It is a good-quality box and pouch. Well made and feels strong and durable. The size is bigger than my expectations and can easily put keys inside. Design is robust and looks great. Blocks RFID signals and perfect to prevent car theft.

The price is reasonable in my opinion.
Overall, I am happy to own it and will recommend.

Faraday Box for Car Keys & Pouch Anti-Theft Security arrived well-packed. This set provides extra safety for your car both inside and outside the home. I tried it with my phone, and indeed, the phone lost network connectivity and became unreachable. That’s why I can confidently say it effectively blocks the signals of car keys. The pouch is a bonus item that keeps you safe on the go. Overall. Good value for money.

Both of our cars have keyless entry and start, so we are very concerned about the prospect of crooks with “repeaters” stealing them. We have always stored our keys in faraday pouches, which have been effective. However those do wear out, as I have discovered, especially where the material flexes to close them, and therefore need regular testing.

This box looks like it will last much longer. The shielding fabric extends up over the “lip” on the bottom section, and presses against the generously-padded shielding inside the lid, so I think that should provide a reliable seal for a long time, although of course only time will tell and regular testing would be needed to confirm this.

The box is nicely made and is large enough for all the car keys of even a large household. A perfect size to leave on the hall table or near the front door. And that’s my concern … in the event of a break-in, all the keys will be in one easy-to find place, giving the crim a full choice of which one(s) to take. (We keep our keys in individual pouches elsewhere in the house so they are unlikely to be taken by someone who just breaks a window or front door glass.)

So overall, as a product it looks very effective, but as an idea (keeping all your keys in one place) I’m not so sure. Hence 4 stars from me.

The Faraday Box for Car Keys & Pouch with Anti-Theft Security arrived the next day.
The box is well made with a metal catch, it is quite small but it holds several keys.
The box seams to work quite well and it comes with the bonus of a free small travelling pouch to keep in your pocket etc.

I got this to replace an older faraday box that was looking a bit worn through use. The big draw was this being bigger than the competitors products. I didn’t really check the size that carefully though, and what I got was about a third smaller than what I already have. To put the size in context, most modern smart phones won’t fit in the box. That said, you’ll easily fit your car keys in it, your day to day one, and your spare. You would easily fit 4 or 5 car keys in there, on their own, but lets face it, a lot of us have our car keys on a keyring with our other keys, so that dramatically reduces the available space.
The box itself is quite light, and looks well stitched, with no rough edges. The buckle comes undone easily enough, and it appears secure inside, and does indeed block the RF signals that would otherwise unlock the car. Our keys will unlock the car based on proximity, so I put them both in the box, closed it, and took it to the car, and I couldn’t get in, so from that point of view, the box does what it’s supposed to. I’m just a bit disappointed by the size (although I only have myself to blame for not checking)

This is a dual pack faraday box and pouch for your remote car keys.

Many cars these days comes with remote keys for accessing a car and this box and pouch blocks the signal to you car to stop would be thieves from remotely stealing the information from them whilst you car is parked on your drive over night.

Having tried my keys in a box and the pouch when both are fully closed the signal appears completely blocked having tried getting into my car with both devices in my hand at the time which is a relief.

The box would hold other items as well as it measures 14 x 11 x 7.5cm with a fastening buckle as the front of it. The box looks stylish and business like with a faux leather type exterior and a soft padded interior to protect your keys.

The pouch is well made with a Velcro flap to secure it down and metal type RFID material inside to stop the signal.

Both of these items work really well and as a reviewer I have extensively tested other manufacturers faraday pouches and boxes that have failed and I toughly recommend this one to assist with securing your car in this modern age.

I’ve been meaning to get one of these signal blocking RFID key boxes for our car keys for ages. There’s plenty of room to keep both my husband’s and my car keys, together with all the paraphernalia attached to our key rings! Its plain black design is very discreet, though i would still keep it tucked away out of sight as it does look a little like a jewellery box which could be a target if we were burgled. The pouch is an added extra, which I’ve yet to persuade my husband to use, but I’ve used it and I’m happy that both these devices work, and work very well.

