This dinosaur toy set comes with many different toys such as the tracks, car, dinosaurs, and many other accessories. My little girl loves this toy set a lot especially the car and the track. She has spent a lot of time building the track and playing with the dinosaurs and car. It provides many little items to keep my little girl entertained. Please note that the car requires a AA battery to work.
This dinosaur toy is priced at 19.99 at the time of review which I think is good quality, and even better value with a 40% voucher. I would highly recommend this toy set as a gift to little children, especially if you can take advantage of the amazing 40% voucher.
This is a really great little set, sure it could be a bit less flimsy- note the dinosaurs are very small and not like the pictures. The Dinosaur eggs are very thin and got crunched up within the first hour or so. But honestly, my kids absolutely LOVE it. The little dinosaur vehicle is really powerful and zooms around, we had a lot of fun putting the boulder on various points of the track and then letting the vehicle bash into it knocking it flying. You can take all of the pieces apart and put your track back together however you please. We made a ring / endless track loop and watched it steam around the living room. Great little fun toy, if could be improved with maybe slightly stronger additional bits (ie the eggs and fauna are all a bit flimsy.)
The Dinosaurs Race Track Toy is a fun toy for children of a range of ages.
The main feature of the toy is the track which is easy to put together for even young children and can be adjusted easily as it opens at any point in the track pieces. There are also some bridges which add to the fun and bring more variety to creations. It doesn’t feel like there’s as much track as other similar tracks but it is still lots of fun.
The track also comes with some dinosaurs, some are tiny, a few are bigger. The dinosaurs are made of plastic and not necessarily the most fantastic quality but they are as I was expecting for this kind of play set.
There is also one dinosaur car which drives around the track by itself, this is lots of fun and it goes surprisingly quickly. It does need a battery to do this though.
This is a great set that is lots of fun for children, we love the dinosaur theme and have enjoyed creating many different tracks.
Unlike (some) other reviewers, I don’t simply copy & paste information from the advert. (I’m sure you really don’t need (or want) to read all the description yet again!) I want to try and give you my own personal views of it (good or bad) so you can decide for yourself whether to buy the item or not. (The fact that I’ve received this product free of charge through Amazon Vine has no influence at all. I always “tell it as it is!”)
I have ordered this item to give to my youngest son, who has his birthday coming up in a few weeks time. But I’m sure both my boys are going to be very pleased with playing with it, as they already have exactly the same toy as this one, and they love building up the track in different configurations each time. Unfortunately, my youngest lad got a bit too excited one day, and managed to break the battery operated car, so they have only been able to physically push other little cars around the track. But now we have this same one, they will be able to not only watch the little dinosaur ‘car’ go round the track on it’s own, but they will also have a lot more pieces to add to the track they already have!
These track pieces can be a little tricky to get connected, but luckily, both my boys have now mastered this task. I prefer the little ‘car’ that comes with this set, as it only requires 1 x AA battery, whereas in the other set we have, the car requires 2 x AA batteries.
So, at the current price of 19.99p (with free delivery), I believe this product is actually good value for the money and I can recommend it for all young children around the same age as my boys (4 and 5).

This is a lovely set. There wasn’t much in the way of instructions so used the picture on the box to put together the bridge pieces and it all easily fell into place after that. The track is easy to put together and take apart and there are enough pieces to make the figure of 8 track shown on the box. The track is very flexible so can be put into whatever shape you desire and can also be added to addition sets to make bigger track layouts.
The two larger dinosaurs are the better quality. The smaller ones kept falling over as did the 2 trees. I think in future I wouldn’t bother putting those out and just use the kids own dinosaur collection. The track itself though is really good fun for the kids and the vehicle goes around easily. It can even push the boulder around the track. The kids loved it and I think for the price it is good value. Would make a great gift for little dinosaur fans.
We had a blast with this dino track toy.
It’s incredibly easy to set up and assemble and the pieces slot together and pull apart easily. The track is bendable and each piece can be completely taken apart which makes it very versatile and perfect for creating different track layouts.
The build quality is fantastic too. It’s very sturdy and durable which is great as you can just leave the kids to play with it without fear it’ll break or they’ll get hurt.
The car (which needs an AA battery to work) goes around with ease and never once got stuck. I wish it came with more than one car but other cars we have for similar sets fit fine so it wasn’t too much of an issue for us (but will be for other people who only intend to purchase this one set). Thankfully for us this set was also compatible with our other tracks so we had fun joining them all up.
Really nice solid set that’s a lot of fun to play with. Recommended.
Upon unpacking the box I was totally amazed at how many different play pieces you get for your money. The set is bright, well made and inviting to children. I gave the set to my 10 year old nephew and asked if he could please set it up for my 3 year old grandson. I could tell my Nephew enjoyed every minute of his task, in fact I believe he enjoyed playing with it more than my Grandson which greatly surprised me!
The track and accessories come in a gift-able, quite small box considering the amount of things you get. The set is rated as suitable for 3 year old upwards and most importantly it carries the CE mark showing the manufacturer has abided by all the relevant safety requirements.
Both of the boys had over an hour of fun with this toy, they loved the speedy little Dinosaur head shaped car, with the dazzlingly bright LED Green headlights the best and took turns in stopping and starting it and putting the giant ball in front for it to push around the track, through the gates, and over the bridge.
Overall I think this is a very reasonably priced, good quality toy that will bring hours of interactive and imaginative fun for children of all ages.

