Digicharge VR Headset Stand for Meta Quest 3 Oculus Quest 2 VR Mount Display Storage for Headset and Touch Controllers
A premire vu c’est un simple bout de plastique et on fini avec un gain de place sur le bureau assez sympa par rapport ce que prend un oculus 2 sans support.
I like how simple this was to assemble and it looks really nice with the Quest 3 headset & controllers docked to it.
I did have some initial difficulty with getting my controllers in, since they have silicone protectors on them. Once I figured out how to insert them it was pretty easy and repeatable, so not a worry if you have protectors for your Quest controllers.
This VR headset stand is made out of sturdy ABS, which unlike many others, is thick enough to not squeak or flex – putting it above similar priced options. The instructions are straight forward, thankfully, as the unit is flat packed and so it must be assembled. Pieces snap together securely, but may be disassembled easily which is a huge plus. While I have no evidence from my time with the stand, it appears that it may be made out a color of ABS that will yellow with age (reminiscent of old computer cases and the like). While assembling the unit, one minor flaw did present itself: the base the headset rests on is covered in an inset thick decorative silvery decal. This decal covers the point where the controller holders mate with the stand. When the controller holders click into place during assembly, they create an indentation in the decal – which is further obviated by the shiny pattern. That being said this does not appear to impact the functionality.
Ottimo prodotto, sembra stampato con una stampante 3D , ma fatto veramente bene , il sigillo della confezione era rotto , ma l interno era tutto come nuovo , completo di istruzione per il montaggio.
Its a good product, the pieces go super easily and I didnt need the instructions, my only problem is with the price, its just a bit of plastic nothing more, for the price I assumed it would have a charfer or something included, other than that its very good
Fits well with quest 3 + bobo headstrap, very cool in the living room and for sure looks better than just putting the VR on the table. Happy I got this one.
I recently purchased the Digicharge VR Headset Stand for my Meta Quest 2, and it has proven to be a valuable addition to my setup. The stand serves as an excellent study companion, providing a convenient and organized solution for storing my VR headset.
One of the standout features of this stand is its ease of assembly. Putting it together was a hassle-free experience, and what’s even better is that it can be effortlessly disassembled if the need arises. This flexibility adds to the overall convenience of the product.
I appreciate that the stand accommodates the headset seamlessly, even when equipped with a third-party strap. This attention to compatibility ensures that users can personalize their VR experience without compromising the functionality of the stand. The design is well-thought-out, allowing the headset to rest securely in place.
The stand doesn’t just stop at holding the headset; it also provides a neat storage solution for controllers. The controllers fit snugly into their designated spaces, preventing any clutter on the desk. This thoughtful design not only adds to the overall aesthetics but also enhances the practicality of the stand.
What sets this stand apart is its ability to serve as a display for the Meta Quest. Placing the headset on the stand keeps it easily accessible and serves as a visual reminder to indulge in some immersive experiences. It’s a small yet effective way to keep the VR system in your thoughts, encouraging regular use.
In conclusion, the Digicharge VR Headset Stand for Meta Quest 2/3 is a commendable product that offers a practical and well-designed solution for storing and displaying your VR headset. Its easy assembly, compatibility with third-party accessories, and additional controller storage make it a worthwhile investment. If you’re looking for a reliable and functional stand for your Meta Quest, I highly recommend considering this Digicharge product.
It’s perfect, but I want to buy another and there is none available – should’ve ordered 2! I only ordered one for my headset as I wanted to test it first on my sons as he has the charging unit on the back of his headset. It’s perfect for both. Hopefully back in stock soo
The stand is decent enough for the price. Easy enough to put together, even without the instructions.
I have a Quest 2 and it fits well enough on the stand. The headset itself sits comfortably on the upper shelf, which is textured and will prevent scratches on the underside of the headset. The controllers have little ‘hooks’ which again are conveniently placed and easy enough for taking in and off the stand. There’s a little shelf on the back which is useful for storing some extras like charging or headphone cables.
My only gripe is that there is a sticker on the front which didn’t peel off properly, given that this is an item for display they really should use stickers that are more easily removed. It’s easily enough removed using some sticky stuff cleaner but shouldn’t be needed really.
Aside from that small little niggle a great stand for storing/displaying your VR headset.
This came flat packed so to speak. Very easy to put together. Once assembled, it is of good quality, sturdy with strength to support your Quest headset.
It also has the facility to hold earphones.
I only have 2 negatives to give about this.
1. While it is very light, it is too light as whenever I’m picking up my VR headset or perching it back down, the stand moves, as there is no real weight to hold it in place.
2. This is not designed to accommodate an elite heatstrap either with or without a battery. The head support at the rear of the strap just doesn’t fit correctly, so the headset slides sideways and falls off.
Good solid plastic with a good design for you VR
I’ve got a quest 3 so it looks great on it
The only downside is no charging just a standard stand
I still would like to recommend this
Overall it is a very nicely made stand. No jaggy bits. Very substantial reinforced plastic. It won’t be easy to knock over or break.
I’m not sure it’s the best looking thing. The main stem is a bit long to accommodate the headphones so it sits high. It looks like an odd robot with the controllers in and Quest 3 on top.
My Quest 3 has an after market strap and also rubber covers on the controllers. I was very pleased that the controllers still fitted in if I unclipped the side straps (which is easy as they’re magnetic). The heavier head strap pulls the headset backwards though on the front plate, so if you knock it the strap drops down at the back. It does no harm though and the headset stays on. Just a tiny niggle.
The stand also can hold your headphones and the Quest Link cable, if you want it to, which is an added bonus.
On the bottom it has soft feet so as not to damage your surfaces and also the branding is on the back so not over dominant giving it a clean look.
Pros:
A very substantial stand, made well with crystal clear instructions.,
Can take your headset, controllers, headset and Link cable.
Can accommodate the aftermarket straps and controller covers.
Soft feet on the bottom.
Discreet branding.
Very practical.
Well designed so headset unlikely to fall off.
Cons:
It takes up quite a bit of vertical space due to the height, which is to accommodate the headphones.
Mine had the wrong instructions in. This only affected the controller slots though so made no odds.
The silver plate was a little scratched in the middle.
It could be prettier.
The niggles with it are small. It is reasonable for a product this well made and thought through. It does exactly what I want it to. 5* overall.
