I bought two of these cables to run from my new modem/router. There was limited space and the flat form factor was essential to my current setup. I wanted a fast and future proof product which is exactly what I received.
Brought this as the only place that I could install full fibre was in our main bedroom. Not great trying to sleep with a bright blue light from our hub beaming across the room.
So brought the 15m cable and fed it out on too our landing which has worked a treat, easy to install as its a flat cable so runs flush with the skirting board with just enough tacks for the length. Not only better sleep but better signal throughout our home now the hub has been centralised and no speed drop either.
This flat cable is excellent for connection to a router from a dsektop via the floor (or under the carpet) . Very low profile. I would advise anyone getting this to purchase flat sticky backed cable clips and it is essential for achieving the highest possible speeds from the interne