I am really pleased with this dinosaur track set and so is the four-year-old boy who is enjoying playing with it!
The track is really easy to put together and the pieces slot in to each other with ease. There are different colours of track which can be separated and placed wherever you want them. They come apart easily too when you need to put them back in the box.
There are a lot of accessories in the box including several dinosaurs. Two of the, are quite large whin impressed the little boy! There is also a car which lights up – another plus point.
For the price, this is a great set and will provide hours of imaginative play.
From a grandmother’s perspective this dinosaur toy emerges as a favourite.
It is a small figure of eight track, or you can create your own shape, or even turn it into a hamster ball; and allows an illuminated ‘lizzard’ like car push a ball around. It’s very easy to assemble as the pieces click together.
The set contains 208 pieces, including glow in the dark stickers.
One thing I did notice was that the car struggles up the bridge incline and flies down the other side, often throwing the ball off the track. The car has hard front tyres which make it rather noisy as it goes round the track.
Witnessing the excitement and wonder sparked by these toys will help create cherished childhood memories for our grandchildren.
I had a blast setting this up, never mind the little ones! The flexible track is easy to construct in a matter of minutes in a number of suggested ways shown on the box. It’s just click/slot the pieces into place, which was a huge relief as no instructions were supplied.
There are glow in the dark stickers to place on the bridge and ‘Dino Park doors’. Included are several plastic mini-dinos (not super realistic, but still good fun), then a larger more authentic T-Rex (who prefers to lean against something, as he’s a little unsteady on his feet!) and a Triceratops who’s much more stable. The scene can be set with a couple of trees and a large nest of three lightweight dino eggs.
Although the box suggests vehicleS plural, there’s ONE impressive looking battery operated car requiring one AA battery. The battery not only propels the car around the tracks, it also illuminates the bright green headlights, great when passing under the bridge, which it ascends with no effort at all. It’s not too loud either. Just a continuous clackety-clack. Finally, the boulder is handy for the car to chase out of the way.
If I had the patience I could make the track appear more ‘camouflaged’ by alternating the individual pieces of the different coloured greens, like the one on the box. Otherwise, you’re ROARing-to-go with imaginative play! And it’s all so easy to fit back inside the compact box with a carry handle when tidying up afterwards.
Would be good if there were more vehicles to purchase, or even additional scenery to enhance the Jurassic ambience. But as it is, I’m more than delighted with this little Dino Track set.
Note: To insert the battery into the rear of the car: undo one screw on the underside, grip the front wheels and gently pull to reveal the battery compartment. Insert the AA battery and re-screw the cover. To turn on, just push the red switch and away it goes!
A dinosaur toy that will give hours of fun for young children. With its flexible race track, bridges, Dino car (need 1 AA battery) and 10 different dinosaurs there is plenty of entertainment to be had. Would make a good present.
I wasn’t sure if this will be any good as it didn’t look to good but my 6 year old like dinosaurs and these kinds of tracks so why not.
First impression was that the track pieces are quite flexible but when joined together they are making reasonably sturdy track. Track can be bent into different direction due to the desiyof each element so you can lay it out as you wish. The uphil ramps and the bridge are slightly wobbly. It doesn’t take much to knock it off and you have to rebuild it. Also, the little dinosaurs are not the most elegant and sturdy. Eggs and trees are not too great either but the big dinos are great and with good detail. The dinosaur car is made very well too. It looks nice and it runs quite well the whole track. It takes only one AA battery that lasts for good amount of fun (my slightly discharged rechargeable battery lasted for about 45 min of nearly constant play).
Overall, my kids enjoy this set very much so it is worth it. It also doesn’t take too much space and it has fluorescent stickers so it is great fun when it’s dark.
This is the ideal first experience of a race track for my toddler and the fact it’s dinosaur themed with a dinosaur car is perfect as they’re dino made. It does come in a lot of pieces I know my toddler is past the stage of putting small things in their mouths but that could be a issue for some other toddlers. That said once it’s all set up it’s a good set for them to play with and comes with varying sizes and species of dinosaurs to use for decor and to play with but only the one dinosaur car. Over all it’s a comprehensive set and at the time of ordering it cost 19.99 which is good value for money in my opinion especially for 208 pieces.

This is a great toy as a stand alone or as an addition to a pre-owned pack. The pieces click together easily and allow you to join kits together and create even larger tracks.
I do feel the first product photo is a little misleading as you can’t make a track that large without additional sets.
This is a great present as it comes with everything you need to create bridges, gates and plenty of dinosaurs for endless fun.
