I have you this tape on and off over the last couple of years and it’s really good it does support, there’s plenty of YouTube videos onto how to apply it. it’s good stuff it does lasts more than 24-hours and is worth the money it helps. I’m not a sports person or anything like that I use it for support with arthritis related issues and knee pain just for walking my dog
The box is the most economical I found and offers 3 rolls of pre-cut tape. It’s easy to use and reliable. Adhesion good but could be slightly improved to make the product perfect. Overall very satisfied
This tape has really helped to ease knee and shoulder pain. Applied as suggested on the leaflet in the box, the tape made both my knee and my daughters shoulder feel more stable and supported. The tape stayed on very well for a couple of days, the adhesion was very good and pre cut tapes very handy and time saving.
The discomfort we were experiencing eased significant with the tape.
Being pre cut is great as you don’t need scissors, however, the adhesive is ok but not great. Says you can wear the tape for approx 3 days but as it’s on my foot it’s not great after I’ve had a shower as the ends start to peel back slightly. Other than that I have no problems with the product.
Constantly in pain, it was worth a shot. I had no knowledge of how to use it but knew that its to help with strains.
Best thing to do is go on Youtube and look at videos from trained people. There are some really good ones.
You take a strip and tear a section at the top and bottom.
Next thing is to peel away the backing strip as you place it on arm and stick it down lightly as you move along the arm.
You may need to create a bend to follow the shape of arm and may need more than one strip per application.
Its not easy to do initially as you also need the correct tension set as you place it on skin.
Definitely watch videos unless you know what you are doing.
You can shower with them on and they stick really well, lasting about 4 or 5 days.
They are good and seemed to have helped with the painful arm which may or not have been tennis elbow.
Good product.
This tape:
– sticks well but repositions easily
– it is a good quality thickness
– has the right stretch to give support and does not twist at the edges when you apply it fully stretched
– it has pre-cut portions which are ideal for most uses and makes life much easier
– when you do have to cut it, it is still easy as there are guide line
– a big bonus for me with my chilblained fingers is that the tape is simple to peel from the backing unlike the others which I have used
– not sure about the colour but it is the blue most people recognise!
I am strapped up now for my plantar fasciitis and the pain is less plus the tape is comfortable.

I tape every day and have a lot of experience in applying tape. However i read the leaflet in the box – and the follow up email- and thought they were really helpful. Simple and well illustrated they’d be a godsend for new tapers.
The cut strips were a really good length for my foot and shin. The precut strips were easy to handle and the slight rounding made me believe that the tape would stick quite well as it would not catch.
The tape stuck well even through showere and I have been really pleased with how long its lasting – esoecially for the price.
The tape is both stretchy enough and supportive enough to allow pain relief and a decent range of movement.
All in all I’ve been delighted with the tape.
This is not as good as the PROWORKS KT Tape BUT it does the trick and is exeptionally good value and the pre-cut strips do make it easier. I think it is a lighter tape and seems more flexible and it does the trick. I haven’t found it as supportive as the other tape but is a good product nonetheless and will buy again but thei will last quite a time
There are also clear instructions as to how to apply the tape which is also nice as it means I won’t have to go through the hassle of finding a guide on my phone before playing. They also provide a QR code that links to an eBook with further in depth information which is well layed out and written.
Used it while playing the game and already making so much different. And i can play without worrying anymore.
