This is a ‘renewed’ vaccum, which I wanted as I try to recycle or reuse where possible, but it looked brand new when it arrived. It was spotless, clean and packaged as if new. I’ve had it just over a month and it does a great job. My downstairs is very open plan and it doesn’t have enough battery to do it all on one go, so it does as much as it can, goes back to recharge, then finishes the job once charged. The auto empty function is so great as well. My last one didn’t have this function and it was almost a daily task to empty and clean it, so this is saving me lots of time.
It has only dropped a star because I can’t see a way to reuse the dust collection bag. You have to basically destroy it to empty it which makes them single use.
Easy to set up and was surprisingly good at his job. Easy to clean and empty. On odd occasions he got stuck but that was simply to pick him up again and move to nearby and off he went again. Lots of features to set up to tailor cleaning. I have pets and it did a great job cleaning the floor of there hair.
Whilst it doesn’t bring everything up, i run this daily (We have a cat) and run the large shark hoover around once a week, self empty is great, does it’s job and docks perfectly, if your mrs has long hair, you may want to clear the brush every couple of days as hair wraps around it quite easy.
I have seen several reviews by people who, like myself, set up the robot vacuum on carpet. The robot did an excellent job vacuuming the carpet, but when it returned to complete the dust collection cycle, would state my new empty dust bag was full. As such it would not complete the cycle, leaving debris in the vacuum. Having noticed that several reviews had been made (non-renewed) detailing the same issue, I also noticed that those reviews with pictures also had the dust collector on carpet.
I have since moved the dust collector to a hard wood surface and now it operates correctly.
As for the vacuum itself, it’s not as efficient as my Neato (has LiDAR) in terms of navigation, but is actually surprisingly good given the lack of additional sensors. Yes, it doesn’t have the ability to create no go areas, and yes it may spend some time trying to work its way around chair legs, but considering the price and the huge benefit of a dust collector, I am very happy with this purchase.
Used mainly downstairs with wooden floors the product came as new. It’s our 3rd Eufy and so far very impressed with the clean and the map left illustrating the extensive clean it achieves. I would highly recommend
Great little machine, was happy to buy renewed, however the battery life of the unit managed at most 30 minutes cleaning when it should be at most 70 minutes. Other than that I have 2 messy cats and it manages with cat hair and cat litter no problem. Quiet little hoover that I have scheduled 4 times a week, dust emptying is very noisy so not recommended for cleaning overnight.
This was suppose to be a renewed item but came like brand new. Easy to set up. Use the app. It maps the house. It self empties into a large dust bin. You can schedule cleans when you are not home and it integrates with Alexa and google too. Very please and bargain with the 25 percent off voucher too

Arrived with all the accessories in original packaging.
I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between this a brand new one. It’s in immaculate condition without even the slightest mark on it.
Considering there was also a 25% Amazon discount as well, it was a complete steal for what I got.
Very easy setup and it cleans really well for being a small device.
Could not be happier with it.
