Put them in my work boots a month ago still going strong surprised what a difference they’ve made to my poor old feet great if you are on your feet all day
It’s just me I’m sure but you need to wear socks or pop socks as we called them years ago if you have bare feet you can feel the ridges in the soles. They are good for the purpose I’d say. Definitely.
I have a wide foot so i have to wear size 10 work boots which being the next size up they’re uncomfortable and my feet move in the boots with these insoles it’s honestly like walking on a marshmallow and gives that little bit of extra height i need
