Love this little machine after looking at others I went with this one no faffing just turn the dial to how u want them boiled the buzzer goes off when they’re done perfect eggs every time.
I recently purchased a boiler specifically designed for cooking eggs with the intention of streamlining my kitchen routine and saving time. While it does serve its purpose of boiling eggs, I have found that cleaning the boiler afterwards can be a time-consuming task. This has led me to the conclusion that the product may not be of the highest quality, but it functions adequately for its intended use. In my experience, I have noted that this boiler is suitable for its targeted application of cooking eggs, but the cleaning process could be more efficient and user-friendly. It may not be the best quality option on the market, but it does fulfill its basic functions adequately.
For people who seeking a simple solution for boiling eggs without the need for extensive cleaning, this product may suffice. However, if ease of maintenance and overall quality are top priorities, it could be beneficial to explore alternative egg-boiling options that offer a more seamless and hassle-free cooking experience.
I’m disabled so I don’t have much independence or ability to make much food for myself especially anything fresh or with any nutritional value. I just tried this egg cooker and it was very simple- I made 5 large eggs (from 2 separate brands) and all came out perfectly! I like my eggs hard boiled and as you can see in the picture the came out just right!
The egg boiler works like it should but don’t understand why there is a piercer with it as then the egg comes all out of shell while boiling. I just put the eggs in for hard boiling and it works fine.
I like my eggs hard-boiled so this works fine for me, however according to the pictures on this page, you are supposed to fill the lid with water and dunk the eggs in it to cool down. Well, my lid has a big hole in it (for the steam, I guess?) so it’s impossible to fill it with water, and also the egg holder is bigger than the lid by a smidge, so you wouldn’t fit it in it anyway. Not a big deal, as they can go in another container, but it is not as described by the pictures on this page. The whole machine feels a little on the flimsy side, but it’s fine for the price.
