Keine umstndliche knopdrckerei sondern einfach nur oben (groes Feld) oder unten (kleines Feld) und Rad drehen (1-9 —> Stufe einstellen). Mussten notgedrungen zu einer 2er Herdplatte greifen, weil unser Starkstromanschluss nicht mehr hergibt, aber mit dieser Herdplatte fehlts uns an nichts. Sind mehr als zufrieden!

The compatibility with all kinds of pots and pans is another huge plus, eliminating the need to invest in new cookware. A very nice looking and functional hob.
I’ve used it sat on the counter on a heatproof mat and it works fine. I need to be extra careful not to let any moisture get into the electricals under the hob’s surface.
Ideally, it should be fitted into the counter, so I’ll be getting that installed soon.
The lowest setting is still pretty high, so you can’t really use it for delicate recipes. But it heats up really fast, so is great for boiling water.
The surface is very smooth and easy to clean.
Hob arrived securely packed in a plain cardboard box.
Inside the box was the hob unit and an instruction manual.
A UK 13amp 3 pin plug was attached.
The top glass surface of the hob is finished in a nice gloss black finish with minimal markings – there are a power button, + and – buttons, a safety lock button and the manufacturer (Disaenvir) logo.
The design is such that the unit can be used as a temporary free standing unit or can also be recessed into a work surface.
In use the unit heats up quickly and evenly and is rated at 1200w.
A nice addon hob that will look good in any kitchen.

I use this as a counter top burner in my apartment. It is made to set into the ccounter top like built in, but it works just fine sitting on the counter. I used the provided seal as little feet on the bottom to make it not slip around on the counter. Just give it a little grip. The very bottom doesn’t get super hot so just using it as a counter top burner works just fine. I have another plug in burner that doesn’t keep a constant temp. It gets up to temp, then turns off, then when it gets a certain cool, it turns back on until temp, and turns off again. Over and over. Which is horrible for boiling. Heck it’s horrible for ANY kind of cooking. This burner solved that problem and works properly like a stove top should. I love this thing. The burner is a little small, large pots and pans won’t be completely heat consistent towards the edges. Anyways. This is a great little burner. I can highly recommend this product.