The main attraction for this set was the box as it looks smarter sat out in the hallway than the Faraday pouches I have tried before. It does the trick – my car will not open when the keys are in the box. The lid is slightly stiff due to the inner lip in the box which the lid has to close over but that is a minor annoyance.

The Faraday pouch is a nice bonus, and better than the previous ones I have tried. The whole pouch has the Faraday effect so I can fit my whole bunch of keys in it whereas on others I have tried there is just a small pocket at the back which can block signals. This is why I like this pouch better – it makes it practical to keep in my bag and use when I am out and about.

In the box I received, a faraday box and pouch. To test that the box works I put my car keys in the box and walked to my car (my car will automatically open when the keys are in certain areas of the car). The car did not automatically open when the keys were near any part of my car while they were inside the box or pouch. The box and pouch are well made, and aesthetically pleasing, I do prefer the box to the pouch as it doesn’t look as nice as the box. It would also be suitable as a small jewellery box. I like it, it works, and I would recommend it.

We have recently joined the ranks of owning a keyless car and were advised to get a Faraday pouch for security as keyless car theft is on the increase. When the SEVENWALL Faraday box arrived the quality was clear to see and it was nice to also get a pouch. It is the pouch that will get the most use and I was pleased to see that it had a small chain and key ring hoop to hang it by, but more importantly it was a good size, I can fit both the house and car keys inside. This make things a lot easier as I just place the lot in the pouch as required. In testing I walked post the car several times and it did not unlock so I am happy that it works. A good solution to improve car security bboth in and out of the house.

This box resembles a high end jewellery box for a watch but seems to work ok. It comes with a pouch so you can put you key in this when on the move too.

I have keyless entry on my car and so am always keen to use a faraday pouch / box to add a level of security when the keys are stored in the house etc.

My old pouch was getting worn and as my wifes car is also keyless entry decided to get a box to put both sets in.

I tested the box by putting my keys in, closing the lid and then standing next to the car tried to open it. The car wouldn’t ‘see’ the keys and wouldn’t open. I opened the lid and the car would unlock, so the box is 100% doing what it should. This also has the benefit of coming with a pouch too, which is nice when travelling and stopping away from home without having to take the box away.

Again, put the keys in the pouch and standing with it next to the car tried the door. The car wouldn’t open again. Took keys out of pouch and doors opened.

Both the box and pouch definitely work as they should, and pleased with the value for both items. The box actually looks really nice too, and placed in a draw doesn’t draw attention to the fact the keys are inside. Overall really pleased with it.

It’s like a catch 22 question, how can I tell if I need a faraday box.
If the car keys are left on the hall table, and the car is outside in the street, someone with the right equipment can stand between them, intercept the signal and start the car.
In this day and age the knowledge and ability to steal cars is growing.
This box provides a degree of security as putting car keys in the box means the signal from it is shielded
and so anyone outside will be unable to access the data on the key.
We tested the box by putting my wife’s phone in it and then trying to ring it, it was unreachable.
So we know the box works, and that gives peace of mind.
The pouch does the same job in a mobile form when away from home.

Not only is this a useful working tool it is also a fairly elegant box so it wouldn’t look out of place on the hall table.
A reasonably priced item for that extra bit of security.

Some of these Faraday boxes are too large because they try to accommodate mobile phones too. They try to be more useful and end up being too large as a result. This one is different. It’s the right size for several key fobs or sets of keys. Seeming as this will likely be sat on a desktop in your hallway you don’t want it to be oversized, which this one isn’t.

It works too. Tested here with three different car key fobs. The included Faraday pouch works just as well and again is a sensible size.

In terms of looks it’s just a plain black, leather effect box. The pouch is just again a plain black aesthetic. Both look minimalist and a somewhat understated.

Can’t see a great deal to complain about if I’m honest.

Full disclosure: The item was made available to me for testing as part of the Amazon Vine program. Of course, this has no effect on my rating. I tend to rate things along the lines of :-

    — a great product that exceeds expectations for the money.
    — a good product that met my expectations and the claims of the manufacturer.
    — a somewhat decent product but could be better for the money they’re asking.
    – a product I’m unlikely to recommend to a friend. Definitely needs improvement.
    – an absolute disaster of a product that needs to avoided.
