when i felt the headphones, they felt a bit cheap and light, but they are comfy, good sound quality, easy to use, make sure to download the app, update: the battery has gone down about 6% over 15-40mins, so the battery is really great, i guess its whats on the inside that counts
For the price range these headphones are worth every penny. Noise cancellation is excellent walking by a busy main road hardly any ambient sound leaks in. The dynamic range is spot on giving crisp highs full mids and solid lows. As a singer songwriter I have started to use this as final mix monitor phones in my studio. These are as close to to studio quality you will get without paying megabucks. All in all absolutely satisfied.
I’ve had Edifier headphones and speakers for many years now, and the quality is always excellent. I bought these headphones to upgrade from the W600BT, which are also an excellent choice.
The battery life is phenomenal. I can use these all day and the battery life is barely dented. You can confidentially use these all week and and won’t need to charge them. Even if you did need to charge them, they charge so quickly. The sound quality is perfect, you’d struggle to find better for the price. They’re comfortable to wear all day, and the noise cancellation is a nice addition on previous models. Once connected, you can adjust the EQ on the headphones which is great to adjust for your personal preference depending on the type of music you listen to.
The only thing to note is these are slightly bigger headband than the W600BTs (see photo for comparison) so if you have a smaller head you might find them feeling a little looser on the top of your head. But the plus side of that is comfort.
If these are in your price range, you can’t go wrong, but you won’t be disappointed with any Edifiers you choose.
Bought it for my mum, because she was complaining about in-ear earbuds being uncomfortable for her and she absolutely loves this thing. Takes it were ever she goes now. Definitely would recommend!
This is the best headphone that I’ve used. Definitely value for the price. With this price the noise cancellation is more than sufficient for me to study peaceful at the library.
Let’s be honest for the price that you pay they not gone beat any of Bose or Sony high ends of the headphones when it comes to noise cancellation but they are not far from it. And yes they are bit plastic but what isn’t these days. They are the perfect fit, not to tight and not to loose (tested few times in gym). Sound is more then good bassy enough but not to bassy so it can shake to your core. Also very light and what makes them even better is that they are foldble ans easy to carry.
These are brilliant, well built, long lasting battery life even with ANC on. Sound good, not the greatest bass, but good enough. Very light weight on the head and comfy on the ears. I will be using Edifier all the time now.
I bought these to wear to the gym and college cuz they said soundproof/noisecancelling but they aren’t completely noiseless although they do help reduce it. They are comfortable and squishy but don’t fit tightly around my ears as much as I’d like but that’s fine by me. Sound quality is great but not overly loud even at full volume :/ however no one else can hear the music unless it’s full blast and even then it’s fairly quiet 🙂 battery lasts for days!!!
Very comfortable over ear head phones with great sound clarity. Noise cancelling is average….not as good as Bose QC35.
Only Bluetooth connection. No option to tether via earphones jack/socket.
Nice headphones, good sound quality, excellent battery life, I use on the train and cut outs out a lot of the noise allowing me to concentrate on what I’m listening to… good value…
I read the reviews and many gave the impression the noise cancelling was reasonable. It’s really not. For what it achieves it may as well not be listed as a feature. Plus someone said they were a bit big but they had a small head, I have a normal sized head for a woman of 5’3″, they are still a little on the loose side. I can’t imagine what size head would require the larger fitting.
So, the bad points out of the way, they are pretty comfortable and attractive but, better than that, they sound pretty good.
I am still on the hunt for a real pair of noise cancelling headphones that won’t cost a fortune though. Any tips, apart from “stop being tight”?
I’m not an audiophile, but I spent a lot of time browsing and trying to decide which over-ear headphones to get. Since they’re so obvious when you’re wearing them, I wanted ones that fit my style but also didn’t want to settle for rubbish sound or flimsy quality.
I’ve had them about 8 weeks now and so far these have been an excellent choice for the price. Easy to use, adequate noise cancellation and incredibly comfortable even for several hours at a time and despite the fact they are slightly too big (I have a small head so most run too big). A negative mentioned by others is the lack of a case but I’ve been folding them and putting them in my bag with other things and they’ve been fine. The sound quality seems pretty good to me, they paired effortlessly with my iPhone and they hold their charge well. When in use there is a flashing indicator which can be a bit distracting if you’re using them in the dark/low light but that’s about the only negative I can find.
