lead neatly fits into the back of the main housing, which forms a loop for hooking it onto something for storage if you wish? It appears Durable and if you use the current Voucher within the Amazon advert, you get it for around 10 – Therefore I think it represents Great Value for Money and would make a Good Stocking Filler, or a Secret Santa Gift. Overall, I’m Very Happy with it. Thank you.
This little powerbank is just what I was after in the car on my way to the gym or long walk. It means I have managed to get rid of another cable in the glove box and the need to swap it out with my phone charger – and if need be, I can take it with me to keep the watch topped up, thanks to its small and light size.
It has a very solid build quality to it and feels more premium than the price would suggest – I am actually really impressed and happy.
I don’t expect it to charge as quickly as from the mains because of its 2.5W output – particularly if you are used to the faster charger that comes with the Series 6 and later.
I already have a USB C socket charger in the car, so I can just plug this in there when required to top it up.
